Academics feud over Israel

LONDON -- In the 1980s, British university students built mock shanty towns on grassy campus squares and their professors refused to recognize work from colleagues at South African universities that supported the apartheid regime.

At the time, it was a controversial yet largely popular campaign. But this week, an effort to replicate the boycott -- this time targeting academics at two Israeli universities that have allegedly supported occupation of Palestinian territories and restriction of Arab scholarship -- has proved far more divisive.

Britain's news media and academic community have become deeply and angrily split over last Friday's vote by the 40,000-member Association of University Teachers to sever academic contacts with Haifa and Bar-Ilan universities.

The feud spread to Israel yesterday, as Haifa University president Ahron Ben-Zeev called for the resignation of a prominent professor who supports the boycott.

Ilan Pappe, a political science professor and director of the Institute for Peace, is one of six prominent Israeli academics to call for boycotts of some universities.

He has previously argued that boycotts of companies and institutions are a peaceful alternative to means of persuasion that involve violence or create poverty.

Mr. Ben-Zeev told an interviewer from Haaretz newspaper that the university would not take action against Mr. Pappe, but he said it would be fitting "for someone who calls for a boycott of his university to apply the boycott himself," suggesting that the professor voluntarily resign. He also called for an Israeli boycott of British universities.

Jewish student leaders in Britain said yesterday that the boycott motion technically does not affect students in Israel or Britain, but they warned that it might legitimize forms of anti-Semitism they say already exist on British campuses.

"We see it as another nail in the coffin of Jewish students," Danny Stone, a director of the Union of Jewish Students, told reporters. "The AUT should be ashamed of themselves. We are going to call for AUT members to resign. It is absolutely appalling. How can they justify teaching about the Middle East conflict when it is clear that those who voted for the boycott are biased?" ...

Liberal bias is becoming the rule in Israel as well as the world. The voice of conservatism is punished wherever found. The most radical liberal academics are out to punish all institutions of higher learning that might give a fair hearing to the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. They have found overwhelming support outside Israel, and are using that support to force their singular liberal bias on everyone! The definition they are manipulatively placing on the settlers is that of South African Apartivism. The world rightly villainised the South African government, but it is the Palestinians who are terrorizing the Jews to leave the Holy Land. The liberals have picked the wrong side! They have chosen the evil side with which to become allies. They would want the world to view the settlers as the out of control biased party in the present conflict. Never mind the settlers are living in relative peace in the Palestinian controlled area where Jewish sovereignty reigns. Never mind the whole world knows to leave the settlers in place would result in a massacre after the withdrawal takes place. The world is ready for a phony war mongering definition for the settlers, and the support only evidences the acceptability of such a lie.

This summer's scheduled withdrawal of the Jews from the Gaza, and parts of Samaria is forcing the issue for the world to take one side or the other. The Road Map says the Jews must go. They are in the way of the gentile plan to give most of the Holy Land to the heathen. These Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers represent the Biblical Jewish future for the Holy Land while the Palestinians represent the Islamic Koran's future for the Holy Land. The gentile world has decided that freedom of religion, and democracy is the way to peace. Never mind the rights of the settlers! Never mind their freedom to live in the Promised Land! Only the liberal view of the Road Map will be tolerated. This view submits to the barbarians with the false hope that they will change, and become civilized once they are given their own kingdom. What the liberal Jews do not consider is that when peace does not come the next step of the Road Map will be to remove all Jews from the Holy Land. Once s few Jews are removed for the greater good, it will not be such a big step to remove them all.

The Bible is very clear that there is only one Holy Land. There is no other place on the planet that can be substituted. The LORD Jesus Christ was promised a Kingdom when He finished His work on Calvary. God is about to keep His word about that coming Kingdom. He has brought back the Jewish People to their Promised Land in this our generation. Dispensational change is the reality in every news story coming out of the Middle East. The sign they put above Christ's head on Calvary read "King of the Jews." Folks, this Road Map is not going to stop God from forming an exclusively Jewish Kingdom in the Holy Land, at Jerusalem, and on the Temple Mount. There is no other place for which Christ will return. It is the Palestinians and their Koran that must depart. The God of the Bible demands complete submission to the coming King of kings, or terrible judgment. It matters not to God that almost the whole world refuses to submit to this Biblical plan. Friend, what side are you on?

