Overturning Ban, Court Orders Mayor to Fund Gay March


After being abruptly suspended by the intervention of Jerusalem City authorities, the capital's fourth annual Gay Pride Parade will finally go ahead as planned Thursday evening after a Jerusalem District Court gave the unprecedented order for Orthodox Mayor Uri Lupolianski not only to allow the event but also to pay half its costs from his own pocket.  "The city is not permitted to discriminate against any sector of the public due to the disagreement of any of its officials to the views or sexual orientation of a particular sector," said Court Deputy President Judge Arad in her ruling. The conflict over the annual local march comes after the city's Open House gay activist group agreed to postpone the million-strong International Gay Pride March scheduled for Jerusalem this year because of security issues stemming from policing the Gaza disengagement.

 

Expulsion Has Begun: Gush Katif Hotel Forcibly Evacuated

In a relatively quick but violent action, police and army forces completed the evacuation of the Maoz HaYam Hotel in Gush Katif this afternoon.

It took less than two hours for hundreds of policemen to forcibly evacuate approximately 150-200 residents of the hotel this afternoon. Televised pictures showed young crying girls wearing orange shirts being dragged away by four and five Border Guard policemen. Some girls were seen with their hands self-bound with orange ribbons.

The residents, who have been there between a few days and a year, were dragged onto waiting buses. One woman who was forcibly evacuated spoke with Arutz-7, and said, "They took us by bus to a place around 40 minutes away - and they just dropped us off! In the middle of nowhere, they told us to get back ourselves!" She said that she was able to hitch a ride back to Gush Katif, and because of her ID card showing that she is an official resident of the area, was allowed in.

"Even more of a scandal than just dropping us off in the middle of nowhere," the woman said, "is the fact that this morning the army did not allow the supermarket truck to make deliveries of milk to our children. My children are starving! If the army would have prevented Arab children from getting milk, what a stink there would be!"

The local police commander confirmed that the closure on Gush Katif is only temporary, and "specifically for the purpose of ridding the area of these extremists in the hotel."

Journalists on the scene were skeptical of this claim. "We'll see if that's what will really happen," said one. "Don't forget that today is the last day of school, and if they open Gush Katif, many people will start streaming in."

A compromise proposal is that Gush Katif residents would be allowed to travel freely, but that checkpoints at the entrance to Gush Katif would carefully screen incoming traffic.

Nadia Matar, of Women in Green, who now lives in Gush Katif, had strong accusations against the Yesha Council and other officials today: "This was a disgusting deal they made, to go along with the army plans to temporarily close off the area in order to clear the area of so-called extremists. This hotel was to be a critical location both for us and for the army during the coming weeks - and this deal enabled them to take it over."

Despite her fury, she said, "We will continue the struggle. True, we won't be able to go back to the hotel, as the army will have taken it over, but we'll work from other places."

One young man who was dragged onto a bus, who has been living in the hotel for over a year, spoke to reporters from the bus. "We have been on a bus for over an hour, but no one has told us where we're going," he said.

"The police and security forces came in and beat us for no reason," the young man said. "People here are really hurt. I told them that we live in the hotel legally; we're on the other side of the hotel, not in the part that's so famous. We are here with all the right permits. But still, we said that we would go out peacefully - and yet they took us away with great force, and hurt us. Now we're on the bus, and have been here for over an hour, no one is telling us where we're going, we haven't been able to see a medic or get something to drink."

The man, speaking with Voice of Israel Radio, said that he, his brother and several friends from Gush Katif have been living in the hotel for several months. Other long-time Gush Katif residents have been living in the hotel for several months as well.

Another of those residents later told Arutz-7 that in fact, he and his friends have been allowed to remain. He said that the above-quoted man was arrested "by mistake," and had already returned home to the hotel.

I am writing this on Thursday morning, 9:00 AM, Israeli Time.

I have just received a phone call from my daughter-in-law and co-Chair of Women in Green, Nadia Matar, who currently resides in Gush Katif with her children.

She told me that the elite police-patrol unit (YASSAM), known for their brutality towards Jews, is on the way to the Palm Beach Hotel (renamed Maoz HaYam - The Seaside Fortress) to forcibly evacuate its residents.  This includes, of course, Nadia Matar, since she is the hotel owner’s Legal Representative and Hotel Manager.
 

 

 

Judgment is coming to this liberal secular Jewish government, and there should be no surprise when it comes. This is a government that protects the supposed rights of the sexually perverted while designating the hard working Independent Fundamental Jewish Settler families as an extremist gang of rebels. I don't know what can drive a family into taking opposing action then to attack their homes and their lands. People will take a lot of abuse over ideologies that differ from theirs, but when it comes to house and home event the most peaceful will be driven to defend their homesteads. The government knew they were going to push this small remnant of faithful Jews to their limit. Just look at all the preparations made before hand. Today's actions are clearly aimed at the Settlers, and the holy God they represent. The government stands for no God. It stands for secularism. It stands for majority rights over minority justice. The homosexual perverts are welcome, but the holy God of the Bible is rejected. This God is considered too restrictive. His teachings are rejected as not applicable for this modern generation. Those who commit abomination are preferred over those who would give their families teachings in holiness from the Bible.

There is a hate for holiness in Israel by a majority of the Jews. That hate is being focused on the settlers of Gush Katif in the Gaza. The mean spirit of liberalism is being released, and the settlers are the first to feel the wrath. In many of these secular Jews that mean spirit will decay into animalistic rage not much different from that of the heathen Palestinians. Woman, children, little babies will find no quarter from these Jewish barbarians about to be released on the settlers. The secular government has already planned for this by designating Gush Katif as a closed military zone. No information will get out, but that which the government wants. It will nor be until the YASSAM have finished their dastardly deeds that the woman police will enter to the click of the cameras as they guide woman and children out of the Gaza. The plan is already in place to control how this withdrawal will be publicized. Already the American press has tagged the protesters of Gush Katif as violent rioters. the whole group is painted by the actions of a few unable to hold back their anger at being forced from their homes. While the majority of liberal minded governmental thugs are given the title of peace forces.

