Syrian minister slams Auschwitz commemorations

By The Associated Press

A Syrian cabinet minister has criticized the commemorations of the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, accusing the West of double standards for failing to condemn Israel's actions against the Palestinians.

A moral stand against the killing of people means (we) should not disregard the sufferings of some and focus on others," Buthaina Shaaban, minister of immigrant affairs, wrote in Monday's edition of the newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, which is published in London and distributed across the Middle East.

Shaaban, who was Syria's official spokeswoman before being promoted to the Cabinet in 2003, accused the West, the United States in particular, of ignoring what she called Israel's "racist" policies toward the Palestinians.

She referred to Israel's construction of a security barrier in the West Bank, its annexation of east Jerusalem, and its expulsion of Palestinians from their homes.

"The pledge that Auschwitz will never happen again should deter all those who entertain racism and hatred," she wrote.

Last week many nations marked the January 27, 1945, liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau in southern Poland by Soviet troops at the end of World War II. The memorials took the form of religious services, candlelight vigils and forums focusing on the Holocaust and anti-Semitism.

Some 1.5 million people, mostly Jews, are believed to have died in Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Shaaban accused Americans and Europeans of racist discrimination against Arabs and Muslims. "Crimes against Muslims in the United States have increased 17 times since September 11, 2001," she wrote. Her article did not give a source for this figure.

Shaaban also claimed, without giving evidence, that many European countries ban Muslims from performing their religious rites.

She referred to the bans on the Lebanese TV channel Al-Manar as an example of anti-Muslim racism.

In December, the United States and France banned broadcasts by Al-Manar, the television arm of the militant Hezbollah party. The U.S. State Department accused Al-Manar of inciting violence in the Middle East and listed it as a terrorist organization.

Disabled child in suicide attack
31 January 2005

Terrorists used a disabled child as a suicide bomber on election day, Iraqi interior minister Falah al-Naqib said today.

In all, 44 people were killed in a total of 38 bomb attacks on polling stations. Police at the scene of one the Baghdad blasts said the bomber appeared to have Down's syndrome.

Mr Al-Naqib praised an Iraqi citizen who was killed while preventing one suicide bomber from reaching a crowd of people outside a polling station.

The Syrian official who wants the West to examine their conscience about racism against Moslems should do some self examination first. What terrible things did the Jews of Europe do to deserve the holocaust? Did they chop off the heads of gentiles? Did they murder the children of the Nazis? Did they send suicide bombers to blow themselves up in the middle of peaceful crowds? Did they crash an airplane into some German office building? Did they nurture their own children on hate against all non-Jews, and did they viciously manipulate children with Downs Syndrome to do their dirty work?

Islam is finding there are consequences to their actions, and to hid behind racism is just not going to work. The Islamic Arab Palestinians have proven their barbaric culture is out to torture the Jews. It is unbelievable that Islam expects kid glove treatment for their efforts at mayhem, and when there is a measured response they cry those big crocodile tears.

The reason these sentiments are made to the West is because there are many in the West who hate the Jews  as much as the Syrians. This is just the kind of analyses on the holocaust anniversary they want to hear. The evidence for the holocaust, and the Nazi intents are too great to deny. The next best thing is to trivialize it by turning it against this generation of Jews.

The God of the Bible has given promises to the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Those promises are being kept during this generation. It took the holocaust to soften the heart of the world for a moment in time. The gentiles agreed the Jews had paid the price for a homeland. They had lost their own homes during World War Two due to anti-Semitism, and were refugees throughout Europe. Sending them to Israel was easier then repatriation. In most cases it was their neighbors who turned them out in the first place, and the Jews had no desire to face those heartless neighbors of old. The nation of Israel was born, and the curse of the holocaust was turned into a blessing by God.

Among all the anti-Semitism of this generation none hate the Jew more then Islam. They would finish what the Nazi's were unable to accomplish with the Jews. The Syrians are among those neighbors who would exterminate the Jews of Israel if they could. I personally think God is going to use the United States to crush this Syrian serpent as He crushed Saddam Hussein. I suspect Bush won the election because he is the man God will use to accomplish this task. I just can't see the phony peace of Ezekiel 38 & 39 coming to the rebellious house of Israel without the fall of the present Syrian government. The God of the Bible can still take the curse, and turn it into a blessing. The words of hate will bring retribution. This present Syrian government has it's days numbered. These wicked neighbors of the Nation Israel have rebelled against the God of the Bible.

Psalms 5:8-11

8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue .

10 Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.

11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

Jeremiah 27:8

8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

Rice: Israel Must Withdraw from More than Gaza and Samaria
12:29 Feb 01, '05 / 22 Shevat 5765

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice says that disengagement from Gush Katif and northern Shomron is fine, but only as a first step towards a full-fledged PLO state.

Rice met with Prime Minister Sharon's top aide Dov Weisglass in Washington on Monday. She explained to him the U.S. position that the unilateral withdrawal from Gaza is acceptable only as a prelude to the full Road Map plan proposed by President Bush.

The Road Map plan calls for a "viable" - i.e., territorially-contiguous - Arab state in Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Rice, as well, emphasized this point to Weisglass. This means that Gaza must be connected with a land-line to Judea, effectively dividing Israel in half, north and south of the Gaza-Hevron connection.

However, Associate Prime Minister Shimon Peres said today, "I think that she was not referring to a connection between Judea and Gaza, but rather to a connection between Judea and Samaria... We do have to ensure, however, that the [PA entity] will be able to effectively move goods between Gaza and Judea."

Prime Minister Sharon often says that the disengagement will help Israel strengthen its hold on five settlement blocs in Judea and Samaria. Nowhere, however, has US President Bush ever promised such support. In a letter to Sharon almost two years ago, Bush wrote only, "In light of new realities on the ground, including already existing major Israeli population centers, it is unrealistic to expect that the outcome of final status negotiations will be a full and complete return to the armistice lines of 1949..."

Rice's statements that the disengagement is only a first step further erodes Israeli hopes that the international community will approve extensive Israeli presence in the Biblical homeland areas it liberated in the Six Day War of 1967.

Secretary Rice is expected to arrive in Israel in the coming days. Upon assuming her post as Secretary of State last week, Rice said she sees the implementation of an arrangement in the Middle East a "personal objective."

Excerpts from the Road Map plan as issued by the U.S. Department of State on April 30, 2003:
"A two state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will only be achieved through an end to violence and terrorism, when the Palestinian people have a leadership acting decisively against terror and willing and able to build a practicing democracy based on tolerance and liberty, and through Israel's readiness to do what is necessary for a democratic Palestinian state to be established, and a clear, unambiguous acceptance by both parties of the goal of a negotiated settlement as described below. The Quartet will assist and facilitate implementation of the plan, starting in Phase I, including direct discussions between the parties as required. The plan establishes a realistic timeline for implementation. However, as a performance-based plan, progress will require and depend upon the good faith efforts of the parties, and their compliance with each of the obligations outlined below...

"A settlement, negotiated between the parties, will result in the emergence of an independent, democratic, and viable Palestinian state living side by side in peace and security with Israel and its other neighbors...

"In Phase I, the Palestinians immediately undertake an unconditional cessation of violence according to the steps outlined below; such action should be accompanied by supportive measures undertaken by Israel... Israel also freezes all settlement activity, consistent with the Mitchell report.
"* Palestinian leadership issues unequivocal statement reiterating Israel's right to exist in peace and security and calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire to end armed activity and all acts of violence against Israelis anywhere. All official Palestinian institutions end incitement against Israel.
"* Israeli leadership issues unequivocal statement affirming its commitment to the two-state vision of an independent, viable, sovereign Palestinian state living in peace and security alongside Israel, as expressed by President Bush, and calling for an immediate end to violence against Palestinians everywhere. All official Israeli institutions end incitement against Palestinians.
"* Palestinians declare an unequivocal end to violence and terrorism and undertake visible efforts on the ground to arrest, disrupt, and restrain individuals and groups conducting and planning violent attacks on Israelis anywhere.
"* Israel immediately dismantles settlement outposts erected since March 2001.
"* Consistent with the Mitchell Report, Israel freezes all settlement activity (including natural growth of settlements).
"* [In the final stage,] Parties reach final and comprehensive permanent status agreement that ends the Israel-Palestinian conflict in 2005, through a settlement
negotiated between the parties based on UNSCR 242, 338, and 1397, that ends
the occupation that began in 1967, and includes an agreed, just, fair, and realistic solution to the refugee issue, and a negotiated resolution on the status of Jerusalem that takes into account the political and religious concerns of both sides, and protects the religious interests of Jews, Christians, and Muslims worldwide, and fulfills the vision of two states, Israel and sovereign, independent, democratic and viable Palestine, living side-by-side in peace and security.
"* Arab state acceptance of full normal relations with Israel and security for all the states of the region in the context of a comprehensive Arab-Israeli peace."

The United States has done what God expected by overthrowing Saddam. I don't think the task will be complete until the same is done in Syria. God used old King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon to accomplish His will of chastening the Jews when the First Holy Jewish Temple was destroyed.  In similar manner God is using the US to accomplish a similar plan, but this time it will be the building of the Last Holy Jewish Temple. Where it all goes wrong is when the US treads boldly on Holy Ground without any forethought as to what we are doing in relation to the Bible.

The Road Map was conceived by the Russians, UN, and EU. All three are noted for their anti-Bible attitudes. Any mention that such a plan as giving the Islamic Palestinians a large portion of the Holy Land as a forever State goes contrary to everything the Bible says about the coming Kingdom age would bring nothing but scoffs. The Christian influenced United States with no thought to the Bible signed on with these great atheistic powers. A Bush administration noted for having Bible studies signed on without a thought to what the Bible says. Today, the whole world has signed on to this gentile Road Map as the only peace plan that will be made available to the Israelis. Condoleezza Rice has stated that it will be her personal objective as the new Secretary of State to see that this Road Map will be implemented. The United States is now on record that it will spend the next four years doing everything possible to stop the Biblical Kingdom from coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. The US is now on record that the Jews must withdraw not just from the Gaza, but also large portions of Samaria and Judah to make room for the worst culture on planet earth to establish themselves with a forever kingdom of their own.

Let me make note that the US is now on record as opposing all the future plans the God of the Bible has revealed to mankind for the Holy Land. Primary among them is the return of the LORD Jesus Christ whom the Bible says will rule the coming Kingdom as King of the Jews. The prevailing attitude of this generation is that should the Biblical Kingdom come it must be in some distant future era. An era far removed from the present establishment of an Islamic Kingdom right where the Bible says the Biblical Kingdom will be established. This generation of Jews are expected to do exactly what the gentiles tell them to do. A Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount is absolutely out of the question. A Grand Mosque for Islam under the Mount in the Solomon Stables cavity has more probability then any Jewish activity on the Mount for this generation.

Friend, God is not going to abandon this generation of Jews either to the gentiles, or to Jewish political secularism. Condoleezza Rice is about to come up against the God of the Bible, and I don't think it will be a joyous occasion. It is not wise to dictate to the Jews of this Third, and final Exodus as if the Bible does not exist. Yes, the phony peace of Ezekiel 38 & 39 is coming to the rebellious house of Israel, but it will come in defiance of God. The end will be an Islamic invasion of the Holy Land in which God will destroy the invaders. Islamic influence over the Holy Land will end forever according to the Bible. The door for the building of the Last Holy Jewish Temple will then be opened. A forever Palestinian Sate is not part of the future for the Holy Land. The Road Map is blasphemy of the darkest hue, and will bring only calamity to those who support it.

Daniel 2:36-45

36 This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.
37 Thou, O king , art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom , power, and strength, and glory.
38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.
39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.
40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

Abu Mazen to Visit Iran Before Summit
19:54 Feb 02, '05 / 23 Shevat 5765

Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) has more scheduled for next week than his meeting with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. The PA Chairman plans to visit Iran as well.

Just hours after the announcement of a diplomatic summit between PM Sharon and Abu Mazen this coming Tuesday, the Israeli daily Maariv reported Abu Mazen’s plan to visit Iran in coming days – even before Tuesday’s summit.

Iran has extended an invitation to Abu Mazen, inviting the PA leader to visit Tehran. The invitation was extended as Abu Mazen visited Turkey. A PA official told Reuters today that “Abu Mazen did receive an invitation to visit Iran. He accepted the invitation and will decide on a date the moment he returns.”

A source in the Iranian Foreign Ministry told Maariv that the visit would indeed take place in the very near future. The source said that the invitation was issued because Iran is interested in “friendly relations with the Palestinian government just as it has with the various Palestinian factions.”

The Iranian source stressed that Iran’s invitation should not be construed as an endorsement of any sort of “peace process,” though “Iran has always supported a Palestinian state.” Iran has also long supported various terror groups, including Hamas and Hizbullah.

Already in December 2004, Iranian newspaper Al-Watan reported that the PA was conducting talks with Syria and Iran. The talks were
spearheaded by Fatah Chairman Farouk Khadoumi during his visit to Tehran

The Biblical picture presented in Ezekiel 38 & 39 is fining much confirmation by just reading the news. These are exciting times for those of us who studied the Bible from a fundamental point of view. We are seeing how the literal interpretation of prophesy is coming together in this generation. We can see how the events of today can be compared to things the Bible forecasted thousands of years ago. The very nations mentioned in the Bible have become front page news in just the last year. The rise of Babylon is one example. The entire 18th chapter of Revelation is devoted to the fall of this great city that we are seeing the birth of today before that fall takes place.

Another great prophecy never fulfilled is that of an invasion of Israel as recorded in Ezekiel 38 & 39.

The nations mentioned are all Islamic today. A three pronged pincher movement is clearly described. I have spent much time speculating that the Gog (Russia) of the Northern prong are represented by their "Chief Prince" which I believe is the Islamic arm of the old USSR. I have yet to find some Bible commentator who has made an identification as to who this "Chief Prince" might be? He only comes to light in this generation as representing the Islamic part of the old USSR. Only today can such exciting speculation be made. Only today can the invasion of Israel be recognized as Islamic! The Northern prong flows over the Caucasus Mountains where it is joined by Togarmah which is modern Islamic Turkey.

The Eastern prong is clearly identified as Persia. Today we know Persia is Islamic Iran. The very nation the Palestinians are conferring before the Israeli summit. This comes after conferring with Turkey. The last Southern prong comes from Islamic North Africa. Libya has long been an Islamic protagonist against Israel, and the Muslims of the Sudan are ready for invasion fresh with the blood of over a million Christians murdered. Today's news is a picture that can't be denied as fitting right into what the Bible predicts. The Holy Land has again become the center of world events. The God of the Bible is clearly seen as controlling events. The return of the Jews to the Holy Land during this generation can't be denied. The Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount have become the most sensitive place on the planet. The focus of all the world is now on the very place where the Bible said the LORD Jesus Christ would return.

The sad part to all of this is the willing ignorance of the Bible that plagues this generation. One of the greatest eras of Biblical history has arrived, and this generation is for the most part blind. The Christian leaders of our United States pressure Israel into accepting the anti-Biblical Road Map as the only way to peace. They would give the heathen the victory without a dissenting word. They would give the worst culture since the Nazi's a forever kingdom right in the middle of the Holy Land, and expect the world to believe that the leopard will change his spots. It is on this blind generation that God is about to force His will for the future of the Holy Land. God made His plans long ago, but today is the day when the Bible and the news are coming together.

Ezekiel 38:1-9
38:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Ezekiel 38:11-12

11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

Once Again: Ceasefire to be Announced
16:36 Feb 03, '05 / 24 Shevat 5765

Five days before the Sharon-Mubarak-Abu Mazen summit meeting, reports are that the Israeli and PA leaders will announce a total end to all violence between them – and thus, an end to the Oslo War.

However, it's also likely that this will not come without a price, and that Abu Mazen will demand Israeli agreement to a non-conditional renewal of the diplomatic process. He thus appears to be paving the way for renewed violence - as previous ceasefires have been broken by Palestinian terrorists' murderous responses to the positions taken by Israel in diplomatic negotiations.

In addition, Israel will have to make several "confidence-building gestures" to the PA before the summit, and the security mini-Cabinet is convening this morning to decide on them. The PA has demanded the release of 1,000 imprisoned terrorists, including murderers, while GSS chief Avi Dichter has approved a list of only 500 – including none with "blood on their hands."

Israel is also likely to pardon arch-terrorist Muhammed Def, i.e., release him from the list of Israel's most wanted. Def is responsible for the deaths of 90 Israelis in terror attacks.