Putin visit fires Mid-East press passions

Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the region... is steady proof of Russia's interest in playing a major role in the peace process... Undoubtedly, the visit will contribute to enhancing the Russian role in the peace process and strengthening the relationship with an Arab world that is trying to look for international balance in an age of a single dominating superpower.

Sharon does not attach much importance to the Russian-Syrian arms deal; Israel and America sell weapons to almost anyone who wants them. He only fears that the missiles reaching Damascus would be passed on to terrorist organisations. Putin promised Sharon that Russia would see to it that this would not happen...

Since the foundation of the state Russian-Israeli relations have been full of suspicions and hostility. Putin's visit is liable to mark a new start in the relations.

That may very well be true, but as the public disagreement over the missile sale and the peace conference have indicated, friends often have interests that collide. The Russians are entering into a lead roll as the Road Map picks up momentum. The withdrawal of Israel from the Gaza has given Russia the impotence to make this move. The Arabs are overjoyed giving a hearty welcome to the Gog's long awaited official entrance into Middle East affairs. Russia has long been the suppler of arms to all the hostel Arab governments, but now they are positioning themselves as a major player in the Israeli - Palestinian conflict. Already they intend to make the Palestinian security forces a paramilitary force rather then a civilian police force. It is an ominous direction for which Israel is justifiably skeptical. The Jews know the anti-Semitic history that comes out of Russia, and view this sudden emergence of Russia with  suspicion.

The Arabs are dancing in the streets while the Jews are caught disagreeing with every proposal being made by this supposed neutral, or the balancing player in the Road Map peace process. This late sudden entrance of the Russians is throwing a monkey wrench into the Road Map process. Sharon never figured the Russians would openly partner with the Palestinians to fill the vacuum created by his  withdrawal plan. Sharon has inadvertently opened the door to Russia moving in next door. Sharon's cooperation with the gentile Road Map has now backfired. Russian equipment will come with Russian drivers and maintenance personal who's advisory roll always gets aggressive when the bullets start to fly. It seems Sharon has been outmaneuvered.

Jewish anxiety is apparent when the leading liberal newspapers all treat the Putin visit with great skepticism. The Road Map is not looking so rosy anymore. The reality of what is coming next is starting to set in. The unexpected surprises are beginning to cause consternation among the liberals. The warnings found in the Bible about the danger from the North are haunting those who ridiculed God's Word just last week. The terror from the North has suddenly entered into the news coming out of Israel, and nothing good can come out of it. The Russian - Arab alliance has reinvigorated the Islamic world. The Russians are old hands at playing the political games of deceit, and the Arabs welcome such a skilled player to be on their side.

The God of the Bible is only interested in a remnant of the Jews. They are going to survive while all the rest perish. All the promises of God are only for the few who come by the narrow way. Friend, don't go along with the crowd. Break away from all that keeps you from the Christ of the Bible.

PA Reports Terrorists Conveniently “Escape” from Jail

The Palestinian Authority (PA) reported this week on the "escape" from prison of the two terrorists they had arrested after the Tel Aviv suicide bombing in February.

IDF Kills Top Islamic Jihad Terrorist Who Escaped PA Prison

The IDF this morning killed a top Islamic Jihad terrorist who had been arrested and supposedly escaped from a Palestinian Authority prison last week.
 

The operation took place in the Arab village of Tzieda, north of Tul Karem. Tzieda is one of the places the PA demanded be included in the Israeli handover of Tul Karem in March. Israel refused, citing knowledge that the terrorists responsible for the Stage nightclub bombing were hiding out there.

During the arrest operation, carried out by an elite paratrooper reconnaissance unit, two wanted terrorists opened fire at the IDF force, striking two IDF soldiers.