The choices have been made. The sides have been fixed. A small remnant of men standing on the holiness of the Bible are pitted against the world that wants them to get out! Today it is get out of Gush Katif. Tomorrow it will be get out of the Holy Land. The day after it will be get off the planet. This generation has taken the stand God has said will lead to Armageddon. The day is coming when all of Jerusalem will be holy. Never would any dare to suggest gay pride when that day comes. The Bible says the LORD will roar from Zion. From His holy mountain will come death to the heathen who are the real rebellious extremists. These are the ones who reject the God of the Bible. These arte the ones who decided against God! They will die in the Valley of decision because of the side they decided to stand. Woe to the secular Jews of Israel for the decisions they are making today!

Terror War Continues on All Fronts

Terrorists continued to shell Jewish targets in Israel, while in the north, Israel struck Hizbullah positions in Lebanon

Arab terrorists fired a Kassam rocket that landed early Friday morning near Kibbutz Yad Mordechai in the Negev. In the area of Gush Katif, enemy gunmen opened fire at soldiers near N'vei Dekalim. Elsewhere in Gaza, mortar shells were fired at the communities of Netzarim and Gadid. There were no injuries in the attacks.

In the Hevron district, soldiers were targeted in a firebomb attack near Dura. Arab attackers also threw firebombs at IDF soldiers near the Samaria town of Nili. In the latter incident, soldiers apprehended three people involved in the firebombing. There were no injuries in either attack.

IDF troops stationed along the northern border continued counter-terrorism efforts today following this week's Hizbullah attacks that claimed the life of Corporal Uzi Peretz and left a number of soldiers wounded. During the night, helicopter gunships fired at Hizbullah targets in southern Lebanon. The United Nations Security Council issued an expression of concern following the Hizbullah attacks. United States Ambassador Anne Patterson said the statement was not as strong as the US wanted because it made no mention of Security Council Resolution 1559, which demands that all armed militias in Lebanon disarm, a clear reference to Hizbullah.

Gaza Closure Lifted Friday Morning

The IDF announced this morning that the closure imposed on Gaza yesterday (Thursday), banning entry of non-residents of the areas, is being lifted today.

The decision follows high-level security consultations during the night.

IDF officials report that the quiet that prevailed during the evening and nighttime hours led them to the decision to lift the restrictions imposed yesterday ahead of the evacuation of the Maoz Yam Hotel.

On the other hand, according to a report on Israel's Channel One, a public television station, the IDF is considering maintaining checkpoints to prevent supporters from reaching the Gush Katif area. The "political" checkpoint would be operated at the Kissufim Crossing, connecting the Gaza region to the rest of Israel. Right-wing activists have already rejected the idea, saying that, if implemented, it will be the same in effect as completely closing off Gush Katif.

The Council of Jewish Communities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza issued an ultimatum to the IDF Thursday night that it rescind the order declaring Gush Katif a closed military zone by Friday night, or face tens of thousands of protestors streaming in from around the country. Council spokesmen said that residents of Gush Katif are entitled to live daily lives like every other citizen.

The IDF closed off Gush Katif to outsiders around noon Thursday because of "repeated violations of law and order" and reports that more people were on the way "to further escalate the situation." Violent clashes began later in the day when about 2,000 policemen, backed up by soldiers, forcibly evicted most of the residents of the refurbished Maoz Yam Hotel, formerly the Palm Beach Hotel.

Following the eviction of the hotel residents, the building was converted into a military base.
 


 

 

Feelings are running high as the first steps of the Gaza withdrawal plan are being put into action. Gush Katif is the front line, and conservative Jews are rallying to it in order to make a stand against the liberal majority secular government. The issue is the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers who have settled Gaza, Judah, and Samaria since those lands fell into Jewish sovereignty after the Six Day War of 1967. Many of these settlers have been working the land for the last 38 years literally causing the desert to bloom. They moved unto land mostly abandoned by the Arabs as ravaged and useless. A love for the land caused this tender restoration that has brought a new agricultural center to the world.

The Arab response to this unilateral withdrawal based on the sacrifice of those Jews who believe in a literal Bible has only been to increase their attacks on all the Jews. There are no thanks to the liberals secular Jews who have stabbed their conservative Jewish brothers in the back in their failed effort to pacify the Arabs. The bleeding heart liberals are learning the Arabs do not want dialog. What they want are dead Jews both conservative and liberal. It makes no difference. The liberal big city majority have turned on the more rural oriented Jews out of political zeal. The polarization of liberal and conservative has found the predictable conclusion in Israel. The conservatives are driven closer to the Bible as their ranks thin due to the persecution. They dwindle to a small remnant who lean wholly on God for there is no where else for them to hold out hope. The hate of the liberals against Biblical righteousness drives them into violent suppression of the minority standing on the Word pf God.

Those who are saved are the first to recognize their efforts at keeping God's statutes and commands come far short of what it should be. The closer they come to God, and His holiness the more does their own sinful condition stand out. They recognize just how far short they come, but gain great confidence in their salvation by understanding it is their belief, and desire for the righteousness of God that is counted for righteousness unto salvation. It is this kind of selective righteousness that the lost hate. They hate the saved for knowing they are going to go to heaven while the lost are on their way to hell. This kind of hate takes precedence over nationality. It drives parents to hate their own children. It causes liberals to hate the small remnant who can claim Biblical righteousness.

Poll: Americans Oppose Disengagement

Two -thirds of Americans are opposed to the disengagement plan, according to a professional poll. Another survey shows a sharp division between Orthodox Jews and Conservative and Reform Jews.

The survey conducted for the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) by McLaughlin & Associates, a major polling firm, was carried out last week and sampled 1,000 Americans from all religions.