PA minister Saeb Erekat told Army Radio this morning Abu Mazen's conditions for announcing a complete cessation of violence: "If Israel releases prisoners, stops construction in the settlements, takes down the wall, and stops violence against Palestinians, then the Palestinians will promise to stop the violence."

Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz is presenting his plan to withdraw forces from five PA-controlled cities, and entrust security for Jericho, Bethlehem, Kalkilye, Tul Karem and Ramallah in the hands of the PA para-military forces. It is not clear whether these gestures will be made contingent upon the disarming of the terrorist organizations. Mofaz said, however, that he would like to see how the PA handles one city before receiving control of the others.

IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Gen. Dan Halutz said yesterday that if Israel receives concrete intelligence on a terrorist's plans to perpetrate an attack, Israel will transfer the information to the PA forces. Only if no action is taken by the PA will the IDF deal with the threat, Halutz said.

Shimon Peres continues to show his ever-cautious optimism, telling Army Radio this morning, "Arafat, in recent years, I don't know if he initiated terror acts, but he certainly didn't prevent them. But now we have a Palestinian leader who is genuinely trying to prevent them... It's a different situation."

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and King Abdullah of Jordan are expected to announce, during the summit, the return of their ambassadors to Israel.

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice will be let in on the decisions during her visit to Israel at the beginning of next week.

U.S. President George Bush, in his State of the Union address last night, said that Rice will discuss with Sharon and Abbas "how we and our friends can help the Palestinian people end terror and build the institutions of a peaceful, independent democratic state. To promote this democracy, I will ask Congress for $350 million to support Palestinian political, economic, and security reforms. The goal of two democratic states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace is within reach - and America will help them achieve that goal."

Bush also had hints for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, saying that the former should "expand the role of its people in determining their future. And the great and proud nation of Egypt, which showed the way toward peace in the Middle East, can now show the way toward democracy in the Middle East." He had stronger words for Syria and Iran, saying that the U.S. "must confront regimes that continue to harbor terrorists and pursue weapons of mass murder. Syria still allows its territory, and parts of Lebanon, to be used by terrorists who seek to destroy every chance of peace in the region. You [Congress] have passed - and we are applying - the Syrian Accountability Act, and we expect the Syrian government to end all support for terror and open the door to freedom. Today, Iran remains the world's primary state sponsor of terror, pursuing nuclear weapons while depriving its people of the freedom they seek and deserve. We are working with European allies to make clear to the Iranian regime that it must give up its uranium enrichment program and any plutonium reprocessing and end its support for terror."

I suspect before this year ends the Syrian government will fall through military action by the US. This is the only way I can envision the gentile Road Map proceeding. Israel for the fist time will have all it's boarders secure. Such action would give the secular Jews the confidence to make all the concessions needed for the phony peace predicted in Ezekiel 38 & 39. The wall that Ezekiel is so clear will be coming down is now a principal factor in the peace negotiations. It was never completed, short lived, but is a powerful symbol to this generation of separation between Arab and Jew. The intent of the God of the Bible has always been that His children be separated from the children of the world. The tearing down of the wall will symbolically demonstrate that man knows better then God how to administrate in the Holy Land.

How close are we to the rapture? The world is demanding the Road Map be implemented. The process is now fully engaged. The world will not stand for decades of progress, but only years. The sooner the better. I feel confident in saying the rapture will occur before the Palestinian State is formed. Sometime within this process period would be my guess. It is years not decades away. This whole phony peace process ends with the Islamic invasion of Israel. The invaders take advantage of the peace to make a surprise three pronged pincher attack on a Jewish Nation at rest. It will not be a rest provided by God. but a phony rest built upon alliances with the gentiles. It will lead to the Great Tribulation, Islamic invasion, and at the end Armageddon. The gentile peace for the Holy Land will prove far more costly then the years of war. The covenants now being made are blasphemous to the God of the Bible. They are forbidden! They will cause all future generations of Jews to trust to their own cunning, and forsake any need of God. The God who keeps His word to a thousand generations will keep His word to this generation also. The rebellious house of Israel is headed toward a Great Tribulation. The road map God has planed for them is far different from the Gentile Road Map. It is a road of tribulation, but the end will be the humbling of the Jewish heart. They will become a separated people. A people separated unto their Holy God. They will trust only in Him, and no other. They will acknowledge the LORD Jesus Christ as their Messiah. Only then will they be prepared to enter into the coming Jewish Kingdom at the end of the Great Tribulation. The vast masses of gentiles will perish in the Armageddon rebellion, and a Jewish Kingdom will dominate the world as God always intended. They will be redeemed Jews who will lead the world into a perfect Kingdom age. But, judgment and tribulation must come first. God has said those who hate Him, who hate His Son, who hate His Word will be confronted to their face. All those who think they have better ways then those of God, He will repay to their face. The whole world must step aside when this mighty God sends the King of Glory to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. They must step aside in submission, or they will perish!

Deuteronomy 7:1-2
7:1 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;

2 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:

Deuteronomy 7:4-10

4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.
5 But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire.
6 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people:
8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

Ceasefire Violence: 7 Soldiers Wounded in 3 Attacks
10:15 Feb 04, '05 / 25 Shevat 5765

Four were wounded, including two in moderate-to-serious condition, in a Palestinian terrorist shooting attack south of Hevron, and two others were lightly hurt in Gush Katif and in the Shomron.

The most serious of Thursday's attacks occurred at approximately 9:30 PM Thursday. Terrorists waiting in ambush fired at an army vehicle traveling north of the community of Eshkolot, almost 20 kilometers northeast of Be'er Sheva. All four wounded soldiers were evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva, including two with wounds still listed this morning as moderate-to-serious.

Army forces arrived on the scene, combed the area for the terrorists, and placed two nearby Arab villages under curfew. Arab sources claimed that large Israeli forces entered the villages. Many empty bullet casings were found at the side of the road where the terrorists fired, as well as a PLO flag.

The Al-Aqsa Brigades of Fatah claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was retaliating for Israel's violations of the cease-fire – though no such violations were registered.

In an earlier attack yesterday, near an IDF position at the Kisufim Crossing into Gush Katif, an Arab taxi traveling northwards stopped at the side of the road, with the driver claiming a vehicular break-down. While the passengers got out to deal with the "problem," a terrorist suddenly burst out from within the car, threw a grenade and started firing at the soldiers. The troops, however, stormed and killed him. Two soldiers were lightly wounded. Two weeks ago, GSS agent Oded Sharon was murdered in a terror attack at the same crossing, which was immediately closed until further notice – a few days later.

Elsewhere in Gaza Thursday, IDF forces discovered and safely detonated a 40-kg. (88-lb.) explosive device on the patrol fence. Israeli forces arrested two wanted Hamas terrorists last night – one north of Ramallah, and another one in Hevron.

In an afternoon attack southeast of Jenin, soldiers were bombarded with rocks – and one of the troops was lightly wounded in his hand. The Israelis responded with rubber bullets, while the wounded soldier was transported to Tel HaShomer Hospital in Tel Aviv. Further to the west, near the community of Avnei Heifetz, police arrested two terrorists carrying grenades.

A 16-year-old was caught carrying 4-kg. explosive, a weapon and 20 bullets through a checkpoint south of Shechem. He was apparently supposed to transfer it to a terrorist waiting on the other side who was to carry out a suicide attack. The boy said that those who gave him the bomb told him, "Don't worry, the soldiers won't shoot you." This was the third time in ten months that a boy has been caught trying to carry explosives through that checkpoint.

On Wednesday, a similar attempt was thwarted when a woman was caught trying to pass through a southern Gaza checkpoint with hundreds of bullets hidden in a vegetable crate.

"Ceasefire violence" is the new term that is suppose to make sense as far as the gentile Road Map is concerned. The price the Jews pay for being Jewish is perpetual violence enacted against them by the Arab Palestinians. The world is perfectly willing to accept the new terminology. It will soon be modified into "peaceful violence" as the Road Map progresses.

The LORD of hosts has a very different terminology in the Bible about the Biblical Road Map. In Zechariah 8:23 He says "Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew , saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you". What a different attitude will the world have toward the Jew in this future era of Bible prophecy! The hearts of the gentiles are changed, and the hearts of the Jews are changed also. It will be an era when the whole world will acknowledge that the God of the Bible is with the Jews. An era when the world will desire to know all they can about this God who chose the Jews for His particular people. This is the Biblical peace plan for the future of the Holy Land. A very different Road Map then what is being forced on this generation by the Russians, EU, UN, and now the US.

The Egyptian Summit between Israel and the Palestinians with the arrival of Condoleezza Rice will be a solidifying event for the gentile Road Map that will make it irreversible. "Ceasefire violence" and "peaceful violence" will become acceptable terms so the Road Map can be implemented. The world may be willing, and even the secular Jewish politicians may be willing. But, the God of the Bible says this is unacceptable to Him! This is not the future He has planed for the Holy Land.

The root of Jesse who is no other then the LORD Jesus Christ shall rule this coming Kingdom. Those who would conduct violence will find the rod of His mouth a quick answer to their intensions. The rebellious wicked of that era will be slain. The world of violence so readily accepted by this generation will end.  The real meaning, the Biblical meaning, of peace will be realized.

Isaiah 11:1-10
11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb , and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

As part of our ongoing efforts  to educate and raise people's consciousness, the Temple Institute conducts aliyot, (lit: going up; making a pilgrimage), to the Temple Mount. These aliyot are conducted in accordance with halachic requirements, and take place during weekday mornings, as these are the only hours that Jews are presently allowed to frequent the Mount. Also, in keeping with the oppressive "rules" set by the Wakf, (the Muslim authority granted de facto control of the Temple Mount, by the Israeli government, since 1967), we are, under threat of "expulsion" from the Mount, not allowed to pray, carry any religious objects, or in any way intimate that we are engaged in worship, while on the Mount. In spite of these draconian restrictions, the aliyot are extremely meaningful, both as a spiritual experience, and also as educational experience, as one sees, close up how the Temple complex was laid out, where the Holy of Holies was located, where the Sanhedrin stood, and more. One is also witness to the continued illegal construction being conducted by the Wakf, and the deliberate destruction of archeological remnants and the attempt to obliterate all historical traces of the Holy Temple. (For more information on the criminal acts of destruction being perpetrated by the Muslim Wakf, click here.)

In face of this deliberate aggression, and subsequent Israeli governments attempts to "compromise" on the "status" of the Mount, (that is, to hand over sovereignty to the Palestinian Authority), the daily presence of Jews on the Temple Mount, has taken on crucial significance. Our peaceful presence is testimony to the paramount significance of the Temple Mount to the Jewish people. No less importantly, our peaceful presence on the Mount is a daily reminder to the Israeli government, and to freedom loving people around the world, that our most fundamental and inalienable rights of freedom of worship are being denied.

The aliyot are led by Rabbi Chaim Richman of the Institute. Please note that it is forbidden for all people to set foot upon the actual location of the Holy Temple. Those Jews who visit the periphery of the Mount, motivated out of a desire to be as close to the holy place as possible, do so according to the strict requirements of Jewish law and do not actually set foot upon the sanctified areas. To see the route most commonly followed today, click here. Those wishing guidance in preparing to ascend the Mount in purity according to the Torah, or those who would like to arrange for a Torah-based tour of the Temple Mount, are invited to contact us at:

Present day Judaism is the legalistic leaven of the Pharisees. The prohibitions placed on the faithful go far beyond what the Bible says, and more importantly delve into areas where the Bible says nothing. The Jews left the Bible not long after the death of the LORD Jesus Christ, and the destruction of the Second Temple. They turned to their sages interpretations of the Bible for every conceivable situation. The Mishna was the first attempt to compile all these rulings, and then later came the Talmud. These two books carry the authority of the Bible into the ridiculous. The Mishna solves the dilemma of finding a barrel of wine floating in the river as to whether it is kosher or not. The ruling is that if the town upriver has a large Jewish population then it can be considered kosher. The rulings by the sages continues today. A Jewish  acquaintance told me of his grandfather's decision as the sage given the responsibility to determine if tomatoes are kosher, and what a prestigious standing this has given him in the Jewish community. The leaven of legalism demands that the Mishna and Talmud have more authority then the Bible so legalistic followers have a chance of being obedient with a clear conscience. The rulings governing Jewish presents on the Temple Mount are of the same sort as the barrel of wine, or the tomatoes. It is a Pharisaical decree that goes far beyond anything the Bible says about a time when there is no Temple.

The holiness of this Mount can only be associated with the functioning of a kosher Holy Jewish Temple! It was the presents of God in the First Temple that made it holy, and before any Temple was ever built the holiness of Moriah did not exist. It was the presents of the LORD Jesus Christ that made the Second Temple even more holy then the First.

Haggai 2:9

9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.
KJV

The Second Temple never had the Shekinah Glory of the First that left before it's destruction as revealed in Ezekiel chapter 10. The Second Temple had no mention of the Ark of the Covenant ever being placed in the Holy of Holies giving the Shekinah Glory a place to dwell. The greater glory can only be the presents of the LORD Jesus Christ! Without the presents of God there is no glory! The holiness of the Second Temple was only in the anticipation of the coming glory. The issue of Holy Ground becomes mute until another anticipatory Temple can be built.

It seems to me that just as Haggai built the Second Holy Temple in anticipation of the presents of the LORD so also can the Jews of today build a Holy Temple in anticipation for their returning Messiah. The presents of the King of Glory will make the anticipation Temple coming to the Temple Mount a holy place. Only then will Holy Ground once again exist on Mount Moriah. It is the LORD Jesus Christ who is coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount! He is the LORD of hosts. He is about to become the LORD mighty in battle as He destroys the gentile armies gathered for the battle of Armageddon. It is only after Armageddon that His Kingdom can be established.

Psalms 24

24:1 A Psalm of David.

The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
8 Who is this King of glory ? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory ? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory . Selah.

Rice to Israel Today
11:45 Feb 06, '05 / 27 Shevat 5765

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice will arrive in Israel this afternoon, but will not take part in Tuesday's Sharon-Mubarak-Abdullah-Abu Mazen summit in Sharm a-Sheikh.

"I hope we would all get into a mind-set that says if the parties are able to continue to move on their own, that's the very best outcome," Rice explained to reporters this morning on her way to Ankara.

Sworn in to her new position only nine days ago, Secretary Rice will pay a visit to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum with Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, will later meet with him and then with President Moshe Katzav, and will dine this evening with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

Tomorrow morning, Ms. Rice will visit in Palestinian Authority-controlled areas, meeting with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen). She is set to depart at 2 PM for the U.S.

The Sharm a-Sheikh summit will take place at the initiative of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Israel asked that it be put off until Thursday so that Sharon and Abu Mazen could meet first, but Egypt refused.

On the other hand, Mubarak says he is willing to visit Israel for the first time, if he receives an official invitation from Sharon. Tuesday's summit will mark the first face-to-face meeting between the two since Sharon took office four years ago. The last time an Egyptian president visited Israel – Sadat in 1977 – the result was the first Israeli-Arab peace treaty and Israel's withdrawal from the Sinai.

Sharon's aide flew to Cairo today, as did Jordan's Foreign Minister, to help prepare the summit.

I have just heard the Palestinian Incitement Department of the Israeli Government has been shut down by Ariel Sharon. It is clear that if there is no reporting then there can't be any public knowledge of what the Palestinians are really doing. Nothing but good news will be released as Israel bows to the gentile pressure to make sure the Road Map is implemented. Peace through ignorance is the only way this gentile Road Map will work, and that is just what is happening for the Rice visit.

This is turning into a very important week apart from the Superbowl. A week of irreversible committal. There has been much rhetoric leading up to the events about to transpire. There has also been much deception to make everything palatable. The gentile Road Map to peace for the Holy Land will be engaged! A blasphemous plan that goes against the plan of God for the future of the Holy Land. The heart of this Road Map is to give the most barbaric animalistic culture in the world a forever heathenistic State in the Holy Land. It is a dastardly plan out of the bowels of hell contrived by the anti-Semitic Russians, EU, and UN. It is a defiant plan inspired by Satan himself to stop God from completing His plan for the coming Kingdom. The return of the Jews to the Holy Land was when God made His commitment to which generation would experience dispensational change from Church to Kingdom Age. Now, Satan is making his commitment to stop God. Satan has influenced the whole world into deceptively seeing nothing but good coming with the Road Map. The prince of lies has manipulated the gullible world leaders of this generation to close their eyes to the truth, and seek only the lie. It is working well.