It showed that more than 60 percent of Americans oppose the Israeli government’s plan to forcibly transfer more than 9,000 Jews out of their homes this summer and abandon their lands, in Gaza and northern Samaria, to the Palestinian Authority (PA, or whichever Arab group gets there first and is strongest. The results "expose the myth that Americans support disengagement," according to ZOA president Morton Klein.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which supports the government plan, released a poll earlier this year showing that a majority of Americans favored it. Klein said the ADL poll was meaningless because "the population polled [was] either misinformed…or uniformed." He also questioned the wording of the ADL poll.

The new McLaughlin survey also showed that one-half of Americans polled agree that "this Gaza plan sends a message that Arab terrorism is being rewarded." An overwhelming majority of respondents oppose continuing aid to the Palestinian Authority (PA).

Another poll, conducted by Yeshiva University, found that 56 percent of Orthodox Jews in America are against the Israeli government’s evacuation plan while more than two-thirds of Reform and Conservative Jews support it.

"It really indicates a break between Orthodoxy and the rest of American Jewry," said City University of New York sociologist Samuel Heilman. "That's a gap that's been growing. It indicates a sliding to the right of Orthodoxy, both religiously and politically."

In Israel, polls showed that last week's violence between anti-evacuation activists and the police and army boosted support for the plan to above 60 percent. Many opponents of the Jewish Transfer have accused government agents of provoking the disruptions, which climaxed with the forible removal from Gush Katif of several hundred people who had taken up residence in a refurbished hotel.

A majority of Likud party backers are against the plan, according to a poll by Israel Radio, while almost all of Labor party supporters support the policy.

(IsraelNN.com) A fashion marketing expert said Monday that the color orange has swept the fashion industry in Israel, especially in ultra-orthodox Haredi and national religious communities.

Simon Tzadik said that no store can afford keeping orange off its shelves. Orange is the color symbolizing opposition to the government plan to transfer more than 9,000 Jews out of Gaza and northern Samaria starting this August. She said secular neighborhoods are divided on buying orange clothes, which are less favored in non-religious neighborhoods such as Givatayim near Tel Aviv.


 

The Likud Party used to be the conservative party until Ariel Sharon abandoned them. The Labor Party is the liberal party much like the Democrats here in the United States. The polarization in Israel has been brought to the breaking point with the Sharon switch to the liberal supported withdrawal plan. Civil War is now becoming a reality in Israel. The nation split after the death of King Solomon early during the first Exodus. The liberal compromising North was called Israel, and the more Biblically oriented conservative South called Judah. It could happen again?

The best kept news secret is that Americans oppose the Road Map that is driving the withdrawal. This is news the liberal Democrats do not want to hear. It is also unwanted news to the Bush White House. It is the Evangelical Bush that adopted the atheistic Russian and European Road Map. The Evangelical George Bush by adopting the gentile Road Map committed as much an act of blasphemy as did Sharon in Israel. He turned on the Bible, and the coming Kingdom in order to compromise with the Devil! This Road Map from hell would forever establish a heathen kingdom right where the Bible says the coming Kingdom is to be placed.

Both Bush and Sharon turned on their supporters. Sharon was a conservative who adopted the blasphemous withdrawal plan of the liberals. Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq with the blessings of the more conservative Biblically oriented Americans, but just like Sharon he changed horses midstream. He road out of the water adopting the liberal position of compromise with the demon's seed over the Holy Land. As much as I supported Bush over his Middle East invasion policies; is as much as I oppose his turncoat policy over his future plans for the Land of Israel!

Ensigns are important in the Bible. The greatest ensign will be the LORD Jesus Christ when He returns. He will be an ensign to His enemies that their end has come. He will be an ensign of judgment to them! At the same time He will be an ensign of love to those who have faithfully received Him as their Savior. Friend, there is no middle ground with Christ. Either you are submitted to Him with all your heart, all your soul, and all your might, or you are His enemy. The choice is yours. What does the ensign of Christ mean to you?

Mainstream Media Fabricate ´Lynch´ of Arab by Jewish Activists

The “fatal lynching” of an Arab stone-thrower last Wednesday by “Jewish extremists” in Gush Katif was fabricated by mainstream Israeli media, according to photographs and eyewitness testimony.

Several sources now reveal that footage of the injured Arab was staged. Photographs from onlookers show a professional cameraman setting-up video shots of an injured Arab. Media agencies from across then globe reported a fabricated chain of events based on the staged footage.

Stage 3 - After an impatient wait, the stage is finally set for the international and Israeli press to recreate the Medieval blood libel.
 


Mainstream Israeli media and international news outlets claimed that Hilal Ziad Al-Majaydeh was “mortally wounded” by Jewish stone-throwers who instigated a clash with nearby Arabs. The video footage shows a wounded Arab lying on the ground, apparently unconscious. Further non-sequential footage shows Jewish activists throwing stones.

New reports, now five days later, disprove allegations of any such lynching by Jews. Testimony from the alleged victim further reveals that he wasn't injured by Jewish stone-throwers, and that he was merely “lightly hurt” in the incident.

The edited video footage depicting a lynching was broadcast repeatedly on Israeli news channels. Outrage over barbaric behavior of the supposed extremists was used as a pretext for public condemnation as well as military action against Jewish activists who support Israel's sovereign right to remain in Gaza.
 

Early Thursday morning, less than twenty-four hours after the incident, the Sharon government temporarily declared all Jewish communities in the region a closed-military-zone. No one was allowed to enter the region, and residents were not allowed to travel between neighboring communities.

During this period, the IDF expelled tenants of the nearby Ma'oz HaYam hotel on Gush Katif's seashore, taking over the activist stronghold for use as a military base.

Government officials from across the political spectrum were united in their calls against violent acts by “Jewish extremists.” Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who usually refrains from participating in media interviews, was quick to publicly delegitimize Jewish activists, calling them “lawless gangs” engaged in a “reign of terror.”

Many activists believe however that Sharon's efforts to remove Jewish residents from their homes in Gaza are against the law. While promoting the evacuation, Sharon has violated his own party's protocols and fired cabinet ministers who oppose the plan.

Furthermore, Sharon has repeatedly rebuffed calls to bring the controversial plan to a national referendum. Numerous recent polls show that approximately half of the general Israeli public is against the government's proposed plan to evacuate Jewish communities.

Sharon has used incidents such as last Wednesday's reported “lynching,” to gain additional support for his plan amongst the general public, while isolating “Jewish extremists.”

Police announced Sunday night that they had caught Shimshon HaCohen-Citrin, an 18-year-old from the community of Nachliel. He is accused of being one of the three Jewish activists centrally involved in Wednesday's stone-throwing incident.

Despite photographs and evidence disproving any lynch attempt, Citrin is being charged with attempted murder and attacking police officers.

Citrin's father, interviewed by Army Radio Monday morning, angrily accused the media of ganging up against his son for defending himself against Arab attackers. "The only lynch that has occurred is that perpetrated by the media against my son. This isn't the first time and it won't be the last. You haven't even examined the matter, and you're blaming Jews for things without any proof."

Honenu, an organization providing legal assistance for those accused during anti-disengagement protests, is taking measures to fight the current anti-activist climate.

"Under the current public atmosphere," said one Honenu official, "with the media continually referring to the incident as a 'lynching' and with politicians calling forcefully for the police to 'mete out justice to the lynchers' and the like, we fear that the three suspects will be sacrificed unjustly. We are coordinating and gathering all the testimony that shows the whole incident was staged and blown out of all proportion."

The filmed victim, Hilal Ziad Al-Majaydeh, said in an interview that he did not remember being attacked by an 18-year-old civilian. Al-Majaydeh claims he was beaten by an IDF soldier and was knocked unconscious.

An eyewitness to the rock fight told Arutz Sheva, “suddenly a gang of about 30 Arabs started smashing us with rocks. I ran away and hid behind an army jeep. Suddenly, this youth--the one who everyone claims was 'mortally wounded'--came around from behind me and threw this big concrete block right towards my head. He almost killed me!"
 

Another eyewitness to the fight and subsequent media fabrication stated, "The Arabs were the ones who started throwing rocks, just like they've known how to do for the last 20 years. The media people who were there knew that this boy, the one who was 'mortally wounded,' came up to us and threw rocks - and so we threw back.

“It's interesting how someone who is critically wounded gets up on his legs and laughs with his friends and gets interviewed while he's critically wounded,” she added.

 

 

You just can't believe every story coming out of Israel. The hate factor is so high that even journalists held to a high standard of integrity are prone to let their hate cause them to make the news rather then report it. Political correctness drives even Jewish reporters to taint the news they are reporting. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers must be vilified for the Road Map to be implemented. All who would support the Settlers must be portrayed as gangs of thugs. The world, and the liberal Jews so much wanted to hear this politically correct portrayal that the shysters were able to stage this news report with ease. This false story was wanted, and believed before it was ever written.

The greatest liar of all times is predicted to come to Israel. He will sit on the throne built for the returning LORD Jesus Christ in Ezekiel's Temple, and declare himself god. This will be the greatest of all lies ever uttered. The Bible is clear the great majority will not only want to hear his lie, but will believe it before it is even uttered. The thing about believing the lie is that the truth must first be rejected. The Bible says this great majority will refuse to receive the truth that the LORD Jesus Christ is the only Savior, and so God will send this master of lies as a strong delusion so that what the really want in their heart will be revealed. It will be their pleasure in unrighteousness that will drive them to reject the Biblical Christ for the antichrist! The great majority will seek after the world, flesh, and the Devil after rejecting holiness, righteousness, and the LORD Jesus Christ. A forced puritanical eternity will be something the crowd will never stomach. The freedom to sin whenever they would so desire is what they want. Church on Sunday, and Las Vegas on Monday is the only eternity they desire. A holy god who only winks at their indiscretions is the kind of god which they believe in, and the only eternal god they want.

The LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount as the King of Glory. This Mighty God will not tolerate sin in His Glory! He will force His Glory, His Holiness, His righteousness on all the earth. There will be no room for lies in the coming Kingdom. There will be no place for those who would openly practice unrighteousness!

Israel readies 45,000 troops for Gaza pullout

Defense minister seeks to prevent violence during evacuation of 9,000

JERUSALEM - Israel plans to send 45,000 troops to evacuate 9,000 settlers from the Gaza Strip and part of the West Bank, Israel's defense minister said Tuesday — a massive deployment that reflects concern some resistance to the pullout might be violent.

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon insisted Tuesday that opposition will not stop the operation. Many settlers are expected to offer passive resistance, but security officials have issued repeated assessments that militant settlers or their backers from outside Gaza might open fire.

The main settlers' council called on its followers to descend on Gaza on July 18, a month before the pullout begins.

"Tens of thousands will march to Gush Katif (the main Gaza settlement bloc) to cancel the uprooting program, while avoiding violence and disruption of the lives of the country's citizens," the statement said.

The military is expected to declare Gaza off limits to nonresidents before the pullout.

To implement the evacuation, soldiers and police will outnumber the settlers five to one.

Evacuation meticulously planned out
Security officials, speaking Tuesday on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of their positions, said the forces will be arrayed in six circles around Gaza. Police in the innermost circle, reinforced by soldiers, will remove the settlers, while the other circles provide security to prevent Palestinian attacks or infiltration by Israeli opponents of the pullout.

Soldiers demonstrated their potential for swift evacuation last week when, in less than half an hour, they emptied out a Gaza settler hotel where more than 100 extremists and their families had barricaded themselves.

On Tuesday afternoon, Sharon toured a site in southern Israel where new homes are being built for the Gaza settlers. "Disengagement will go ahead," he said, referring to the pullout, "and nobody can hinder it, because this thing is important for Israel, very important for Israel."

Extremists have already tried to disrupt life around the country by blocking highways and threaten to step up their efforts during the pullout, in hopes of diverting troops.