The next part of Satan's plan that is the follow-up to the Road Map will be the introduction of the man of sin. The antichrist who will usurp the authority, and position of the returning LORD Jesus Christ in the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and on the Temple Mount. The Bible calls him the beast. An animal of unconscienceable hatred who will lead the entire world by deception of peace into Armageddon. "By peace (he) will destroy many." The commitment to this horrific plan of deception under the cover of peace is going to make this week a time of infamy. The coming phony peace plan built on lies that will bring the world to Armageddon may well be what is being committed to this week.  The phony peace of Ezekiel 38 & 39 that brings with it the Last Jihad Islamic invasion of Israel. The destruction of the Islamic invader, and Islamic influence over the Holy Land. The open door to the construction of the Last Holy Jewish Temple is all part of God's plan to which He is already committed. This generation is about to witness which plan will be the one that will be brought to fruition. The plan built on truth and Jesus Christ, or the plan built on lies and Satan. Both plans mean death and destruction to a rebellious generation. A generation that has no concept of Biblical righteousness. A generation that will go willingly ignorant into the darkness of the Day of the LORD.

Amos 5:20-24

20 Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?

21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.

22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.

23 Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols.

24 But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.

Rice: U.S. to appoint 'security coordinator,' will take active role

By Haaretz Staff and Agencies

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Monday vowed active U.S. involvement in Middle East peace-making, saying Washington would dispatch a high-level "security coordinator" to the region and send more than $40 million in immediate aid to the Palestinians.

Speaking ahead of her departure from Ben-Gurion International Airport in Israel, Rice said General William E. Ward was chosen for the job of security coordinator. She said Ward would visit the region in coming weeks and report directly to her.

Ward, a decorated army officer, has served in South Korea, Germany, Somalia, Egypt and as the head of a NATO force in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Rice said Ward would supervise, among other things, reform of the Palestinian security forces. The extent of Ward's mandate remained somewhat unclear, including whether he would be asked to monitor compliance with the internationally-brokered road map to Middle East peace.

But most important, Rice said, was to establish security.

"Ward's mandate is on security which really has to be established," she said.

The secretary of state said the security monitor would help Israel and the Palestinians on security issues, but that "we believe the best security cooperation is between the parties themselves."

"The parties are showing a capability to make progress on their own," Rice said. "The U.S. does not believe that it is necessary to intervene just for the sake of intervening."

"The bilateral security cooperation is more important that anything that we could do trilaterally," she told reporters.

Rice also told reporters that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon have accepted invitations for separate meetings with U.S. President George W. Bush at the White House in the spring. Bush had refused to invite Arafat to Washington.

On Sunday, Rice met with Sharon, President Moshe Katsav and Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom.

Rice praised the recently-elected Abbas for his adherence to his mandate to restore calm in Palestinian areas, saying that he had helped to jump-start peace efforts with Israel.

She said she had told Israel it must refrain from taking unilateral actions that would prejudge the outcome of future peace negotiations.

Rice also said she told Israel it must live up to its obligations under road map, under which Israel was to have dismantled dozens of unauthorized West Bank settlement outposts and frozen settlement expansion, but has not done so.

"We did talk about the need to make sure that both obligations are carried out concerning settlements and outposts," she said of her talks with Israeli leaders....

Notice the staged picture by the Palestinian Authority when Condoleezza Rice visited. The Palestinians put the Temple Mount into a position of great importance to them, and attach that importance as crucial to any peace negotiations. The Palestinian Authority wants to be on record that the Temple Mount means more to them then it does to the Jews, and the world should know it must be the Jews who step aside when final negotiations for the Mount are put on the table. This generation of Jews are on the verge of selling their Biblical heritage for a worthless bowl of pottage.

Islam is way ahead of the Christian world, and secular Jewish politicians in knowing how important the Temple Mount is for the future that the Bible paints for the Holy Land. Islam knows if they can convince the world that a Jewish Temple can never be built on the Temple Mount they win! The Koran becomes the book of the Holy Land, and the Bible is put in ill repute. Islam knows most of Christianity, and most of secular Judaism do not believe the Bible anyway. They have nurtured this generation on humanism and evolution. The Bible has been presented as a book of myths to the children of this generation, and so Bible prophecy is looked upon as just another myth. The return of the LORD Jesus Christ is also just another unscientific myth that will never take place. The Temple Mount has no value to the modern thinkers of this generation. They are perfectly willing to cede Temple Mount authority to the backward fanatical fringe of Islam as long as it means so much to them.

The primary emphasis for the Road Map at this stage is security. The primary emphasis in Ezekiel 38 & 39 that reveals the coming Islamic invasion of Israel is a phony security that will be in place just before invasion. Folks, we are very probably watching prophecy coming to pass! It is not going to make the headlines of today's newspapers, but that does not diminish the truth of what is happening in the Holy Land. God is working toward dispensational change. He revealed the truth of what He is doing in this generation to the prophet Ezekiel over 2500 years ago. The phony peace of the gentile Road Map, and the false sense of security it will give to the gullible rebellious house of Israel is about to be realized. The Old Testament lives in today's news.

The God of the Bible is about to end all Islamic influence over the Holy Land. Ezekiel 39 reveals the utter destruction of the invaders of Israel. The end of Islamic influence opens the door to the construction of the Last Jewish Holy Temple to be built on the Temple Mount. Ezekiel gives the blueprint of this Temple right after Ezekiel 39. Chapters 40 - 48 describes God's future plans for the Holy Land, and the coming Kingdom He is in the process of planting after Ezekiel 38 & 39.

"Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done!"

Ezekiel 38:8

8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
KJV

Ezekiel 38:11-12

11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely , all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.
KJV

Ezekiel 38:14-16

14 Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely , shalt thou not know it?

15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:

16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

Reestablished Sanhedrin Convenes to Discuss Temple Mount
20:38 Feb 08, '05 / 29 Shevat 5765

Just one day before the summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, a different sort of meeting of the minds convened in Jerusalem – the reestablished Sanhedrin convened to hold their monthly meeting.

The major issue that was set before the group's consideration in this session was a discussion of the precise location of the Holy Temple.

The recently reestablished Sanhedrin of 71 rabbis and scholars convened Monday in Jerusalem to solidify logistical aspects of the Jewish legal body and hear expert testimony on the various opinions as to the exact part of the Temple Mount upon which the Holy Temple stood.

The fact that there has never been an archaeological expedition or dig on the Temple Mount, coupled with continuous Muslim efforts to destroy historical evidence of the Holy Temple at the site have made determining the exact location difficult.

The accurate location of where the Temple stood is a matter of controversy among scholars and has serious Jewish legal ramifications for those wishing to visit the Temple Mount as well as for the renewal of the Passover sacrifice – and ultimately, for the building of the third and final Holy Temple. While numerous opinions have been expressed throughout the years, these can be distilled into three main opinions which convey that the Temple:

1) Stood on the spot currently occupied by the gold-topped Dome of the Rock
2) Stood due north of that spot
3) Stood due south of that spot

Currently, Jewish visitors to the Temple Mount undergo strict preparations in accordance with halacha</1> (Jewish law) such as immersion in a mikveh (ritual bath) prior to ascending the Mount. Once on the Mount they adhere to a specific route, based upon the accepted positions of rabbinical authorities. (A map of the permitted area which reflects the most central and widely-accepted route can be viewed by clicking here).

During Temple times, the 71 members of the Sanhedrin, the center of Jewish jurisprudence, were seated in a semi-circle within a special chamber in the courtyard of the Temple.

“It is appropriate that the Sanhedrin convened to discuss this lofty matter this week,” Sanhedrin spokesman Rabbi Chaim Richman told Arutz-7’s Ezra HaLevi, “as the Torah portion is Terumah – the portion of the Bible which begins to deal with the preparations for the Tabernacle. Though seemingly esoteric, the preparations for building a Tabernacle and the Temple are at the center of who we are as a people.

Richman also said that it was heartening to see that despite talk of withdrawal from parts of the Land of Israel and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s declaration that Israel has “given up its dreams,” the Sanhedrin is being strengthened and is moving toward strengthening the nation of Israel. “As all these things happen all around us, the Sanhedrin is researching ways to renew the deepest roots of our faith – to renew Temple service, reunite Jewish legal tradition and inspire the Jewish people to aspire to greatness. Our people have one path before us, and we will continue to march toward our destiny.”

Following testimony from rabbis, professors and archaeologists who are experts in the matter of the Temple Mount a final presentation to the Sanhedrin before an eventual decision will be given by a subcommittee now in formation which will thoroughly examine the various opinions.

Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, one of the paratroopers who took part in the 1967 liberation of the Temple Mount and the founder of the Temple Institute said: “People today say, ‘who are we in this generation to even consider building the Temple?’ But in this week’s Torah portion we see that the commandment to build a Temple was given to Jews who had just stumbled and committed idolatry – they had just worshipped the golden calf. The fact is that what God requires in this world is for regular people to do their best. That is what we are trying to do.”

Sanhedrin, Temple Mount, Passover sacrifice, are all exciting Biblical terms. Of the three it is the Sanhedrin who are historically Biblical, but not authorized by the Bible. They existed for a very short period of time just before the destruction of the Second Holy Jewish Temple. They were then comprised of Pharisees and Sadducees. The world was warned by the LORD Jesus Christ to beware of the leaven of these self promoting religious experts. Judaism did not heed the words of Christ, and the corrupting leaven that caused Sharon and the majority of Jews to say "Israel has given up it's dreams" over the Land, the Temple Mount, and Passover Sacrifice. This generation of Jews have sold their Biblical heritage for the preverbal bowl of pottage. They have signed on to the gentile Road Map, and have made it the center piece of the present peace negotiations. A two State compromise with the heathen of the Holy Land. A two State compromise with the gentiles.

God is certain the Biblical commands He has revealed will come to pass once again. A Last Holy Jewish Temple will be built on the Temple Mount. It will have an altar where the Passover sacrifice will be offered as the Bible commands. The Sanhedrin has it right when they recognize that the Temple Mount is the center of who they (the Jews) are as a people. There is only one place that the LORD chose for the Passover sacrifice, and that is the Temple Mount. The value of the Temple Mount today is the value the Jews put on the Bible. They are the people of the Book, but their actions right now are those of a rebellious house. I doubt any rulings coming from this resurrected aberration of a Jewish Sanhedrin will ever have any influence on the Jews as a whole. It will come, and go as did the original Sanhedrin. What will endure is the Passover sacrifice, and the Temple where sacrifice will again be acceptable to the God of the Bible. A back to the Bible movement is coming to the Jews of Israel. Hearts will be changed, and redemption will again be realized. The cleansing blood for forgiveness from sin will again be honored. Remembrance of the Jewish Messiah, and Calvary will come together as Jew after Jew is redeemed. It will not be this Sanhedrin who will lead the Jews to this Biblical future. It will be through Great Tribulation that Jewish hearts will be changed. The rebellious hearts will be broken, and the Jews of Israel will turn back to the God of the Bible.

Exodus 12:13-15

13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.

White House commends Sharon, Abbas

Big News Network.com     Wednesday 9th February, 2005  (UPI)

The White House commended Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas Tuesday for promising to end Israeli-Palestinian violence.

The ceasefire pledge was made during a summit meeting in Egypt, during which the two leaders promised to meet again soon to negotiate a peace settlement that would lead to an independent Palestinian state.

We commend the strong leadership of President Abbas, Prime Minister Sharon, President Mubarak, and King Abdullah, spokesman Scott McClellan said on Air Force One, while en route with President Bush to Detroit.

Added McClelland: The cessation of violence and terrorism is an important step on the path to ending terrorism in the region, and dismantling the (Palestinian) terrorist infrastructure, which is called for under the road map. ,,, The United States will continue doing its part to help the parties move forward.

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Jordanian King Abdullah have played key roles in bringing the Israeli and Palestinian leaders together.

The White House Monday confirmed President Bush has asked Sharon and Abbas to visit the White House this spring for talks and they have accepted the invitation.

The only Biblical future for the Palestinian people will be for them to convert to Judaism. Not the Pharisaical Judaism of today that mixes tradition and the Bible, but a back to the Bible Judaism that will insist on the building of the Last Holy Jewish Temple with an altar on the Temple Mount. A Biblical Judaism that will once again honor the blood of sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin. This time in this coming Temple blood will be shed in remembrance of Calvary rather then looking forward to Calvary as the altars of the past. The LORD Jesus Christ will be acknowledged as the coming again Jewish Messiah, and all will be expected to submit to Him as the coming Jewish King of Glory. After the rapture of "born again" Christians all religions will be expected to disband, and submit to the returning Messiah. The Kingdom He shall be bringing will replace all worldly religions, governments, societies, and cultures. Everything will change. All tradition will be purged, and only the Bible in it's most pure and literal presentation will be the Law of the land. The LORD Jesus Christ will be present as the final authority over any confused interpretations. A perfect government with perfect religion will be the center of the Kingdom ruled over by the only perfect Prophet, Priest, and King. It will be something new replacing all that ever existed in the past. I'm convinced the Old Testament and New Testament will merge into this one perfect future religion. Biblical Judaism will be that perfect merging of both Old and New Testaments. It will be the Judaism God always intended. Two past Temples that looked forward in anticipation to the coming of that one single sacrifice that would forever solve the question of redemption from sin. One final Temple looking back in perpetual remembrance of Calvary. The Kingdom Temple that will be the only Temple built with a throne!

Ezekiel 43:7

7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne , and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.
KJV

Folks, there is something bigger then the mighty United States. There is something bigger then even the united gentile powers of today. It is the God of the Bible. It is His Holy Land that has become center of all the news reporting because of the resistance to God forcing His Biblical Kingdom on this generation. The gentiles have a plan that contradicts God's plan for the future of the Holy Land.  In the end it will only be Israel that will survive the conflict intact. All others must either submit to the coming King, His Bible, and His coming Kingdom, or perish! There will be no heathen State forever implanted in the Holy Land. There will only be Biblical Judaism!

Selah.

Revelation 11:1-3
11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

Ceasefire Explodes with Dozens of Mortar Shells and Rockets
17:57 Feb 10, '05 / 1 Adar 5765

The ceasefire and "new hope for peace" declared at Sharm a-Sheikh just two days ago exploded last night and today amidst 36 Arab-fired mortar shells and Kassam rockets at Gush Katif towns.

No one was hurt in the attacks, though was one house in N'vei Dekalim suffered a direct hit, and electricity was out in most of Gush Katif - the bloc of Jewish communities in southern Gaza - for several hours.

Israel submitted a formal complaint about the attacks to the U.S. and to Egypt, which hosted the Sharm a-Sheikh summit on Tuesday.

The most recent shells landed in Netzarim, close to 11 AM, and three more in Morag around noon. Though Gush Katif has been pounded with well over 5,300 shells and rockets during the past four years, residents say they cannot remember such a large bombardment as the one that began early this morning.

On the one hand, the organized bombardment appears to be a direct result of the concessions that Prime Minister Sharon has made to the Palestinian Authority in recent days, and which continued even this morning. Katif.net reports that the north-south route that has long had an IDF checkpoint controlling its traffic is now open 24 hours a day to local Arab traffic, with no Israeli supervision. "This enables the terrorists to rearm and transport mortar shells from north to south with no disturbance," the site reports.

On the other hand, Kfar Darom spokesman Asher Mivtzari says the tremendous amount of mortar shells shows that there is guidance from higher political echelons. "We see that no shells have hit Sderot, while Gush Katif is pounded mercilessly," he said. "It is clear that Abu Mazen is allowing this, while at the same time receiving a signal from Sharon that it's OK to hit Gush Katif, as long as Sderot is left out of the equation."

"We call upon the Prime Minister and Defense Minister," said Gush Katif spokesman Eran Sternberg, "to open their eyes and see with whom we're making this imaginary peace, and to whom they're making the gestures [of removing roadblocks, releasing prisoners, and the like]."

The first shells started blasting N'vei Dekalim close to 2 AM, and continued throughout the night. One shell landed directly in the shower stall of a home, and miraculously, no one was hurt. Electricity throughout Gush Katif, except for Moshav Katif and Netzer Hazani, was knocked out, apparently by a mortar shell, at 4 AM, until around 9:30. In between, another round of at least seven shells hit Atzmonah, and two Kassam rockets were fired this morning at N'vei Dekalim and Katif.