Attorney General Meni Mazuz said some 1,000 protesters had been arrested — "not just people who were waving flags, but people who had full gas canisters and were planning to blow them up" on a main highway during rush hour.

"This is not legitimate resistance in a democracy or any country," Mazuz said.

Sharon said he instructed security forces "not to allow the blocking of roads, damage to communications structures, scattering of nails (on the roads) ... The instruction is unequivocal, not to disrupt life. We shall not allow it."

Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz outlined the planned deployment at a stormy session of lawmakers, settlers and ministry officials. "About 41,000 male and female soldiers will take part in the evacuation, and 3,800 police," he said.

No Palestinian attacks will be tolerated
Sharon told the committee Israel has made it clear to the Palestinian Authority that it would respond harshly to Palestinian attacks during the pullout.

"If there is fire during the evacuation, our response will be very harsh, possibly so harsh that it would destroy the whole process," he said.

On Tuesday, Palestinian Interior Minister Nasser Yousef met Maj. Gen. Yitzhak Harel, chief of Israeli military planning, to discuss coordinating the withdrawal, the military said.

First fruits of coordination are already being felt, according to the chief of Israeli military intelligence, Maj. Gen. Aharon Zeevi-Farkash. Lawmaker Ran Cohen quoted him as saying ths because of the cooperation.several Palestinian attempts to smuggle arms into Gaza from Egypt have been foiled in the last two months.

 

Sela: Only those who ask will get compensation

Settlers who have not applied to Sela, the Disengagement Administration, for compensation will not be able to receive payment by the date of the disengagement, Sela head Yonatan Bassi announced Tuesday at a special joint meeting of the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee and Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

Bassi said that beginning next week, 10 eligibility committees will work simultaneously, instead of the current five, to meet the legal obligation of transferring compensation payments within 60 days of a family's initial application.

So far, 396 families have submitted applications, and 20 to 30 new applications are coming in every day, Bassi said.

In addition, Sela is negotiating with another 500 families, members of several groups that want to sign agreements for collective relocation to existing communities.

The first families to contact Sela - mostly from the West Bank settlements of Ganim and Kadim and from settlements in the northern Gaza Strip - have already been compensated. Sela is preparing for a possible onslaught of applications next week.


 

 

The stage is set. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers have been sufficiently vilified so there will be no pity for any who might resist. The secular liberal Jews are in full control. Their hate for the settlers is demonstrated by their plan to recompense most of them absolutely nothing. The resistors will be blacklisted as lawbreakers. Already their jobs are in jeopardy. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers are in line for redemption! Many will drop by the wayside as they are tried and tested, but those who endure may well find redemption in the end. Redemption does not come easily after almost 2000 years of blindness, but it is coming. A remnant of Jews through trial and tribulation will come to Christ after the rapture of the born again out of Apostate Christianity. The trials and tribulations of these Jewish Settlers who only want to obey God, and follow His command to occupy the Promised Land fit what I would expect of those who are about to be redeemed. They have done a righteous thing by settling the parts of the Holy Land God opened to them after the 1967 Six Day War. As a result of this righteous act they have found nothing but persecution from the gentile world, and even greater hate from their own secularized brothers. The remnant of Christians who are truly born again have ignored their plight for the most part. These same type conservative Christians of the last generation were slow if not hostile to the plight of Black Americans when they cried out for support for a righteous cause, and now this generation shows the same indifference to this Jewish remnant crying out for an even greater righteous cause.

Our Fundamental and Evangelical Churches should be filled with orange to protest the plight of the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. We should be outraged at the adoption of the atheistic Russian and European Road Map by our Evangelical President. He was right to lead us into Afghanistan and Iraq, but turned on us with the adoption of the Road Map. It is a blasphemous plan that would establish forever a heathen kingdom right where the Bible says the LORD Jesus Christ is going to establish His Kingdom. It supports the Koran view for the future of the Holy Land at the cost of rejecting the Bible. Folks, when the rapture takes place we will leave behind Church buildings draped in black for our neglect of the apple of God's eye, and our apathy over the coming Kingdom. Folks, that Kingdom is coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount!

Barbaric' terror explosions strike London, kill dozens

Three blasts rocked the London subway and one tore open a packed double-decker bus during the morning rush hour Thursday, sending bloodied victims fleeing in what a shaken Prime Minister Tony Blair called "barbaric" terrorist attacks. A U.S. law enforcement official said at least 40 people were killed and London hospitals reported more than 300 injured. Blair said the "terrorist attacks" were clearly designed to coincide with the opening of the G8 summit in Gleneagles, Scotland. They also came a day after London won the bid to host the 2012 Olympics.

The explosions hit three subway stations and a double-decker bus in rapid succession between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Implementing an emergency plan, authorities immediately shut down the subway and bus lines that log 8.4 million passenger trips every weekday. It brought the city's transportation system to a standstill and left many central London streets deserted ...

 

 

The latest reports tell of a bus bomb blast timed to catch the throngs who abandoned the underground rail system after the train bomb attacks. The death toll will most certainly increase. The trials and tribulations coming to this generation have taken another significant climb. Islam wants to drive the West out of the Middle East, and most significantly out of Israel. They rejoiced to see Madrid, Spain quit the fight after they attacked their transportation system. They are looking for a similar victory to take place in England. The goal of Islam is to replace the Bible with the Koran as the book that correctly predicts the future of the Holy Land. They will never be satisfied with co-equal representation of the Koran next to the Bible, but will be satisfied only when the Koran replaces the Bible. Two contrary accounts are given in the Koran, and the Bible. The Koran says the seed of Ishmael and Esau will inherit the Promised Land, and the blessings of their god Allah. The false prophet Mohamed wrote the Koran to counter what the real God has written in the Bible. In the Bible the seed of Ishmael and Esau are cursed. It is the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who are blessed. The LORD Jesus Christ confirmed it was to be the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who will be blessed not the seed of Abraham, Ishmael, and Esau.

There can be no doubt that the Bible curses the seed of Ishmael and Esau. The Arab false religion of Islam is cursed by the Bible! The God of the Bible went on record as saying He hates their seed. It is the seed of Jacob who are promised a coming Kingdom in the Holy Land, at Jerusalem, and on the Temple Mount. The only Jews who are being obedient to the Bible call for the establishment of this coming Kingdom are the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. They are now the victims of a world wide plot to defame, and destroy their movement.

Folks, the God of the Bible plainly curses and hates the seed of Abraham, Ishmael, and Esau. PA "Playing with Fire" by Ignoring Hamas


In an interview with a local Gaza news agency, Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Zahar threatened both open confrontation with the PA and continued attacks on Israel from Gaza after disengagement, Ha’aretz reported Thursday. "The Palestinian Authority and Fatah need to know that what they are doing now is playing with fire,” Zahar warned. “They will bear responsibility for ignoring Hamas," should they try to manage the withdrawal on their own. Hamas is determined not to let the PA take the credit for withdrawal, nor use it as an excuse to disarm them. "Just as we did not accept the occupation of the land, we will not allow it to be allocated to anyone who did not play a part in liberating it," he said referring to the PA.
 

IDF Kills Gunman after Gaza Ambush


One Palestinian gunman was killed and a second was wounded Wednesday after a three-man Islamic Jihad terrorist cell opened fire on soldiers in an ambush near the settlement of Morag in the southern Gaza Strip. Military sources said more than 320 terror-related incidents have taken place in the Gaza Strip over the past month, including a number of shooting incidents at IDF posts on Wednesday. Meanwhile in northern Samaria an IDF unit arrested a 17-year-old Palestinian Wednesday at a checkpoint southwest of Jenin who attempting to smuggle improvised explosives and a knife.

 22% of Israeli Jews have lost a relative or friend in a terror attack or war, according to a survey conducted by the University of Haifa, The Jerusalem Post reports. Since September 2000, 12% of Israelis - roughly 1 in 8 - have witnessed a terror attack or been within sight of the wounded or dead.

EU Funding Ended up in Swiss Bank Accounts


 The European Union fraud squad, Olaf, has issued a report saying that the PA sent hundreds of millions of dollars to bank accounts in Switzerland and Tunisia, MENL reports. Concluding a two-year investigation, Olaf said other donor funding was probably pocketed by PA officials. Olaf said the PA leadership transferred $238 million to Swiss bank accounts between 1997 and 2000 without informing its international donors. The EU remains among the largest net donors to the PA coffers, despite concerns that little of its money has made its way to the ordinary Palestinian people and that some may have even been diverted to terror.

Report: Army Creates Left-Wing Battalion Ahead of Expulsion

(IsraelNN.com) The weekly Makor Rishon newspaper is carrying a front page story that the army, in the framework of the Nahal Brigade, has established a battalion of 100-120 soldiers who identify themselves as left-wing and supporters of the Gaza/Shomron Disengagement Plan.

The report states the soldiers are former HaShomer HaTza’ir members, a group that maintains a left-wing ideological platform, joined with former members of other organizations sharing the same political slant.

The report states the battalion will be deployed in the disengagement to oust Gaza and Shomron residents from their homes, with the realization the soldiers will not pose a risk of refusing orders.

IDF officials deny the accuracy of the report, confirming the establishment of a Nahal battalion, but emphasizing members are from all walks of life, including the Religious Zionist Bnei Akiva youth movement.

 

 

The Road Map, and what is being done to bring it to the Holy Land gets worse and worse by the day. The Palestinian Authority for whom all this Jewish sacrifice by the settlers is aimed only get more  corrupt. The terrorists only get more bold now telling the world they will never stop attacking the Jews. They reason that for them to stop will only give the credit of an Islamic victory over the Jews to those who were not as violent. The personal cost to the Jews for this Road Map is astronomical, and yet there is no response from the Palestinians other then more and more hate! The Road Map is clearly not causing any appeasement on the part of the heathen.

There is no other plan, and so it really does not matter to the world that nothing is happening. The Road Map will be implemented no matter how impractical, and the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers will be bludgeoned into submission for nothing. It again makes no difference because the settlers have been vilified enough so that the whole world hates them anyway. A battalion of hand picked thugs is exactly what the world wants and expects. The cry for human rights, and obedience to the God of the Bible will be met with overwhelming force as those who hate Biblical righteousness which demands the Jews occupy their Promised Land are set lose on these faithful Jews.

Biblical righteousness is very different from what contemporary men would call righteousness. The occupation of the Promised Land God has provided to this generation of Jews is a case in point. The future building of a Jewish Temple is another point of Biblical righteousness. God has done His part in 1948, and 1967 giving the Jews miraculous victories. Only a remnant have followed up on whet God has done in the Holy Land. Now, that remnant have become the scourge of the earth because of their faithfulness to God's statutes and ordinances. These are most probably the Jews who will follow up on the Biblical command to build the Last Holy Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount. They will have to defy a world bent on resisting righteousness. The tenacity of these Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers is being tried by fire. Their numbers will probably decease before they increase.

The God of the Bible is forcing His will, and His righteousness on planet earth, and the unclean sinners are wiggling in agony. They are prepared to resist, and to stop any who would submit to this God. A phony substitute righteousness smoke-screened with words like peace has been presented by the leading atheistic powers of this generation. It is called the Road Map. It is the symbol of secular righteousness for this generation. The Evangelical George Bush has adopted this Road Map to his Biblical ignorance and shame. He is taking the blessings of Afghanistan and Iraq, and turning them into a curse. He has turned his back on Biblical righteousness as has Sharon in Israel. These two leaders are now in the forefront as opposing what God has done using the Independent Fundamental Settler Movement in Israel. The Bible is clear that this special remnant need not fear! The glory of God is yet to manifest itself against the Road Map!