MK Uri Ariel (National Union) said very simply, "Sharon has abandoned Gush Katif and its residents; the fact that there have been no wounded has nothing to do with him... The soldiers can no longer merely open fire on suspected infiltrators; they have to ask permission from their higher-ups, and it takes a while. All the Hamas leaders have now come out of their holes, and are walking around free, preparing for the next round of terror."

MK Zevulun Orlev (National Religious Party) has called upon the government to cease all goodwill gestures to the PA following the bombardment.

Hamas took credit for the bombardment of Gush Katif, stating it was in retaliation for Israel's shooting last night at a group of four Arabs. The four were attempting to infiltrate the community of Atzmonah, having reached to within 40 meters of the fence, and were shot while in an area well-known as being banned to Arabs. Another terrorist was killed nearby when the bomb he was trying to place blew up in his hands.

In the meanwhile, the gestures towards the Palestinian Authority continue even today. The Erez Crossing, closed following terror attacks, was opened to 2,000 workers today, and family visits are also being permitted across the Gaza border.

Finance Minister Binymain Netanyahu said that Abu Mazen's grace period is beginning to run out of time. Gaza Coast Regional Council chief Avner Shimoni said that the IDF must take action to stop the attacks. Minister Chaim Ramon (Labor) said that Israel is still awaiting action by Abu Mazen in this direction.

These Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers are certainly a tenacious group. Imagine any other community in the world that would undergo shelling from 5300  mortars and rockets over 4 years, and yet stubbornly hold on to their homes and land? All this in the face of a villaination campaign conducted by the left wing of their own people. Already the left is forming goon squads of like minded  politicos under the auspices of special police who will show no mercy to Jewish men, women, or children as they clean out these settlers from their homes and land. Concentration camps set up for whole families being interned are already under construction in preparation for the withdrawal from the Gaza.

It will be these Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers who have undergone the wrath of Palestinian hate who will soon face the wrath of the Jewish left which is the majority in Israel. All the suffering they have already gone through will be spun into suffering deserved for their independent thinking. They would not go along with the majority so they deserve all that happens to them will be the spin.

The truth is that these are the Jews who believe the Bible. They believe the Messiah is going to come for the faithful who are doing their best to obey. They recognize the Holy Land is God's Land, and that the Bible says He is giving it to those Jews of this generation willing to believe in the promises of His Word. This is why they have become the villains of our generation. This is why they are the thorn that prevents the Road Map from being enacted. This is why the whole world is agreed they must go to make room for the heathen Palestinian State. They are the ones who must step aside!

After the rapture of born again Christians from the great apostate Church of today, God is going to redeem many Jews. The Two Witnesses, and 144,000 of Revelation are first to come to mind. 12,000 living on the lands of the original tribes is what the Bible says will be the first to be redeemed. The focus of God after the rapture will fix on the Jews. They will become the first saved in the new dispensation that will follow the Church Age. They will be the foundation for the Kingdom Age.

Today there are over 250.000 Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers all slated for removal so the Palestinian State can be established. I really think the rapture is going to happen before this blasphemous action of a Palestinian State will  take place.  Before this culture of hate that pours down explosives on those chosen by God to establish His Kingdom are given a kingdom of their own in the Holy Land. Before this horrific Road Map can go much further.

God is going to supernaturally intervene. The rapture next, and then the destruction of the Islamic invaders of Ezekiel 38 & 39. The Two Witnesses and 144,00 Jews will then be free to build Ezekiel's Temple of chapters 40 -48. Folks the time is short. The Lamb of God offers His sin cleansing blood to you today. Won't you ask the LORD Jesus Christ to come into your heart? Won't you ask Him to forgive you of your sins? The choice He leaves up to you. He has the power to forgive. He asks nothing from you but submission to reality. You are lost in sin, and He is the Savior of sinners. It is not religion, it is only the Christ of the Bible who will soon come as the King of glory. There is no other to whom you can go. Friend, won't you choose this Christ today! Only He has the power to redeem!

Revelation 7:4

4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
KJV

Revelation 14:1-5
14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Palestinians Enlist in Jordanian Brigade in Hopes of 'Return'

Hundreds of Palestinians having been lining up in Amman to join the Jordanian army's special "Badr Brigade" for Palestinian soldiers ever since the Hashemite Kingdom recently proposed deploying the force in northern Samaria after Israeli disengagement from four Jewish communities in the Jenin area. Up to 150 men have been enlisting in the largely symbolic force each day, telling curious reporters they have been dreaming of returning to the West Bank for decades. Israel has reacted coolly to the proposal, viewing it as a backdoor means for Palestinian refugees to realize the 'right of return.' PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has reportedly agreed to the deployment, but Israel has the final say.

Gunmen Slay Prisoners in Gaza Jail

Several Palestinian gunmen broke into the central Gaza prison on Thursday and killed three prisoners to settle scores with rival families. The gunmen, who impersonated policemen, killed one of the prisoners outside the prison and escaped unscathed, Army Radio reported. Eyewitnesses said they kidnapped one prisoner from the jail, drove him to a nearby refugee camp, shot him and then paraded his dead body through the camp on top of a car. Relatives of the victims said the three were awaiting trial for involvement in two separate murders in the el-Bureij refugee camp.

Half of Released Terrorists Return to Terror
14:35 Feb 11, '05 / 2 Adar 5765

With a ministerial committee set to decide Sunday which Palestinian terrorists to free as a gesture to Abu Mazen, a new study shows that half of released Arab terrorists return to their evil ways.

A booklet published by journalist Boaz HaEtzni and others includes warnings and protests by public and military figures who say that releasing prisoners is dangerous from several standpoints:
* It places the lives of Israel's citizens in certain danger
* It harms the IDF's deterrence effect
* It strengthens both the motivation and capabilities of the terror organizations
* It weakens Israel's moral stance against terrorists and those who shelter them.

"From 1985 until now," the booklet states, "Israel has released thousands of Palestinian terrorists in various prisoner exchanges. Not one of them underwent a test to determine if he will continue to endanger us or not."

"We have gathered some of the results of past prisoner releases," HaEtzni explained, "and we show that waves of terrorism have been ignited as a result. According to authorized data, some 50% of the released terrorists returned to terrorism after their release."

"Our purpose in publicizing this report," he says, "is to warn those who release terrorists that every other terrorist to be released is expected to endanger us again!"

"Those who must make this decision," the booklet states, "should be aware that the eyes of women, children, babies, elderly, new immigrants and IDF soldiers who were murdered by terrorists released by Israel will be upon you. If the government hadn't decided to release them, and if the President had not signed their pardon, and if the Supreme Court had not refrained from preventing the release, these people would have been with us today."

Though the public and ministerial debate is focused on the question of whether to release murderers or not, many relatives of terror victims say no terrorists at all should be released. Aryeh Bachrach, whose 18-year-old son Ohad was murdered by Arab terrorists almost a decade ago, says there is no difference between terrorists who have murdered and those who did not succeed in their goal.

"Our organization [Almagor] has lists of terrorists released without 'blood on their hands'," Bachrach said, "whose hands became full of blood afterwards. If they have no blood on their hands, it means they didn't succeed the first time, and they'll simply try again."

The ministerial committee comprises Ministers Sharon, Mofaz, Peres, Olmert, Netanyahu, Ramon, Livny, and Ezra.

I'm thinking that the Israelis should release the Palestinian terrorists to the Palestinian Authority, but only if the PA agrees to keep them in prison for their crimes. Let the PA pay for their incarceration. There should also be big fines, or other retributions against the PA for failing to rehabilitate these prisoners. I think the international community should agree to the death penalty for any who should get caught in terrorism ever again, and the PA be responsible for quick executions of the guilty. Only this way will the new PA show it is serious about controlling terrorists.

Despite all the talk of peace the Palestinian Authority can't control it's own internal affairs much less will they be able to control terrorism against the Jews. The parading of the dead body on a car top is barbarism. The incitement of the crowds to barbarous acts should be outlawed. There must be heavy penalties for those who so boldly defy all human compassion. The things that wild animals do is the reality of the Palestinian culture today. All talk of peace can only be phony with a culture like this. Promises from a beast are worthless. In Germany the Nazi beast had to be beat down both by the allies, but in the end by the German people. It was not until the people turned on the Nazis that civilization returned to the nation. The same must happen within the Palestinian culture.

Right now it is only beasts that are enlisting in the symbolic Jordanian Badr Brigade. They are enlisting by the hundreds per day. They are encouraged to remain just as they are with no guidelines being laid down about expected behavior. The treatment of terrorists is only to free them from Israeli confinement so they can finish the job they started. That is to kill Jews!

These heathen Palestinians who hate God's chosen people are in big trouble. The Bible says they are on their way to the pit! They are on their way to hell! They turned from the God of the Bible to the Koran. They willingly forgot the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to follow the heathen gods of Ishmael and Esau.

Genesis 21:10

10 Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son : for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son , even with Isaac.
KJV

Malachi 1:2-3

2 I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,

3 And I hated Esau , and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
KJV

The seed of the heathen continues to hate the God of the Bible. The God of the redeemed Jews. The God of the redeemed Christians. There shall be no inheritance for these rejected wicked people who display so openly their culture of barbarianism. The execution of judgment is what the Bible says will be the future for such heathen.

Psalms 9:13-20

13 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:
14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.
15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.
17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.
19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

Congressman Ties PA Aid to Arab Funding

The senior Democrat on the US House International Relations Committee said Thursday that he would condition some $350 million in US aid slated for the Palestinians on oil-rich Arab "deadbeats" making good on their own promised contributions. In a hearing on Mideast peace prospects, Rep. Tom Lantos insisted that Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates "lead the list of deadbeats in arrears to the Palestinian Authority," and should use some of the $40 billion in windfall oil profits reaped last year to make good on their pledges of $400 million. The proposal was immediately seconded by the leadoff witness, former secretary of state Henry Kissinger. "I think it is reasonable that the surrounding Arab states that have resources should at least match US support," Kissinger said.

Budget cuts are coming because of the high costs of fighting terrorism. Those cuts effect me in two areas. I get $10/month in food stamp aid. It's not much (most would think it insignificant), but it helps. The major area of cuts that will effect me are those for the veterans. Here, I am totally dependent. My health care, and veteran's pension are all I have. I'm at the end of life, and find myself both handicapped and alone. My life is a testimony to God's love and faithfulness. Let me be clear that if the Veterans Administration were to cut me off, the God of the Bible would provide through other means. It is through the VA that God has provided the care I need as a legally blind veteran who is also quickly losing the ability to walk. I was self supporting through most of my life, and only here at the end find myself totally disabled which means I must depend on others. It is a humbling experience, but makes me a better Christian as I have found the LORD Jesus Christ is more then able to provide for me in ways I never knew were possible. I have found blindness is just another challenge in life that can be overcome through faith. New areas of ministry have opened that would never have been possible were I still sighted.

I know most folks do not like to hear people complain about their infirmities, and I'm trying to say these things without seeming like a complainer. I expect the coming budget cuts will effect me in some way. I don't mind doing my part to fight terrorism. What I don't like is being played for a sucker by those who do support terrorism. What I don't like is money designated to help the needy being shifted to support this blasphemous Road Map that would place the worst heathen culture in the world into the Holy Land forever.

I think there are many things we do as the leading Christian nation in the world that are great, but I also know our government makes terrible mistakes. The greatest mistake of our generation is this Road Map. It alienates us from the Bible, and everything the Bible has to say about the coming Kingdom. The Road Map plays right into the hands of the terrorists who want to convince the world that Allah is great, and the Koran is greater then the Bible.

I do not want any part of this blight on our generation. I find most Christians are far more blind then I am. We have a White House that exuberates in Bible Study, and yet has signed on to this plan from hell. A plan authored by the atheistic Russians , and humanistic EU and UN.  It makes no sense? Can a blind man see more then these supposed scholarly White House Bible  teachers? I think we all should have pity on the blind leading the blind of this generation. They are heading to Armageddon. They are truly more blind then those who are only physically blind! I'll survive the budget cuts, but they will die in their sin. These are phony Christians of the Great Apostate Church leading the world into a phony peace that will end in the Biblical Armageddon of righteousness, and not the sexually perverted Islamic Paradise of hedonistic pleasures!

Zephaniah 1:17-18

17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.

18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Joshua 6:20-21

20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.

21 And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.

IDF to Start Handing Over Yesha Cities to PA Forces
16:37 Feb 13, '05 / 4 Adar 5765

Def. Minister Shaul Mofaz, after meeting with PA officials Saturday night, has agreed to hand security control over the city of Jericho, located just north of the Dead Sea, to PA forces by mid-week.

The handover is expected to be followed by similar IDF withdrawals from Kalkilye and Tul Karm, with further withdrawals contingent upon whether the PA succeeds in curtailing terrorist forces operating from areas under its control.

The transfer of authority will be coordinated between IDF Brig. Gen. Gadi Eisenkut and his PLO counterpart in Yesha (Judea, Samaria and Gaza), Gen. Haj Ismail.

The details of the IDF withdrawals were hammered out between Mofaz and PA representatives meeting at a Tel Aviv hotel. Among the PA officials attending were Mohammed Dahlan, security aid to Mahmoud Abbas, head of the PA, and “minister” for negotiations Saab Erekat.

As part of the negotiations, Mofaz told PA officials that Israel wants the PA to ban “unauthorized” persons from carrying weapons in PA controlled areas and to reorganize the PA’s various armed forces under one authority. Mofaz also requested that the PA seize weapons held by terrorist militias operating out of PA-controlled territories and to take action against factories manufacturing munitions used by terrorist forces.

Although Israel’s demands on these issues have not been met, this apparently was not a factor in reaching the agreement to begin transferring security control over Arab cities in Yesha to armed forces belonging to the PA.

The precedent is set! Only Israel must keep it's agreement, but the Palestinians get a pass so the Road Map can progress. It will be like this through the rest of the process. There will be no real pressure on the Palestinians to conform, and conform they will not! The terrorists will have free reign in all PA controlled areas to wreak havoc on their Jewish victims. The victims, of course, will be the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers.

This last election in America revealed a very interesting truth. The red and blue areas defined where the liberals mostly live. The big cities! The blue of conservatism was mostly the great rural expanses on the map. It is the same in Israel. Here, the majority liberal masses congregate in the big cities. Tel Aviv is the biggest. They feel safe huddled together under their own strength. The conservatives live mostly in the expanses between their hostile neighbors, and themselves. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers live on the frontier in harms way. The liberals have little concern as long as they feel safe. They are willing to sacrifice the Settlers for their own security. They know it will be the settlers who will bear the brunt of Palestinian inaction over rounding up the terrorists, and that is just fine. They have all the time they feel it will take to get compliance from the PA. It will not be until Tel Aviv comes under terrorist threat that this liberal secularized government will take effective action.

It is no little thing that this giveaway to the heathens begins at Jericho. There could be no greater Biblical slap in the face then the first heathen city to be overthrown during the First Exodus should be the first turned back to the heathen by this secularized government of the Third Exodus. Folks, this government of Ariel Sharon must go! I'm sure the spin will be what a great beginning to the peace process. They will probably give Sharon the Nobel Peace Prize as they did to Arafat. He will be in good company.

I suspect this phony peace will progress a long way before it falls apart. I expect the Islamic invasion of Ezekiel 38 & 39 will finally put an end to it! All the phony spin will collapse under the light of reality. The secular Jewish governmental system will collapse at the same time. New leadership will replace the old pompous politicians who are sacrificing the only Jewish community trying to be obedient to the Bible. Two Old Testament Jewish prophets will begin their ministry from Jerusalem with the support of 144,000 Jews mostly from among the settlers living on, or displaced from the tribal lands of the original Twelve Tribes. I'm sure their first act after God destroys the invaders will be the building of Ezekiel's Temple. These will be the back to the Bible Jews who will lay the foundation for the coming Kingdom Age! Jericho will again be in Jewish hands.

Today, is the day of Balaam. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers must be cursed. Tomorrow, will be the Day of the LORD when such cursing will turn on those who live in wickedness, and resist the Coming Biblical Kingdom of God.

Numbers 22:1-6
22:1 And the children of Israel set forward, and pitched in the plains of Moab on this side Jordan by Jericho .
2 And Balak the son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.
3 And Moab was sore afraid of the people, because they were many: and Moab was distressed because of the children of Israel.
4 And Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all that are round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at that time.
5 He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:
6 Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.

Sources: Former Lebanese PM Hariri killed by bomb

BEIRUT (AP) — Former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, a self-made billionaire who led Lebanon for most of the period following the end of Lebanon's civil war in 1990, was targeted in a massive bomb explosion that ravaged his motorcade on a Beirut street Monday.