Bedouins Threaten Intifada

(IsraelNN.com) Negev Bedouins threatened Thursday night they will launch an intifada against Israel if the government carries out plans to demolish 160 illegal villages, which commonly are called unauthorized villages. Hundreds of Bedouins demonstrated on the Dimona-Be'er Sheva highway

The Bedouin population has increased dramatically in the past 20 years and now accounts for almost one-third of the Negev. Bedouins have established hundreds of small villages made up of tin shacks on land which they claim is theirs by tradition. Israel says most of the areas are government land.

Violence against passing motorists also has increased, and defense authorities have arrested several Bedouins for smuggling arms for terrorists and for attempting to attack Israelis.

 

Negev Arab Bedouin: New Intifada

Hundreds of Negev Arab Bedouin have threatened a new intifada if the government tears down 160 illegal shacks. The booming population has created a time bomb that Bedouin leaders warn may explode.

Arab Knesset Member Taleb El-Sana (United Arab) participated in a large demonstration Thursday night on the Be'er Sheva-Dimona highway against the Israel Lands Authority plan to demolish illegally built shacks and structures in the nearby village of Bir al-Mashash.

"If this government's stupid policy continues, it will cause an intifada that will rip off the roof [of the country]," El-Sana said. "The Bedouin are citizens and not enemies, but if the government continues along its current path, the situation will change.”

Since the founding of the State of Israel, Bedouin tribes, once nomadic, have built thousands of houses and makeshift tin shacks in hundreds of villages throughout the Negev which are illegal but which the government calls unauthorized. Police, acting on court orders, have demolished several of the villages over the past few years but most remain standing.

The Regional Council of Unauthorized Villages staged last night's protest, and no violence was reported. Several demonstrations in the past included stoning of buses and cars, and motorists often have been stopped by Bedouins and robbed.

The Bedouin claim the land is theirs by tradition, and the government argues that most of the areas are government lands and that the Bedouins are squatters. Negev police spokesman Etai Dotan estimated that Bedouins have erected 35,000 illegal shanties. He said every police action to demolish them can be done only by court order, and that it requires enormous manpower because of the threat of retaliation.

Many businessmen in Arad and Be'er Sheva have reported that they pay "protection money" to local Bedouin gangs to prevent their shops from arson or theft. Moshe Landsman, director of psychological services for the villages, blames the government for Bedouin problems. "There is more violence among themselves and it is going to blow up."

Negev Bedouins are Israeli citizens, but since the Oslo war many have married Arab spouses from Judea, Samaria and Gaza. The government exempts them from the prohibition of polygamy because they claim that marrying two, three and sometimes four women is a matter of religious freedom. Polygamy, along with government child allowances that until last year gave generous amounts of money for large families, has enabled them to receive thousands of shekels a month. It is not uncommon for men in their 60s to marry a third or fourth woman in her teens.

Before the government began to slash the child allowances, a family with 25 children, which is not rare, received more than 12,000 shekels ($2,700) a month. One Jewish woman who works with Bedouin women said the birth rate is "the true intifada."

Their population in the Negev has grown 11 times the number in 1951 and now is more than 150,000, accounting for more than one-third of the total number of citizens in the Negev region. Most of the Jewish residents live in Be'er Sheva, leaving the Bedouin as a majority in the rural areas near the Jewish towns of Arad and Dimona and up-scale communities of Metar and Lahavim, north of Be'er Sheva.

Bedouins traditionally have been excellent IDF soldiers, especially as scouts tracking down terrorists. Since the Oslo War broke out in 2000, they have increasingly become involved in terrorism. Security officials have discovered Hamas cells among Bedouin tribes and have arrested Negev Bedouins for smuggling weapons. Earlier this year, a gang from the city Lakiya, north of Be'er Sheva, was arrested for planning a terrorist attack.

A Bedouin intifada already is a fact, according to regional leaders and businessmen, who say law and order are totally foreign to the local Arab population. Drug dealing and car thieves are common, Landsman states. Police officially deny charges that law enforcement officers are afraid to enter the villages, but policemen privately have confided they stay away from the villages.

Security officials are worried about the increasing tie between Hamas terrorists and Negev Bedouin and believe that many of them already are part of the intifada against Israel.
 

 

A fool's dilemma confronts the liberal secular Jewish government. They claim the removal of the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers is a matter of law, and now those same laws are about to alienate their relations with the Bedouin who are as guilty of building on unauthorized land. The end of this will probably be that the Bedouin will be given a reprieve while the Jewish settlers will get the boot. This foolish liberal Jewish government will demonstrate their hate for Biblical righteousness is even greater then their hate for the barbarian Hamas terrorists.

It has been almost 40 years since God liberated Jerusalem, Samaria, and Judah from the Jordanians, and all the Promised Land west of the Jordan came under Jewish sovereignty. The secular Jews just went with the flow basking in the blessings God had brought. They laid back in their feather beds, and thought this is just great. Well, God has turned over that feather bed, and is calling those Jews who will respond to action. Only the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers made any attempt to follow the Bible command to occupy the land. The rest only looked to their own comfort. These feather bed Jews care nothing about God. They will give the heathen Arab Palestinians the settlers land to keep the gentiles codified. They have already given away Jericho that great symbol of Jewish victory and sovereignty over the Promised Land. They are in process of giving away Gaza, Samaria, and Judah. With Judah will go most if not all of Jerusalem. With Jerusalem will go all of the Temple Mount!

These secular Jews care nothing about their Biblical heritage, or the God of the Bible. They only want to live a comfortable life. They think that by their own wit they can pacify the heathen round about. They think that by giving them almost all that God gave them the heathen will leave them alone in their feather beds. It is just not going to happen. God is disgusted with this generation of milk-toast liberal secular Jews. He has given them enough rope to hang themselves, and that is just what they are doing.