A Cabinet minister said Hariri was killed in the massive bomb explosion.

"He's dead," said Tourism Minister Farid Khazen as he left the scene of the explosion. The explosion killed at least nine other people, including several of his bodyguards.

Local TV stations said he was killed but the official news agency said he was badly injured and was rushed to hospital. At least nine other people, including three bodyguards, were killed and more than a dozen cars were set afire.

The private Lebanese Broadcasting Corp. and New TV reported Hariri was dead. However, his own TV station, Future, did not report the death.

But the official news agency said he was taken to the American University Hospital with serious injuries.

The front of the famous St. George Hotel was devastated in the blast, with several balconies blown off. Along the famed Mediterranean corniche, at least 20 cars were in flames or destroyed, and the fronts of several other bulidings were heavily damaged, including a British bank and the landmark Phoenicia Hotel.

Explosions in Beirut — while common during the 1975-90 civil war — have become rare since the conflict ended.

However, in October, amid rising tensions between the government and opposition groups, a car bomb seriously injured an opposition politician and killed his driver in Beirut.

Hariri is a self-made billionaire who has led Lebanon for most of the period since the 1975-1990 civil war ended. Since leaving office in October, he has been considered in the opposition. He has been in a rivalry with pro-Syrian President Emile Lahoud for years.

Witnesses at the scene confirmed that Hariri's motorcade had just passed the area shortly before the bomb went off.

TV footage showed dramatic scenes of one burning man struggling to get out of a car window, then falling on the ground. He was helped by a bystander who used his jacket to put out the flames, but it was not clear if he survived.

Several young women were seen with blood running down their faces. Some had to be helped from the scene.

Heavily armed security forces cordoned off the area with yellow tape as rescue workers and investigators combed the scene apparently looking for casualties or clues to what caused the huge explosion.

The explosion near the city's waterfront shortly before noon shook buildings in the city center and was heard in outlying hills overlooking the Lebanese capital.

Rubble and twisted debris covered a road lined with burning cars, the smoke from which enveloping the area as firefighters carrying houses raced to douse flames.

I keep expecting a US invasion of Syria not from any Biblical perspective, but just common sense considering what is happening in the Middle East. I know the secular Jewish government has long strived to have pacified Arab neighbors. They are realistic enough to know Islam will always hate the Jews, but if their immediate neighbors could be pacified they could live in acceptable security. Egypt and Jordan were their first successes. Syria and with it Lebanon is all that is left. I would not be surprised to find out some day behind closed doors there was an agreement by Israel to support the Road Map in exchange for a US invasion of Syria similar to what was done in Iraq. I'm not trying to propose some conspiracy theory especially with no proof whatsoever, but I do expect an invasion of Syria very soon.

The murder of Hariri may well be the lighting of the fuse that will lead to invasion. He has opposed the Syrian control over Lebanon, and was murdered because of his opposition to the Syrian government. I have always felt the job of the US in the Middle East will not be finished until Syria is pacified. I'm convinced the invasion of Iraq was the right thing to do, and Syria should be next. Where the US has gone wrong was when we signed on to the blasphemous Road Map authored by the Russians, EU and UN. Had we only stayed clear of that Road Map the one sided initial victory over Saddam's army might have continued. The sad affairs in Iraq today are attributed, in my estimation, to our involvement with the Road Map. I still remember that it was on 9/11/2001 that Colin Powel was scheduled to announce our acceptance of the Road Map, but events of the day prevented the announcement until later.

Anyway, time will reveal if my speculations are right. I rest assured that the God of the Bible is in absolute control of all events throughout the world. I know He has brought about this third miraculous Exodus with the purpose of establishing His coming promised Kingdom in the Holy Land. Secular politicians may puff themselves up with their scheming plans, but in the end they all admit there were higher powers at work. Man tries to believe he is master of his own destiny, but God proves He can override all the schemes making history follow only His prescribed course.

The LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. He is coming this time as the King of Glory! Every knee will bow to His irresistible will. Biblical righteousness will once again be manifested here on earth. Nothing can stop the coming Kingdom!

Isaiah 45:21-25

21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

24 Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

25 In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

PA Figure: Israel Has Given In on Jericho Village
11:18 Feb 15, '05 / 6 Adar 5765

Leading PA figure Saeb Erekat says that Israel will hand Ouja over to PA para-military forces – even though the critical Jordan Valley highway passes directly through the village.

Ouja is a village just to the north of Jericho, and the dispute over Ouja has held up today's scheduled transfer of Jericho and environs to PA control.

Until now, IDF officers have been unwilling to withdraw their control from Ouja, as Highway 90, the north-south highway from northern Israel to Eilat passes right through it. When the Oslo War started, Arabs from Ouja in fact set up roadblocks and attacked Jewish travelers on the highway on a nightly basis.

Erekat, however, said today that Prime Minister Sharon's top aide and negotiator, Dov Weisglass, had agreed, in Israel's name, to the PA's demand for Ouja. Israeli officials said they knew nothing of this concession, although other Israeli sources said that the delay in handing over Jericho was merely temporary.

Jericho is the first of five PA-area cities to be handed over to the PA in the coming days and weeks.

Another issue in dispute was the number of IDF checkpoints that are to remain around the Jericho area. When Jericho was originally handed over to the PA in 1994, it was connected by a narrow, 5.5-kilometer long strip of land, which was later expanded to nearly a half-kilometer in width just several months before the Oslo War broke out in 2000. The strip almost totally isolates the community of Naama and its 25 families: Ouja to the north, Jericho to the south, the strip on the west, and the Jordan River and Jordanian border to the east.

Aryeh, Naamah's security coordinator, says he is not worried. "We've always traveled through Ouja," he told Arutz-7's Yosef Meiri today, "and we'll continue to do so. At worst, if people are afraid to travel, there is an unused bypass road around Ouja which, I assume, can be re-opened."

Many in the PA are looking forward to the re-opening of the Oasis Casino in Jericho, which made a profit of $54 million in 1999. An average of close to 2,900 people visited the casino daily before it closed due to the Oslo War – 99% of them Israelis. Interior Minister Ofir Pines-Paz of Labor has called on Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz not to permit the reopening of the casino. Pines-Paz said that allowing the casino to open would not reflect a “normalization or a fitting gesture, but rather an unfitting move that will harm the current process."

The Oasis Casino is partly owned by Casino Austria, a company partially owned by the Austrian government that is controlled by Martin Schlaff, a close associate of PM Sharon, and by Arafat-crony Mohammed Rashid.

PA Accepts 350 Wanted Terrorists In Security Force
01:01 Feb 16, '05 / 7 Adar 5765

(IsraelNN.com) The Palestinian Authority (PA) has agreed to accept 350 wanted Hamas terrorists as members of the PA security forces, President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) said. The Terrorists are from the Hamas and Jihad Islamic terror organizations.

Meanwhile, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade said it will react to the IDF's killing two armed terrorists who were preparing to attach the Samaria community of Har Bracha. The organization said that their two members were trying to prevent an attack by Jewish residents.

This is a great Road Map for the future peace of the Holy Land. The Palestinian Authority is putting the fox in charge of guarding the hen house. Even our modern vernacular would respond with "Da ..." It is a no brainer that this plan is stupid. Right now, at the beginning is when the world should jump all over the PA for playing everyone for a sucker. Instead, the predicted response is to turn a deaf ear for fear of offending these barbarians.

Jericho set the precedent for the First Exodus Jews regarding their commitment to God as they entered into the Holy Land. Jericho is again setting the precedent for this Third Exodus generation regarding their commitment to the same God over the same Holy Land.  The contrast is unmistakable. This generation of Jews are heading for Great Tribulation. A heart change will be forced on them by the only God of the Bible. Many are going to die resisting God as He forces His will on this rebellious house.

The secular majority of Israel are doing a horrible thing. They have compromised with the gentiles. God has given them the might to swat the fly, but they refuse. They would rather have a phony peace with the gentiles then real peace with God. They would give the most barbaric culture in the world today a forever kingdom of most of the Holy Land rather then pursue the Kingdom God promised them in the Land of milk and honey. They are intent to walk after their own devices, and every one do the imaginations of his own evil heart rather then obey the God of the Bible.

The same potter who stove with the Jews of the First Exodus is striving with the Jews of this Last Exodus. The same Holy Land - the same Jericho - the same call to obey! The Bible says this generation is going to go into Great Tribulation because they will not obey!

Friend, have you obeyed this same God of the Bible? Have you received the LORD Jesus Christ as your Savior? Are you certain you are being obedient to this same God who provided for your salvation? Disobedience is not an option! This same God of the Bible will settle for nothing less then your whole heart. Will you give it to Him today? He never rejects the sinner who comes with humbled heart. The Jews are about to have their hearts humbled. Many will resist and die. Friend, do not resist this call to Christ. Tomorrow may well be too late!

Jeremiah 18:1-13
18:1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;
8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;
10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.
11 Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
13 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

US recalls Syrian envoy in "outrage" over Beruit killing

Signals belief that Damascus is to blame for Hariri assassination
The United States recalled its ambassador to Syria late Tuesday amid rising tensions over the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri of Lebanon in a downtown car-bombing in Beirut on Monday.

State Department spokesman Richard Boucher, announcing the US move, said that it came in response to the Bush administration's "profound outrage" over the assassination of Hariri, a prominent critic of Syria's long-term control of Lebanese political affairs.

"I have been careful to say we do not know who committed the murder at this time," Boucher said, refraining from directly blaming Syria. But he went on to add that the deadly attack illustrated that Syria's decades-long military occupation of Lebanon "
has not brought anything to the Lebanese people."

Hit Job in Beirut - Editorial

T
he assassination of Lebanon's former prime minister, Rafik Hariri, is a political crime of the first magnitude. It killed at least 11 other people, wounded 100 more, and targeted one of Lebanon's most principled politicians, its hard-won civil peace, and its hopes of reclaiming independence from Syrian domination. The best response would be intensified international pressure to force Syrian troops from Lebanon. (New York Times)

US Blames Syria for Lebanese Leader's Assassination - Steven R. Weisman

The Bush administration, condemning the assassination of former prime minister Rafik Hariri Monday in Lebanon, suggested that Syria was to blame and moved to get a new condemnation of Syria's domination of Lebanon at the UN Security Council. White House spokesman Scott McClellan called the killing "a terrible reminder that the Lebanese people must be able to pursue their aspirations and determine their own political future free from violence and intimidation and free from Syrian occupation." (New York Times)

Israel Believes Hizballah Responsible for Hariri's Murder - Amir Buhbut

Despite the fact that an unknown Islamic organization took credit for the murder of former Lebanese prime minister Hariri, Israel's security services are convinced that Hizballah is behind the act. "I have no doubt that Hizballah is involved in the attack," a senior officer said Tuesday. (Maariv-Hebrew)

Sharon: No need to respond to attempts to blame Israel

Asked about Monday's assassination in Beirut Israeli PM Ariel Sharon said on Tuesday that it was "unnecessary to respond" to Syrian accusations that Israel was implicated in the killing. He said Lebanon is under full Syrian control and still a center of terrorist activity (Ha'aretz)

Lebanese General calls on UN to stop Syrians

In France, Lebanon's most prominent exile, former army commander Gen. Michel Aoun, said Tuesday that he suspects Syria was behind the assassination. The Syrians "totally control the country," Aoun said on France-Info radio. "Nothing moves without it being controlled by the Syrians." Aoun said Hariri's killing was a challenge to the international community and he asked for help from the United Nations "because the Syrians can repeat their crimes." (Jeruasalem Post)

The war drum is definitely beating. Invasion Syria seems to be the message. The pacification of the last hostile neighbor on Israel's boarder is the plan. The pacification of the Middle East is the goal. A nuclear free zone is probably already on the drawing board. It will not just be the Arab neighbors of Israel that will be pacified by the gentile powers. The logical direction this Road Map is going will be to pacify Israel! The Jews will then be totally dependent on their gentile patrons for their security!

This may seem fine to many Christian's thinking that Israel has no better friend then the United States, but how apathetic might the US become in commitments to the Jews after the rapture? The political winds can change in an instant, and friendships can turn as quickly. Hostile politicians are waiting in the wings only a vote away from taking power. They would join with the apathy of the Europeans toward the Jews. They would fit the world government attitude predicted by Ezekiel 38 & 39 when the Last Jihad Islamic invasion of Israel takes place. An invasion that goes unchallenged by the world. An invasion of an Israel at rest living in the security of the gentile powers. It seems like all the things Ezekiel said would happen are falling into place. The phony peace of the Road Map is now becoming the reality. A pacified Syria is critical to the situation that would lead to the pacification of Israel. Syria will fall even faster then Iraq. Afterward, the pacification of Israel can take place very quickly. The present political cycle of the Bush Administration would be sufficient for a pacified Israel should Syria fall this year. A feather in the hat of the world politicians, but a stealthy death sentence for the Jews if God were not predicted to intervene.

The building of the Last Holy Jewish Temple is where God is going with His road map for the future of the Holy Land. Islam must be removed as the major road block for God's plan to proceed. The Jews are already back, and established in the Holy Land. The rest of God's plan is being formulated. The gentile world will think they are finally getting rid of the Jewish blight, but the Bible says God will turn this wicked plan into a great victory for the Jews. The unchallenged invaders of Israel will be destroyed by God Himself in supernatural fierceness. The rebellious house of Israel, and the heathen will both know that it is the God of the Bible who has done this! Many Jews will turn to God, but most of the gentiles will rebel against God's intervention. The destruction of Islam will only be the precursor for the destruction of the gentile dominated world system at Armageddon. A Jewish Kingdom is coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. God is not going to let the politicians marginalize what He has already revealed in the Bible for the future of mankind! Dispensational change is here. Watch the Bible and the news flow together in irresistible harmony.

Army Chief to be replaced on eve of disengagement

I
DF Chief of Staff Moshe Ya'alon will retire from the army this summer, having served the three years in the post designated by law but without the customary extension of a fourth. Ya'alon will complete his term just as the disengagement from the Gaza Strip and the northern Samaria begins, in the second week of July. Army sources on Wednesday accused Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz of grave irresponsibility for replacing both Ya'alon and Shin Bet secret service director Avi Dichter in the lead up to the implementation of the controversial plan. But in a written statement Mofaz said the decision not to give Ya'alon a fourth year was a matter of principle, and his successor would also serve three years. Ya'alon and Dichter were both on record warning against the risks of disengagement.

Landau: Sharon plans Altalena-style violent actions against expulsion opponent

By: Arutz 7/Israel National News

Published: February 16, 2005

Speaking with Arutz-7 today, Landau expressed the fear that Ariel Sharon is planning to take forcible and violent measures against those who oppose the withdrawal/expulsion plan. "The recent statements by Sharon and his men against the settlers are designed to justify using force against them, in the style of the Altalena," he said.

Landau quoted statements today such as, "We'll break their bones" and "The settlers are worse than terrorists," that have emanated of late from the Prime Minister's Office.

Labor MK Ephraim Sneh, a former Deputy Defense Minister, recently wrote in Maariv, "Even if the clash over Gaza exacts a price in blood, it will be tiny compared to the blood and victims that we will have to pay in decades of conflict with the Palestinians... A cruel and destructive civil war formed the democratic character of the United States, [and] the conflict amongst ourselves is unavoidable."

The Sharon goon squads are being formulated to deal ruthlessly with the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. Those who may show some feelings of compassion for these families are being replaced beforehand by hard hearted politically motivated officials. I think Sharon thinks he will go down in history as the Abraham Lincoln of Israel. The truth is he better fits Benedict Arnold! The Jewish settlers are being pictured as the rebel Confederates who were out to bust the Union. The truth is they are the only Jews in Israel who are obeying the Bible. It is their attempt to follow God's command that has brought upon them the wrath of the secular world. They must be demonized, or violence against them would not be justified. The vicious force Sharon is going to use against the settlers could have been used against the barbaric Palestinians, and it would have been justified. I just can't believe the whole world is watching this human rights violation taking form, and nothing is being said in support of the settlers. It is a crime that is not going to be forgotten by the God of the Bible.

The hymn "We are Marching to Zion" should be stripped from every Christian hymnal as penalty for the silence of this generation. The bad guys are in control both in Israel, and here in America. The politics of the Road Map are contrary to God's Biblical plan for the coming Kingdom, and  our Christian leadership swoons over the Evangelical Methodist President as if he can do no wrong! The fundamentalists of yesteryear would be taking him to the woodshed for Biblical ignorance and gullibility. At this most critical time in dispensational Biblical history this openly Evangelical President takes a back seat to the atheistic Russians, and humanistic Europeans letting them decide the forever future for the Holy Land. The greatest decision of this generation that could be made by a Christian politician was just handed over to the enemy. The result is the Road Map that gives the worst heathen culture on the planet today a forever kingdom right where God said in the Bible He was going to place His coming Kingdom! It is like spiting in God's face. Yet, very few Christians of this generation show even the slightest bit of outrage. Their attitude is as bad as his when they say by their actions: "Oh! that Kingdom will never come so why even think about it."

Friend, The LORD Jesus Christ is coming again. He is coming as the King of Glory. Every knee shall bow, and every tongue will confess Him ruler of all. Shame on every Biblical Christian who is not outraged over this Road Map! Shame on every Biblical Christian who is not outraged at what is happening to the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. But, double shame on any who still reject the LORD Jesus Christ as Savior of their soul. In this day they of all generations are without excuse. Bible prophecy is literally coming to pass before our eyes, and the great majority of this generation are deaf and dumb to the wonders that are unfolding.

Psalms 102:13-18

13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion : for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
16 When the LORD shall build up Zion , he shall appear in his glory.
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
18 This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.

Police Plan to Use Non-Jews for Expulsion
15:39 Feb 18, '05 / 9 Adar 5765

Police are preparing non-Jews to force Jews out of Gaza and northern Samaria and also are instructing policemen to hide identity badges, according to the B'Sheva weekly newspaper.

Law enforcement officers also have been promised that the police department will not act on any complaints against police brutality during the evacuation, which is expected to take several weeks. B'Sheva also reported that police are being trained how to use violence without leaving any external signs which could be used as evidence against them.

The government plans to close off Gush Katif as a closed military zone from May 15 and thus prohibit non-residents from entering, according to the investigative report. It disclosed that most of the policemen are non-Jews and that many Jewish policemen are suffering psychologically from the training they are receiving.

Police will not wear identity tags in order to prevent any complaints or claims of brutality, B'Sheba stated. Policemen have been told no complaints will be filed for "minor things" such as breaking an arm. The newspaper said the entire police program is to be unveiled at a Chabad gathering this coming Thursday.

The law enforcement agency plans to place four policemen for every resident to be evacuated. They also are preparing how to force mothers to release their babies, who are to be turned over to social workers until mothers agree to board buses.

Police also plan to seal the houses permanently, and soldiers will be on duty to prevent residents from returning. The Gaza and northern Samaria residents are to be transported to hotels or mobile homes, where guards will keep them from protesting or blocking roads

IDF Changes Policy on House Demolitions
12:36 Feb 18, '05 / 9 Adar 5765

Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz has accepted an army recommendation and issued an order halting demolition of terrorists' houses.

In a reversal of a four-year policy intended to deter terror attacks, Defense Minister Mofaz accepted the findings presented by Chief of Staff Moshe ("Bogie") Ya'alon that the demolitions are now unnecessary. The defense minister also reiterated Ya'alon's advice that the policy will be reexamined if there "is an extreme change in circumstances."

IDF officer Major General Udi Shani, who headed the military committee that investigated the policy of demolitions, said the policy was often ineffective.

The Rabbinical Council of Judea, Samaria and Gaza called the decision "a continuation of the foolish policies of the Jewish state, in which the homes of terrorists are more protected than the synagogues and Jewish cemeteries in Samaria, which are slated for destruction."

Knesset Member Ehud Yatom (Likud) said today that he is personally aware of dozens of cases in which families turned in relatives who were potential suicide bombers out of fear for their property, thus saving Israeli lives.

However, an Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades terrorist leader, whose house was demolished a few months ago after he organized a suicide bombing, said the razing "motivated me more to send people on [terror] missions." Ala Sankara told the Associated Press that he did not rebuild his house because of fear the army would destroy it again.

Please take note how the villains in Israel are being politically changed. It is no longer the Palestinian terrorists who are now being treated as rehabilitated, but the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers who are turned into the bad guys. The settlers have not even done anything, but the spin is all in anticipation of their expected resistance to being forced from their family homes.

What is their crime? What have these Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers done to insure such demonic attention? Their crime is that they read the Bible, and in simple fundamental faith obeyed God. They realized they were the first Jews in almost 2000 years who could obey God's command to occupy the Promised Land! God has allowed the State of Israel to be established in this our generation not for the rebellious house of Israel, but for the remnant who would obey His voice. Now the whole world is vilifying this remnant for crimes of anticipation. Trumped up crimes that have not even been committed. A goon squad is being systematically formed that will show no mercy. The whole world sees what is happening, but not a single voice of concern is raised. Where are the bleeding heart Christians who rally for every ridiculous cause that comes down the road? Now they have a real honest cause for which to rally, and there is nothing but silence! Where are the pompous Evangelical's who spew love for God's word? They are rallying behind their Methodist Evangelical President who caused this persecution with his endorsement of the gentile Road Map!

Folks, this generation is ready to follow the antichrist when he makes his appearance. The Bible says he will fool his followers into thinking he is a man of peace. Willing ignorance will be his best tool as he turns his lie into a phony truth for a generation that wants a phony peace. This phony gentile Road Map may well be the peace plan he will use to make his entrance. He already has the Great Apostate Church of today convinced that following his plan will bring peace! A plan he hatched through the atheistic Russians and humanistic Europeans.

This is the generation God knew was coming from the foundation of creation. A generation upon which dispensational change would be mandatory. A generation offered the Kingdom, but desired their own worldly kingdoms which offered the freedom to sin. A generation that thought in their own heart the freedom of religion was more important then the Bible. A generation that would spit in God's face by giving the worst barbaric heathen culture a forever kingdom of their own in the Holy Land, and would call it peace! A generation which at the end will choose Armageddon over the Davidic King of Glory. The LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount to set up one single religion that the whole world must submit. Sin will be outlawed with the gravest of penalties as puritanical regulations are enforced. It is a dispensation that only a remnant will desire. The rest are prophesied to rebel, and die in their sin. Repentance and forgiveness of sin will be as great a necessity as is true today, but the phoniness of today will not be practiced when the Kingdom comes.

Friend, cast all the phoniness aside, and come to the puritanical Christ of the Bible. What sounds so strict will be revealed as a light burden when Christ takes control. Won't you come to Him today?

Matthew 11:28-30

28 Come unto me , all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Iran and Syria directly confronted the Bush administration Wednesday by declaring they had formed a mutual self-defense pact to confront the "threats" now facing them. The move was announced after a meeting in Tehran between Iranian Vice President Mohammed Reza Aref and Syrian Prime Minister Naji al-Otari, according to Britain's Guardian.

The announcement comes amid a week of high tension in the region following the assassination in Beruit on Monday of Lebanon's former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. The White House on Wednesday intensified its search for punitive sanctions against Syria, accusing Damascus of complicity in the killing of the independent-minded former premier who was expected to stand for re-election on an anti-Syrian platform.

The US hopes that the international outrage over Hariri's death will generate momentum against the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad, even as President Bush himself intensifies the rhetoric against Iran's fledging nuclear program.

Addressing the question of a potential nuclear Iran at a news conference on Thursday, Bush shied away from ruling out an Israeli offensive strike.

"If I was the leader of Israel and I listened to some of the statements by the Iranian ayatollahs about... the security of my country, I'd be concerned about Iran having a nuclear weapon as well... And, in that Israel is our ally, in that we've made a very strong commitment to support Israel, we will support Israel if their security is threatened."

According to Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, speaking this week during a visit to London, Iran is six months away from having the knowledge to build a nuclear bomb.  "We believe that in six months from today they will end all the tests and experiments they are doing to have that knowledge," Shalom said.

I have spent much research time studying the nations involved in the coming Islamic Invasion of Israel in Ezekiel 38 & 39. I also note the nations that are not mentioned. What is surprising here is that not a single boarder Arab country is mentioned. The major Arab countries left out of the list of invaders includes Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. This does not mean that they will not be included, or supportive of the Islamic invasion, but it is interesting that they are not specifically mentioned. My speculation is that they are excluded from the plotting of the invasion. It could well be that the other Islamic invaders will not trust them. It could be that all of them like Egypt and Jordan will have made some treaty agreement with Israel making them untrustworthy to the rest of Islam.

I suspect this self-defense pact between Iran and Syria will fail to develop into anything lasting. I fully expect the Syrian government to fall. I'm fairly certain the pacification of Syria is part of God's plan for the future of the Holy Land as was the pacification of Iraq (Babylon). Israel must have safe and secure boarders for the phony peace of Ezekiel 38 & 39 to take place. I'm convinced the roll of the US in Bible prophecy is to accomplish that pacification. Where the US goes wrong is in the support of the gentile Road Map. For this transgression we are, and will continue to pay a high price!

I suspect the ties that now exist between Syria and Iran will be broken. Iran (Persia) has a major roll in the coming Last Jihad invasion of Israel. They are the Eastern prong of the three pronged pincher movement Islam will plan. Iran will have to cross either through Syria, or Iraq and Jordan to reach the boarders of Israel. The Southern prong of Islamic North Africa must pass through Egypt to reach the boarders of Israel. The Northern prong which starts north of the Caucasus Mountains is comprised of former USSR Islamic breakaway nations. The Northern "Chief Prince" prong is the lead plotter who join with Islamic Turkey (Togarmah) of whom they must cross on their way to Israel. The combined named invaders from the North (Chief Prince + Togarmah) then must pass through Lebanon to reach the boarder of Israel. The fact that the Turks are mentioned as part of the invasion, but Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon are not mentioned lead me to believe the boarder Arab States of Israel are deemed untrustworthy by the others. The pacification of Syria seems to me a most probable event considering what the Bible says about the coming Islamic invasion.

Ezekiel 38:1-9
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters
, and all his bands: and many people with thee.

25 Communities Go on the Chopping Block
12:48 Feb 20, '05 / 11 Adar 5765

PM Sharon is expected to sign, possibly as early as today, expulsion orders for the residents of Gush Katif and northern Shomron. The orders are to take effect five months from now, on July 20.

The Cabinet is voting today on the implementation of the disengagement plan, and, with the recent addition of Labor to the government, is set to approve it by a 17-5 vote. The ministers adjourned at 12:30 PM, and are set to reconvene at 2 PM.

Although the results of the vote are foregone conclusion, the Cabinet has divided the 25 communities of Gaza and northern Shomron into four groups – and a separate vote will be held shortly before the destruction of each group. The purpose of those votes will be to assess whether the circumstances justify canceling or postponing the evacuation.

The first group includes only three communities: Morag, Netzarim and Kfar Darom, the more isolated of the Gaza towns. Morag is just to the east of the southern tip of the Gush Katif communities, while Kfar Darom is three kilometers to the north of Gush Katif. Netzarim is another ten kilometers further north, in central Gaza, and residents and visitors travel to and fro accompanied by military convoys roughly every hour.

The second group of communities to be forcibly transferred includes the four in northern Shomron – Ganim, Kadim, Sa-Nur and Chomesh. The third group is the largest, including all 15 communities within the approximately 85-square kilometer (33 square miles) area of Gush Katif. The fourth group is the three secular communities of northern Gaza – Elei Sinai, Nisanit and Dugit. The final order of the groups' expulsion has not yet been set.

Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in what many analysts view as a shrewd political move, announced that he would vote against the disengagement today. Netanyahu has changed his position several times on this matter. Last May, he announced that he was against the disengagement, in keeping with the results of the Likud Party referendum. A month later, however, he voted in the Cabinet in favor of a "compromise" proposal – which was different than that which the Likud voters rejected only in that it divided the disengagement into four parts.

On October 25 of last year, when the Knesset voted on the first reading of the disengagement bill, Netanyahu implied that he would not vote in favor of the bill, and even absented himself from the plenum on the first roll call – but in the end, voted in favor. He then announced that he would resign from the government in two weeks if Sharon did not agree to a national referendum. In November, he retracted this ultimatum and remained in the government. Last week, he voted with the government on all aspects of the Evacuation/Compensation Law – while today, he is voting against.

It is widely assumed that Netanyahu wishes to place himself in right-wing position in time for the next Likud election for party leader.

Netanyahu said that his vote against the plan is not a personal statement against Sharon. He said that when Sharon was a minister in the Netanyahu government, "he sometimes voted against my polices, and that's acceptable." Netanyahu explained that his nay vote today stems from the fact that a referendum is not being held.

Also voting against will be Ministers Sharansky, HaNegbi, Naveh and Yisrael Katz. Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom and Education Minister Limor Livnat, who originally objected to the disengagement, have lined up with the Prime Minister and will vote in favor. Shalom still says that he would like to see a referendum on the issue.

The Cabinet will also approve today the final route of the anti-terrorism partition fence, which many feel mark Sharon's vision of Israel's final borders. It leaves over 93% of Judea and Samaria in Arab hands, while retaining only Maaleh Adumim, Ariel, Givat Ze'ev and several other communities and splinters of land in Israeli hands.

The Road Map is the driving force behind the Sharon withdrawal plan. The withdrawal will soon no longer be a plan, but will become reality! The Promised Land will never be under Jewish control again. The promises of the Bible will be effectively muted. The Koran will appear to the world as the book of the Holy Land, and not the Bible. The Jews will be noted for their secularism, and not for their Biblical heritage. The secular majority of Jews will be on record as having given up on the Biblical promises for a worldwide Kingdom. Christian theologians will spew replacement theology as having always been right, and that the Jews had lost all hope of ever being God's chosen people again. They will, with a wipe of the brow, say the coming Kingdom will not be Jewish after all, but Christian in some far distant era. The Apostate Church will dance in the street as the Jews slink back in defeat to a ghetto existence.

This is a rebellious house of Israel right now. These are not the Jews who overcome adversity with faith. They are a beaten people who lost the war of attrition to the heathen. They have decided their future aspirations are tied to pleasing the gentile majority rather then the God of their fathers. Except for the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers the Jewish community in Israel has chosen self-interest over obedience to God. The ghetto mentality of World War Two has been presented and accepted. The same mistakes of the past are being repeated. The Jews are being defeated by following wrong leadership. The secular liberals have taken control, and God has been reduced into a non-entity.

The Jews of the First Exodus had a very similar experience. They witnessed the great miracles in Egypt only to die in rebellious disbelief in the wilderness. The Jews of this Last Exodus have witnessed the miraculous return to the Promised Land only to pull back during the hardships of building the nation. They are a shame to their heritage, and will pay a great price for their disbelief. The God of the Bible has chosen this generation to establish His coming Kingdom. These rebellious Jews are forcing Him to break their rebellious spirit, and break it He will. Seven years of Great Tribulation are dedicated in the Bible to the breaking of the rebellious spirit of God's chosen people! In the process, God breaks the gentile hold on planet earth. The times of the gentiles is ended. The image of old King Nebuchadnezzar is crushed to dust by the stone made without hands. The LORD Jesus Christ returns to establish His forever Kingdom. A Kingdom with a 1000 year existence on earth, and a forever existence into eternity future when the new heavens and earth are formed.

This great God of the Bible sees the Jews as they are going to be. He sees past the present rebellion. His promises will not fail. The Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount will all be part of the coming Kingdom. Gaza, Judah, and Samaria will all be included. A new spirit is coming to the Jews of the Holy Land. A spirit that will produce the faith needed to follow God rather then man. A humbled spirit that will be thankful God dragged them through the coals, and purified their hearts. Redemption can only come through Christ, but obedience comes through trial and tribulation whenever rebellion is present. The plan of God is not only to bring redemption to the Jew, but the obedience necessary for them to be a particular separated people. The Jews of the Second Exodus as those of the First learned to obey. The Jews of this Third Exodus are about to learn the same lesson!

Ezra 9:1-10

9:1 Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.
2 For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.
3 And when I heard this thing, I rent my garment and my mantle, and plucked off the hair of my head and of my beard, and sat down astonied.
4 Then were assembled unto me every one that trembled at the words of the God of Israel, because of the transgression of those that had been carried away; and I sat astonied until the evening sacrifice.
5 And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the LORD my God.
6 And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens.
7 Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day.
8 And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.
9 For we were bondmen; yet our God hath not forsaken us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem.
10 And now, O our God, what shall we say after this? for we have forsaken thy commandments,

The Bush Vision: Uproot Jews So PLO Can Have Contiguous State
21:27 Feb 21, '05 / 12 Adar 5765

Bush called on Israel, “to freeze settlement activity, help Palestinians build a thriving economy and ensure that a new Palestinian state is truly viable, with contiguous territory on the West Bank.”