The threat of another Intifada by another group of heathen will probably get them the Negev. Soon, these secular Jews will run out of blessings, and then what will they do? Once God withdraws Himself from them as they are withdrawing from the Independent  Fundamental Jewish Settlers there will be nothing left. There will also be no one to take pity on these fools who think they are smarter then God. There can be no foolish a non-nation then that of the Palestinians. They were Jordanians before 1967, but Jordan does not want them back. They have turned into a kingdom of barbarians who are demanding the Biblical Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount for themselves. They have raised a generation on hate, and nothing will ever pacify such animalistic behavior. They danced in the streets on 9-11, They danced yesterday at the London bombings, and they dance every time one of their vicious mental retards straps on a bomb belt, and kills a Jew.

IDF Officer Tells Arab Paper Israel Preparing More Withdrawals

Government ministers have been hinting for months that the withdrawal from Gaza and northern Samaria will not be the last. Now a senior officer says the IDF is preparing for more pullbacks.

A senior IDF officer interviewed by London Arab newspaper Al Shark al Awsat said that Israel’s “disengagement plan” represents the first installment in a series of withdrawals and other one-sided measures, culminating in a Palestinian state in 2008.

Israel is currently undertaking to expel Jews from their homes and hand over their communities in Gaza and northern Samaria to the Palestinian Authority. That withdrawal is scheduled to take place on August 17.

The officer told the paper, “The disengagement plan spells out one-sided measures that will be completed by 2008 when the Palestinians will be responsible for managing their affairs within the borders of a territory we will give, and nothing more.”

A reporter asked the officer if Israel was planning to allow the establishment of a Palestinian state in areas designated as “A” or “B” according to the Oslo accords. The officer refused to be specific regarding further withdrawals or indicate whether they would be made within the context of the ill-fated Oslo agreements that were signed in 1993.

(Under the original maps attached to the accords, area “A” refers mainly to the Arab populated cities of Judea and Samaria where the IDF was supposed to withdraw and relinquish security control of the territory to the Palestinian Authority. Area “B” refers to less densely populated areas made up of villages and towns where Israel relinquishes civilian authority, but retains security control. The majority of the territory was designated as area “C” where Israeli communities and military installations are located.

The Oslo accords provided for Israel to gradually change the status of areas “B” and “C” to “A”. Both prime ministers Binyamin Netanyahu and Ehud Barak added significantly to the areas designated as “A” and “B”, expanding the extent of PA territorial control in Judea and Samaria. Despite extensive negotiations, Barak ultimately refused PA demands to relinquish control over Judea, Samaria, Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount.

Some commentators claim that the PA initiated the conflict known as the Oslo War in September 2000 when their expectations of obtaining control over these territories from the Barak government were not realized).

Not What the Arabs Expect

While not indicating how Israel planned to implement further withdrawals from Judea and Samaria, the senior officer said the state ultimately created from the withdrawals “will not be the independent state the Palestinians expect.”

The officer warned that if the PA does not extend law and order to the territories evacuated by Israel in Gaza and northern Samaria, Israel will cease to coordinate further measures with the PA and “take only unilateral steps and deal with its security problems as it sees fit.”

The officer also sharply criticized PA chief Mahmoud Abbas for visiting Syria and meeting with the heads of various PLO terror factions there, as well as for not using his authority as the democratically elected leader of the Palestinians to take substantive measures to combat terrorism.

Abbas praised Syria’s role in the Middle East on Friday. “Syria has a significant role in both Arab and international arenas, so we realize her stance which is supporting us and preserving the Palestinian unity to be able to reach aspirations," he said.

Syria is on the State Department’s list of countries that support terrorism and has been accused by the Bush administration of supporting Iraqi insurgents who have been fighting U.S. forces in Iraq.
 

 

The establishment of a Palestinian State by 2008 is not some temporary experiment. It is a forever establishment of a heathen kingdom right in the middle of the Holy Land. The secular liberal Jewish government cares nothing about either the Bible, or the God of the Bible. They do not acknowledge that the Holy Land belongs to God. These Jews think the Holy Land is theirs to do with as they alone please. They are actively vilifying the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers, and any other conservative voices of opposition. Any Jew who would say the Land belonging to the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,  is immediately branded an extremist out to destroy the secular State of Israel.

This secular liberal government is now indicating, as many of us already suspected, that the Temple Mount will be part of the give away. These secular Jews view Jewish sovereignty over the Temple Mount as nothing more then a curse to the Road Map! They are willing to give it to the heathen. It has no value to them whatsoever. They know it is extremely important to the minority conservative religious Jews, but by designating them extremists their voices are effectively silenced in the world arena. The secular liberal Jews rule the day, and their hate for God manifested against the settlers should be recognized by all who look on.

A final Holy Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount is a death blow to the liberal secular Jews as well as to the Road Map. The suggestion of such a thought drives fire to flash from the eyes of the secular Jews as well as the Bush Evangelical White House. Such a suggestion ends all peace proposals built upon giving the barbarian Palestinians a kingdom. Folks, 2008 is not that far away. The only Biblically righteous Jews in Israel today are the remnant minority who support the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. How long will God not respond to their cries for help? To whom will God turn after the rapture of the born again from the Great Apostate Whore of today's Christianity? It will not be to the apostate gentiles! The time for dispensational change is coming upon this generation. The Temple Mount is the critical place where God will force His righteousness on planet earth. The Temple Mount is the very place where the Bible says Christ will return! The Road Map is causing God to deal in wrath with this generation bent on resisting His coming Kingdom! Seven years of Great Tribulation is the Biblical answer to the Road Map that is encouraging the secular Jews to fight against their own brothers. Final decisions for, or against the Biblical plan for the future of the Holy Land are being made this very day. Condoleezza Rice stands today with a mandate from the Evangelical community to give the Temple Mount to the heathen forever. I refuse to support such a blasphemous proposal! I cry out to the God of the Bible on behalf of those Jews that are standing with Him, and would support the building of another Holy Jewish Temple. Jews who put obedience to God first over their own desires for peace and comfort. I