Enunciating a vision that in principle can be attained only by dismantling more Jewish towns and communities in Judea and Samaria, Bush stated bluntly that “a state of scattered territories [for the PLO] will not work.”

Many Jewish communities, reestablished on ancient biblical sites in territory liberated from the Arabs in the Six-Day War, are located along the main highway linking Arab populated cities in Judea and Samaria. It is hard to conceive of a viable and contiguous PLO state as long as these Jewish towns and villages continue to exist, thrive and expand.

Bush also promised American support for the emerging PLO state: “As Palestinian leaders assume responsibility for Gaza and an increasingly larger territory, we will help them build the economic and political and security institutions needed to govern effectively.”

Expressing confidence in PA chief Mahmoud Abbas, Bush said, “President Abbas has the opportunity to put forward a strategy of reform which can and will gain support from the international community, including financial support. I hope he will seize the moment.”

Bush said he will direct Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to attend a conference to be hosted by British Prime Minister Tony Blair in London next month “to convey America's strong support for the Palestinian people as they build a democratic state.”

Bush also reiterated rhetoric directed towards the Arabs: “Arab states must end incitement in their own media, cut off public and private funding for terrorism, stop their support for extremist education, and establish normal relations with Israel.” Bush also repeated his anti-terrorist message, and what many have begun to call, his messianic vision of democracy, requesting PA leaders to “confront and dismantle terrorist groups, fight corruption, encourage free enterprise, and rest true authority with the people. Only a democracy can serve the hopes of Palestinians and make Israel secure and raise the flag of a free Palestine.”

Bush’s speech, made at a gathering of academics, business leaders, and diplomats, also touched on the issues of U.S.- European relations, Iraq, Iran, and Syria. The audience received his remarks with subdued applause.

What has happened is that this generation has no fear of the LORD! They treat the Holy Land like any other piece of property, and ignore the Biblical importance God has put on this single spot on earth. In the past, this treatment was tolerated because the land was not center to what God was doing. He was working through the Christian Church with the gospel message. Today, with the return of the State of Israel, the focus of God is changing from the Christian Church to the chosen people. The last great era of Bible history is unfolding. The Kingdom Age for which the Church has long prayed "Thy Kingdom Come" is now emerging. The Jews, and the land go hand in hand. The Temple, and the land go hand in hand. The return of the LORD Jesus Christ, and the Temple go hand in hand. The Christian LORD Jesus Christ, and the Jewish Messiah go hand in hand! The rapture of born again Christians out of the Apostate Church is close, and the Church age will be history! Everything from that day forward will again focus on the Holy Land, and God's chosen people. The Jewish Messiah, and the return of the LORD Jesus Christ will be revealed as the same event. The Jews who turn to their Messiah will be the born again children of this coming dispensation. Folks, the times are a changing, and the fear of the LORD is not understood.

Christian America did the right thing in response to 9/11 by invading Afghanistan and Iraq. The one sided victory astounded the world. Where the USSR was broken with their Viet Nam, America rolled over the country with hardly a casualty. The defeat of Saddam's Army was a similar astonishment. Only the hand of the LORD explains such one sided victories. Islam experienced the fear of the LORD, and ran in terror! Syria is next, or at least should be next. Where it all comes apart is when the Road Map enters into the mix. The tragic aftermath of the Iraqi victory should have waken up the Christians of America that something was wrong! When we, the gentiles, decided to dictate to the Jews how they must administer the Promised Land God has given them is where everything comes apart. The placing of the worst heathen culture in the world today into the Holy Land forever is blasphemy, and shows that there is no fear of the God of the Bible. The Road Map is no less an affront to God as those who spat in the face of Christ before His crucifixion. A terrible price is coming with the Road Map. My personal opinion is that the antichrist will be the aftermath. He may well rise to power on the phony peace that the Road Map offers. The great blessings that God gave us are being turned into an even greater curse because of disbelief. It is disbelief that God is keeping His word about the coming Kingdom. It is disbelief that the Kingdom is going to be Jewish. It is disbelief that this is the generation that will witness dispensational change. There is no fear of the LORD to motivate disgust for the Road Map.

We live in a generation where willing blindness leads to comfort. There is no Biblical challenge by the Evangelical community to this Methodist President who is counted among their ranks. The blind are leading the blind, and the antichrist will be the beneficiary. It is a sad day of complicity that we live where there is no fear of the LORD, and only fear of rocking the boat!

Psalms 111:9-10

9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

PA Official: 'Terrorists' Are Freedom Fighters
17:57 Feb 23, '05 / 14 Adar 5765

(IsraelNN.com) The Palestinian Authority (PA) minister responsible for prisoners said Wednesday that people whom Israel call terrorists actually are freedom fighters.

In response to the comment from the minister, Hishan Abed al-Razak, Israel's Justice Minister Tzipi Livni (Labor) said that anyone who blows himself up in a discotheque is a terrorist and not a fighter for freedom.

World Council of Churches calls for divestment from Israel

By Haaretz Service and Reuters

The World Council of Churches, the main global body uniting non-Catholic Christians, encouraged members Tuesday to sell off investments in companies profiting from Israeli control of the West Bank and Gaza Strip

The Council's Central Committee, meeting in Geneva, praised the United States Presbyterian Church for examining the possibility of divestment in Israel similar to the financial boycott it used against the apartheid regime in South Africa two decades ago.

The Presbyterian threat, which echoes divestment debates at some U.S. universities, has set off a wave of dissent in the church and angered American Jewish leaders.

But the Central Committee, in a document approved at a week-long meeting at WCC headquarters that ended on Tuesday, highlighted the divestment push and encouraged other member churches to consider doing the same.

"This action is commendable in both method and manner, uses criteria rooted in faith and calls members to do the 'things that make for peace'," it declared, quoting St. Luke's Gospel.

"Economic pressure, appropriately and openly applied, is one such means of action."

It was not clear how many of the WCC's 342 Protestant and Orthodox member churches would heed the call.

In reaction to the council's call, the New York-based Anti Defamation League expressed its dismay by the decision.

"We are deeply dismayed that the World Council of Churches has endorsed a divestment policy against Israel. The Council's call for divestment is based on a biased, one-sided interpretation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict," the ADL said in its statement.

No companies targeted yet
"Multinational corporations have been involved in the demolition of Palestinian homes," the WCC statement said.

They were also involved in "the construction of settlements and settlement infrastructure on occupied territory, in building a dividing wall which is also largely inside occupied territory, and in other violations of international law".

The Presbyterian Church's General Assembly called last July for a "phased, selective divestment" beginning no earlier than July 2006. A dissident group is asking church leaders to place a moratorium on the project as early as next month.

No companies have been singled out but a report naming the most likely targets is due in August.

Human rights groups have urged Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest maker of construction machinery, to stop selling bulldozers to the Israel Defense Forces, saying they are used to wreck innocent Palestinians' homes in Gaza and the West Bank.

"[The occupation] is at the center of the cycle of violence in the region - whether it is suicide bombings or the displacement caused by the occupation... and impedes a peaceful solution to that conflict," the committee now selecting possible divestment targets said recently.

It is unclear how much of the church's $8 billion portfolio - investments covering pensions and other holdings controlled by its leadership - might be at issue.

Jewish groups are clearly upset. "Instead of talking about peace we're talking about Presbyterians," David Elcott, director of inter-religious affairs for the American Jewish Committee, said this month. "They have deflected conversation in a very negative way."

The 2.5 million-strong church, the ninth largest in the U.S., represents most U.S. Presbyterians.

Nothing has changed with the death of Arafat. The terrorists who target Jewish children are freedom fighters to the Palestinians. The barbarian mentality of the suicide bomber remains the same under Mazan as it was under Arafat. The 600 terrorists now scheduled for release from Israeli prisons will receive a hero's welcome, and will try to finish what they started when caught. This Palestinian culture glorifies the criminals of their society, and the world gives them support. The World Council of Churches under the guise of Christianity plays the one sided politics that encourages the Palestinians to never change. Here is the power of the Great Apostate Church that will be left behind after the rapture! Their hate for the Jews rivals that of the Palestinians. They will side with any who are against the Jews. They will be fodder for the antichrist as he uses their hate to accomplish his rise to power. Peace is the key word around which they will all rally. They want a man made peace that does not consider what the Bible says about real peace. They want peaceful heathen living side by side with God's children all under the banner of human secularism. All blaming the Bible obedient remnant of the Jews for their own failures. When the heathen resort to barbarianism, it will be the Jews who are at fault.

The politics of America will change drastically once the Apostate Church takes control of America's religious conscience. This animosity toward the Jews under the banner of peace is typical of what the Bible says will be taking place during the first half of the Great Tribulation. The phony peace of the Road Map fits this expected scenario. A peace guaranteed by the gentiles will cause Israel to feel secure, and put down their guard. The Bible warns them to be on guard, but the peace of secular humanism will lull them into disobedience. It is then that I believe the Islamic invasion of Ezekiel 38 & 39 takes place. The change in American politics will give Islam the courage to invade without fear of retribution. Apostate Christianity left behind after the rapture will be controlling the American soul, and Islam will see the change in attitude toward the Jews. What none of the secular humanists will expect will be that the God of the Bible will supernaturally intervene. Many Jews will come to the truth that the Christ of the raptured Church is the same Messiah they have been expecting. These Jews will become the born again children of God who lay the foundation for the coming Kingdom. The Apostate gentile Church will follow their false christ into support of the antichrist, and on into Armageddon as the times of the gentiles comes to a close. The supernatural destruction of the Islamic armies will allow the remnant of Jews who turn to Christ to build Ezekiel's Temple (Ezekiel 40 - 48) on the Temple Mount, and the world will show no opposition in light of what God had just done.

The antichrist sitting on the throne placed in the Temple for the retuning Christ at the midpoint of the Great Tribulation is the Biblical description of the end of the phony peace. War overtakes the planet as the apocalypse so clearly describes. The peace of secular humanism is the root of the coming war that ends gentile rule over planet earth. The end of the times of the gentiles is the beginning of the Kingdom Age. The LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. The day of the LORD will humble the proud secular humanists, or they will die in their sin.

Isaiah 2:11-19

11 The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
12 For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
13 And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
14 And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
15 And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
16 And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
18 And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
19 And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

US team unearths Biblical Edom

Just-published evidence from a US-directed archeological dig in Jordan further authenticates the Bible's descriptions of the existence of the ancient nation of Edom during the eras of King David and his son, King Solomon, the Jerusalem Post reports. The full results of the 2002 excavation by a team of international scholars at the site of Khirbet en-Nahas ("ruins of copper" in Arabic), are reported in the current issue of the British journal Antiquity published this week.

Jordanian dig confirms Biblical Edom; [Daily Edition]

JUDY SIEGELJerusalem PostJerusalem: Feb 22, 2005. pg. 06

The new study, headed by archeology Prof. Thomas Levy of University of California, San Diego, contradicts much contemporary scholarship claiming - on the basis of no physical evidence - that no Edomite state existed before the 8th Century BCE. Until the new discovery, many scholars said the Bible's numerous references to ancient Israel's interactions with [Edom] could not be valid.

It is interesting to note how liberal theology has dominated the field of Biblical Archaeology. Most Christians do not realize that Anti-Biblical Archaeology would be a better nomenclature for the field. The Universities around the world take a very aggressive anti-Biblical bias into all their archaeological research. The Bible is taught as a book of myths, and so the assumption is always that research digs will confirm myth rather then truth. This was the case with the Edomite Kingdom. The proof has to be overwhelming, and I mean overwhelming when the Bible is confirmed as being true. Other major facts that Biblical Archaeology calls myths are the Exodus, and the existence of King David and King Solomon. The political ramifications of confirmation of these facts would give the Jews full rights to the Holy Land, and demand the removal of the Arab Palestinian interlopers. The affirmation of the Edomite Kingdom that thrived during the times of King David and King Solomon goes a long way in dispelling those who teach the Bible is only a book of myths. The existence of these two great Jewish Kings goes back almost to the time of the Judges, and the Exodus itself.

The Biblical tie of Esau to Edom is significant in that Esau, the father of today's Arabs, sold his birthright to Jacob the father of the Jews.

Genesis 25:30-31

30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom .

31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.
KJV

Who could have imagined that Genesis 25 would have a modern application to the events of today? Who could have imagined that the recent confirmation of Edom would confirm the Jews as the rightful heirs to the promises of God, and the Arabs as the rejected interlopers? The Arabs of today trace their heritage to the mingling of the seed of Esau and Ishmael. Both of whom are rejected by the God of the Bible.

The hate of the Arabs against the Jews is deep. Islam is an Arabic religion that today reaches across ethnic lines, but remains the sole product of the Arabs. The false prophet Mohamed wrote the Koran which Islam believes supplants the Bible. The battle between Islam and the Jews is really the battle over the Holy Land, and who has the right to live there. The Bible says it is the Jews. The Koran says it is the Arabs. Only one of these books is telling the truth! Only one of these books will prove true! The other will be revealed as a lie from Satan himself meant only to destroy with evil intent.

The record of Islam and terror is contrasted to the record of the Jews and the holocaust. The formation of the State of Israel is miraculous while the formation of the Palestinian State is a statement of man's stupidity. It is no wonder that the Bible states very clearly Jacob I love, but Esau I hate! God who sees history from beginning to end is the one who made the statement. Yet, liberal minded men say God is only a myth. They would give the seed of Esau Jacob's birthright. They would go all the way back to the Book of Genesis, and begin to rewrite what God has said! Folks, this is blasphemy of the worst sort, and will not be tolerated by the God who gave us the Bible! The Road Map plays right into the writings of the Koran, and would nullify the Bible as the only book representing the Holy Land.

Genesis 25:32-34

32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.
KJV

Malachi 1:2-4

2 I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,

3 And I hated Esau , and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

4 Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation for ever.
KJV

Hebrews 12:16-17

16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau , who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.

17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.
KJV

Romans 9:10-15

10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;

11(For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)

12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

N. Samaria settlers feel abandoned
By YAAKOV KATZ

Residents of four settlements in northern Samaria slated to be evacuated under Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's disengagement plan blasted the settler leadership on Thursday accusing it of "abandoning us instead of fighting for our survival."

On Wednesday, members of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip – the main anti-disengagement force – made their first trip in 10 months to the four predominantly secular isolated settlements - Kadim, Ganim, Homesh and Sa-Nur - and instead of being greeted as partners were met by a barrage of unexpected criticism.

The settler leaders came to offer residents to establish a religious core within their communities to help beef up the resistance to the evacuation plan. The residents however informed them that they had come too late.

"They came and asked us to keep on fighting and to hope for a miracle," said Eti Rosenblat, spokeswoman for the settlement of Homesh. "They however never gave us the backing we needed and failed us since we expected them to come more often and to accompany us during our difficult times."

Rosenblat, who has lived in Homesh for the past 20 years, said she believed the Samaria settlements were sidelined by the settlement council in the fight against the plan since the residents were mostly secular as opposed to the intended evacuees from Gush Katif.

"Since we are secular they thought we would give up the fight right at the beginning," Rosenblat said. "What they don't understand is that we don't need God to give us a feeling of connection to the land and the state."

Echoing Rosenblat's criticism of the settler leaders, David Molsonego, a member of the Kadim local council, agreed that ideological differences between religious and secular is what led to the rift between the residents and the council.

"There is a huge ideological difference between us the seculars and the religious (settlement council)," Molsonego explained. "They ignored us since they thought we were a weak link in the struggle chain since we are secular and they preferred to invest their power in Gaza where they thought it would work."

Declaring their opposition to the plan, Rosenblat and Molsonego both said they do not intend on staying in their homes until the evacuation begins. They have already begun looking for new communities but this time within the Green Line.

"The settler leadership came to us too late," Molsonego asserted. "If we were really important to them then they would have come 10 years ago and tried to change things here already then. If they really cared they would have tried to populate Ganim and Kadim to create a reality which the government would have had trouble erasing."

"Since the settler leadership failed us," Molsonego added, "they have no right now to ask us to stay here and keep up the fight."

Avner Sinvany, a longtime resident of Ganim, accused the settler leadership of only being interested in the money the northern Samaria settlements received from the government but not in the people and their daily hardships.

"They never came to visit," Sinvany said. "I told them four years ago to come but they were never were interested in us."

Benzi Lieberman – head of the Samaria Regional Council – dismissed the criticism and claimed that he and the other settler leaders had never ignored the northern Samaria settlers.

"If they feel they have had enough then they have the right to leave," Lieberman said. "And I, as the head of the regional council and as the resident's loving father, will keep on fighting for them and the compensation they deserve."

Much like Gideon tested the fighters of his army so also are the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers being tested. Many will fall away due to wrong motivation. It will take great resolve in trusting the Bible to stand unto the end. The battle is over right and wrong, and wrong seems to hold all the power. Those who are right in obedience to God are facing great persecution. The hardships have only just begun. This agnostic group is not typical of the settler movement, but I would not count them out. At the other end of the spectrum are the ultra-orthodox Jews some of whom are also included among the settlers. Wrong motivation is far more prevalent among these Jews then most others. They are not independent at all. They are tied to all the baggage of thousands of years of unbiblical tradition that must go before redemption can be realized.  Their religion will be their stumbling stone. God sees the Jews  of this generation as they are going to be. After the rapture many will turn to the Christ of the raptured saints. They will become the redeemed of the Kingdom age. The leaven of the Pharisees must be abandoned. The ultra-orthodox Jews will have the greatest struggle conforming to the Bible on that day. The leaven of the Pharisees has corrupted them into believing that they deserve the Promised Land. They believe their dedication to Torah will buy them an inheritance that really has nothing to do with righteousness, especially misguided legalistic self-righteousness!

Deuteronomy 9:4-6

4 Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.

5 Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

6 Understand therefore, that the LORD thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou art a stiffnecked people.
KJV

The leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees, the religious leaders who turned the Bible into a set of legalistic rules,  will be most difficult to overcome when the Bible again rules over the Holy Land. Wonderful changes are coming to the Jews who stand fast on the promises of God as related to the Holy Land. They seem to me to be the first God will redeem after the rapture. The stiff necks will turn to the Christ of the raptured saints, and Biblical Judaism will be re-introduced to the Holy Land. This time they will look back to Calvary in remembrance as they sacrifice on the altar of their reconstructed Temple.

It is Christ who is the redeemer of all who will come. It never was, or never will be religion. It is a person who came to the little town of Bethlehem in the Holy Land. He made the Land Holy. He chose the Jews to be the people to which He would come. He gave them the Bible so there would be no doubt that only His perfect blood can wash away sin. It is our relationship with this wonderful Savior that determines redemption, and not our religion. That is the way it always was, and always will be. It is Christ of the Holy Land who is coming again. All religions as well as all governments and cultures will have to bow to Him alone. He is coming again as the King of Glory, and any who refuse to submit will die in their sin.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new .

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
KJV

Isaiah 9:6-8

6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given : and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

8 The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.

Four people killed in suicide bombing in TA

By Roni Singer and Arnon Regular, Haaretz Correspondent, Haaretz Staff and Agencies

At least four people were killed and 50 others were wounded Friday night, when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a discotheque on the Tel Aviv promenade at around 11:20 P.M.

Ambulances rushed those hurt in the blast to hospitals throughout the city. Three people were pronounced dead upon arrival at Ichilov hospital in central Tel Aviv.

As of Saturday morning, 49 people hurt in the attack were still in hospital. 14 people were hospitalized in Ichilov Hospital, three of them with serious wounds, three moderately hurt, and the rest with light injuries; 17 people were in Wolfson Hospital, two of them moderately to seriously hurt, and the rest with light wounds; seven people were hospitalized in Beilinson Hospital, five of whom sustained light wounds, and two of whom suffered from shock, and eleven individuals were hospitalized in Sheba Medical Center, one of them with serious wounds, four moderately hurt, and six lightly wounded. Hospital officials say all of those hurt are in their twenties.

The suicide bomber blew himself up outside the "Stage" nightclub, on the corner of Herbert Samuel and Yonah Hanavi streets, opposite the beachfront.

The militant Islamic Jihad organization initially claimed responsibility for the attack, while members of the Fatah-linked Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said the Lebanese guerrilla group Hezbollah was involved in the bombing.

A senior Palestinian security official confirmed the bomber was recruited by Hezbollah. The official, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, said the bomber, a Palestinian from the northern West Bank town of Tul Karm, was a member of the Brigades.

Al Aqsa has largely honored Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' efforts to maintain a recent cease-fire with Israel. But elements of the militant group, which is comprised of many autonomous cells, are widely believed by Israeli and Palestinian officials of receiving orders and funding from Hezbollah.

After Friday night's attack Palestinian security officials said they believed Hezbollah had orchestrated the bombing.

In Beirut, however, a Hezbollah spokesman denied involvement. "As far as we are concerned, there is no need to respond to such lies," the official said.

Police closed roads in the area after the attack, and told the public to keep away from the site.

The area surrounding the scene of the explosion was completely devastated in the blast. Journalists at the scene of the attack described broken street signs and shattered glass. One said that the next-door koisk was almost completely destroyed.

In the wake of the attack, security officials launched a search for two suspects after witnesses reported seeing two men fleeing the site of the explosion.

According to police, the terrorists could have come from the northern West Bank, and may be trying to return to the area.

An initial investigation showed the security guard at the nightclub spotted two men approaching the area and followed them, at which point one of the men blew himself up and the second fled.

Alon Kotler, a paramedic who treated several of the wounded told Haaretz, "We received a call saying there was a blast at the entrance to a club and we came with lots of back-up. We found young people lying on top of each other, most of them moderately-to-seriously wounded."

According to Kotler, the type of wounds people sustained point to the fact that the suicide bomber blew himself up in the midst of the would-be partygoers.

The manager of the "Stage" told Channel 2 television that the club had opened only moments before the blast, and there was a queue of some 30 people waiting to enter.

There were four security guards on the door, he said, adding that the club was usually very busy on Friday nights. He said that he had been inside at the time of the explosion, and had heard a "large boom."

The attack is first suicide bombing in some four months. It also marks the end to a period of relative calm in Israel and the Palestinian territories.

On February 8, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas declared an end to hostilities between the two sides, after more than four years of violence.

The barbaric targeting of children continues while the world applauds the implementation of the Road Map. The phony peace of the gentiles is underway that will lead the world to Armageddon! The placement of these barbarians into the Holy Land giving them a forever kingdom is blasphemy of the worst sort. The United States is center to this blasphemous plan, and I expect great trouble is headed our way as a result.

I say this with full expectation that this secular peace will be successful. I expect the Palestinians will really crack down on these particular terrorists. World opinion will demand such action. The revolving door of the Palestinian jail system will not work this time. I expect Abbas is practical enough to realize the sacrifice of a few terrorists is worth his staying in power.

The difference between the peace God offers with the coming kingdom, and this Road Map is that God will change the heart. Abbas may do what is right under duress, but his heart will always hate the Jews. It is the same for the entire Arab Palestinian culture. They will never submit to a Jewish King! The Satanic purpose behind the gentile peace plan is to assure the Kingdom of Christ will never have a chance of being established in the Holy Land! The Palestinian State will assure the Koran, and not the Bible will be the revered book to which the world will look when contemplating the Holy Land. The promises of Mohamed, and not Christ will be where the world will see victory!

The unchanged hearts of the Palestinians will never accept peace with their hated enemy the Jews. They are somewhat satisfied to forever torture the Jews by killing their children. The ultimate goal of their blood thirsty hearts will always be to exterminate every Jew living in their perceived promised land of the Koran. The frequency of suicide bombings may increase, or decrease with the times. The end of suicide bombing will never happen until the hearts of the Palestinians are changed, or they are eliminated in their sin from off the planet.

The LORD Jesus Christ is coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount this time as the King of Glory. Judgment will be His battle cry to all who resist. I do not expect many Palestinians will hearken to repentance, and submission. I rather expect them to honker down in their false expectations from the Koran, and die in their sin.

The world is quickly approaching the day of judgment! Friend, are you ready? Have you made your eternal peace with the only Biblical Savior the LORD Jesus Christ? Only His blood has the power to wash away sin, but you must submit to His authority before redemption can be applied. Won't you come today, and join those who have already asked Him to be their Savior. There is no other way!

Selah.

Deuteronomy 13:1-4
13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,

2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Our hands are clean: Palestine President

Abbas says suicide attack on nightclub was bid to sabotage peace process

Jason Burke, Gaby Hinsliff and Conal Urquhart in Tel Aviv
Sunday February 27, 2005
The Observer

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas angrily accused a 'third party' yesterday of sabotaging the Middle East peace process by orchestrating the suicide bombing on Friday night, as Israel threatened a resumption of targeted killings of militants.

The Israeli Defence Minister Shaul Mofaz accused Syria and Islamic Jihad, which has offices in the Syrian capital, Damascus, of being behind the bombing which killed four young Israelis in a Tel Aviv nightclub queue. A West Bank cell of Islamic Jihad yesterday claimed responsibility, although the militant leadership denied being involved.

A resumption of Israel's targeted killings of wanted militants, which Israel recently agreed to halt, would more than likely mean the end of the ceasefire declared earlier this month. Mofaz also said Israel would freeze plans to transfer security control of the West Bank towns to the Palestinians until they crack down on Islamic Jihad.

Abbas, speaking after Palestinian forces had arrested at least three men in the West Bank in the hunt for those behind the bombing, said he remained committed to a truce with Israel and was exchanging information with Israel, the US and Europe.

The bombing renewed tensions in the run-up to a meeting of Palestinian representatives and leading international figures in Britain this week and dealt a blow to peace hopes. Earlier a senior Palestinian investigator linked the blast to Hizbollah, the Lebanese-based Islamic militant movement, though its leaders in Beirut denied the charge.

Both Israel and the Palestinians have recently accused Hizbollah of trying to sabotage peace efforts but experts said that a bombing in an Israeli city would mark a radical change in strategy for the Iranian-backed group. Analysts pointed out that the weak Palestinian administration is seeking to prove itself by reining in extremist groups and would benefit from shifting the blame away from home.

Security officials named three men arrested at the West Bank village of Deir al-Ghoson - the first suspected militants held since Abbas succeeded the late President Yasser Arafat in January. The family of the bomber announced through loudspeakers that Abdullah Shelbayeh 'had carried out a martyrdom operation' but there was little sign of the celebration that has often followed previous bombings.

The attack shook many Israelis, who had begun to believe such scenes had ended. The last such bombing killed three people in Tel Aviv in November.

Israeli officials demanded Palestinian action instead of more talks to woo armed groups. 'We must see arrests, collecting illegal weapons from those terrorist organisations... The only language they understand is force,' said Gideon Meir, for the Foreign Ministry.

The 25-nation conference in London this week is due to look at ways to help Palestinians improve security forces and build Israeli confidence in their ability to prevent attacks.

Palestinian militant factions have said they are still not satisfied with Israeli gestures meant to build confidence - such as the release of 500 out of 8,000 prisoners and an end to army raids and assassinations.

They also want a more sweeping Israeli pullback from Gaza and parts of the West Bank, which is slated to begin on 20 July.

Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said yesterday it was now more important than ever that this week's meeting should go ahead. 'It will certainly make the mood much more sombre. There was an ever present risk of this, and it is quite deliberate by terrorist organisations,' he said. Straw said the meeting would be squarely aimed at 'supporting the Palestinians on their security reform'.

The meeting on Tuesday - due to be attended by Condoleezza Rice, the US Secretary of State, as well as representatives of 30 countries - is expected to agree an American-led international co-ordination group on security, drawing the White House into a significant role with the Palestinian administration.

In a statement yesterday, Straw said the bombing was an 'appalling and cynical attempt to undermine the genuine progress that we have seen in recent weeks in the search for peace... President Mahmoud Abbas has made clear his intent to end the violence and to act against the terrorists who perpetrate it.'

Funding is unlikely to be pledged at the conference, but leading contributors to the security effort are likely to include Egypt, with neighbouring countries likely to commit to training and mentoring Palestinian security forces.

The summit on Tuesday will also cover economic development and governance issues. However, diplomats privately admit that much of significance of the event is 'public relations'. They say that having pictures of Abbas welcomed by Blair and 'generally treated as a statesman and leader' will bolster his position internationally and domestically.

Hezbollah denies involvement in Tel Aviv suicide bombing

Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah says it had nothing to do with an overnight suicide bombing in Tel Aviv that killed four Israelis and wounded 53 people.

"Hezbollah categorically denies the accusations of a supposed role by our movement in the Tel Aviv operation and considers them totally without basis," a statement from the group said.

There had been suggestions in both Israel and the Palestinian territories that Hezbollah might have been behind the attack.

"These accusations are part of a campaign of incitement against Hezbollah led by the Hebrew state," the statement said.

Israel has not ruled out Hezbollah involvement.

"We are closely following all possible lines of inquiry," Israeli Government spokesman Avi Pazner said.

"The media of Hezbollah have been the first to attribute responsibility for this attack to Islamic Jihad, but we do not want at this stage to draw any conclusions," he said.

Israel has long accused Hezbollah of funding attacks by militant groups in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Palestinian security officials have also voiced fears that the militia is increasing its financial rewards to bombers in a bid to derail the peace process.

An official in the West Bank says the Palestinian security services have information that Hezbollah was involved in the nightclub bombing.

"The information gathered in the course of our inquiry tends to establish an involvement by Hezbollah in this attack," the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas refrained from directly blaming the Lebanese Shiite group but said a "third party" was behind the attack - responsibility for which has been denied by the leaders of the main armed factions.

Palestinian security sources had said that the bomber, Abdullah Badran, belonged to Islamic Jihad, although the faction has not claimed responsibility.

The only claim of responsibility has come from a cell of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an offshoot of the mainstream Fatah movement.

It sounds like the old shell game, now you see it, now you don't. To the Palestinians the bomber is presented boldly as a hero in his home town. To the world no one knows from where he came? It is the same old game Arafat played so well. This time I think world opinion will hold Abbas's feet to the fire. The old "my hands are clean" lie will not work any more. I doubt either Jewish or gentile leadership is so dumb as to go through all the Arafat lies once more with Abbas. I fully expect the false peace of Ezekiel 38 & 39 is coming through this blasphemous Road Map. I do not expect it to stop. Israel must be lulled into a false feeling of security before the Islamic invasion takes place. Israel must be deceived by the gentiles! Israel must then be nurtured by God away from trust in the gentiles, and taught only to  put their trust in the God of their fathers. The redemption of the Jewish people will never come until they reject the Road Map. It is all a matter of single, sole trust in God, and nothing else. It is the greatest lesson man can learn. It is only this kind of trust in Christ that is acceptable by God today, and it is the same trust that will continue into the next dispensation.

Only a remnant come with all their heart, all their soul, and all their might! Only a few find the narrow way. The God of the Bible is very particular in whom He accepts. The price of salvation is just too high for God to avail it to deceivers. The worst deception of all is self-deception. Today the ranks are filled with those who bought into easy believism. They think because they say they believe in Christ that God is obligated to save them. Friend, God is under obligation to no one. He is obligated to His Word, and in His Word He says all the heart, all the soul, and all the might! There is nothing easy in this kind of saving faith.

Matthew 7:21-23

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you : depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
KJV

I am reminded of this passage every time I watch those phony faith healers on TV. I have no interest in these deceivers, and only pity those who willingly follow their deceptive ministries. Their self-deception will not be excused! Yet, this is the fastest growing part of  modern Christianity. The acceptability of the modern Charismatic movement based on the deceptive practice of magic tongues speaking is reason enough for this generation to be raptured in shame.

Coming with all your heart, all your soul, and all your might prevents self-deception. It produces a humble dependence on God alone no matter what the circumstances. I'm reminded of how powerful deception is when I think of Jesus telling His disciples that there was a traitor among them. A deceiver! They did not all look immediately toward Judas, but rather asked "Lord is it I." Friend, when have you asked "Lord is it I?" Have I come with all my heart, all my soul, and all my might? Am I acceptable? Only the humbled find the narrow way. Only the humbled are not deceived when it comes to salvation. They know how weak they are in the flesh, and yet have total confidence in Christ. This kind of trust is coming to many of the Jews in Israel. They will be a remnant, but they will be the redeemed who open the next dispensation.

The deceivers will never have clean hands. They will always lead away from the true Christ of the Bible. They will lead those who willingly want to be lead into deception, and the God of the Bible will say "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

Matthew 26:19-25
9 And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.
20 Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.
21 And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
22 And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?
23 And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.
24 The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.
25 Then Judas , which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said.