IDF Sgt. Dan Talasnikov, 21, of Nir Galim was killed and another lightly wounded during the complex operation. Talasnikov's funeral will take place at 6 PM in Nir Galim.

The IDF force returned fire, killing Shafiq Abdul Rani, one of the leaders of the Islamic Jihad in Tul Karem region. An AK-47 assault rifle was found on his person.

Rani had been arrested for masterminding February’s Tel Aviv Stage club bombing, which killed five people. He escaped from a PA prison two weeks ago, arousing protest that the PA was continuing its “revolving-door” policy.

Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) issued a report pointing out that Rani’s "escape" indicates that PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) is using the same “strategies of duplicity that were used by the Arafat regime - arresting terrorists immediately after bombings, only to quietly report their ’escape‘ after the bombing was no longer a news item.”

The PA often used such methods under Yassir Arafat to facilitate these "escapes." One particularity creative “escape” of three terrorists from a PA prison in 1999 took place when four prisoners were brought to the Al-Quds Open University to register for studies while their single guard waited outside. Only one prisoner returned.


 

Here is how the Road Map generated Palestinian State is going to operate. Here is how the terrorists will be treated. This is reality! This is the Road Map! I know how blind this generation is because of the apathy over this blasphemous plan for the future of the Holy Land. A plan that gives the barbarian heathen most of the Holy Land. The plan that would give the Koran rather then the Bible, and Allah rather then the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob the soviernty. I only hope and pray you are not part of this silent majority who say and do nothing while the Road Map goes forward?

These are sad days for the remnant of both Christians, and soon to be heart circumcised Jews. The Bible, and the coming Kingdom are being ignored by the main stream of both Christians and Jews. A phony Road Map peace plan has been substituted for the Biblical peace plan centering in the coming again Jewish Messiah. The Land, the city, and the very rocky top where the Bible says He will return are being given away to the Arabs and their Koran.

I am thankful God does not see me as I am in my sins, but rather sees me as I'm going to be clothed in the righteousness of Christ.

This truth applies to the Jews as well. God does not look at them as they are in their blindness and rebellion, but He sees them as they are going to be! Redemption is coming to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. Dispensational change will shift God's focus from the raptured Christian Church to the newly heart circumcised Jews. The main stream of apostate Christianity will be left behind. Salvation will no longer be found in the evangelism coming from the false Christ of Christianity on that day. A new evangelism will be proclaimed out of the Holy Land. The Jewish Messiah will be the only one to whom sinners will be able to turn for salvation. He will be the same Christ of the raptured Christians. It will only be a remnant out of great apostasy that will be raptured, and it will only be a remnant of Jews who will respond to the Evangelism now calling all God's children to come to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. The Jews will build the Holy Jewish Temple once again. Their stony hearts will be changed. They will experience the circumcision of the heart through personal repentance. They will each come individually to the LORD Jesus Christ for their redemption. Only then will they be able to walk in the statutes God has established in the Bible for His chosen people. Only then will they keep the ordinances of sacrificial blood offering in remembrance of Calvary on the Altar of the Temple. The Bible says the Jews will do them! They will not look to the Koran, but only to the Bible for direction as to how to worship God in the next dispensation.

Friend, you are commanded to come to Christ for salvation. To rebel against this ordinance is detestable in the eyes of God. He calls it an abomination! There is only one way to find peace with the God of the Bible, and that is to seek redemption through Jesus Christ the LORD. Only in this way can the sin filled heart be changed. Mohamed never understood this truth when he wrote the Koran. His willing ignorance has condemned him to suffer under the eternal wrath of God. You do not need to follow the main stream masses who follow him. Christ and the Bible is where you must go.

Sharansky: Would Be Immoral to Remain in Gov´t

Minister Natan Sharansky explained to Israel National Radio why he resigned from the government in protest of the disengagement plan. Sharansky is not categorically against territorial compromise.

Sharansky’s resignation as Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Jerusalem was accepted by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon at Sunday’s cabinet meeting. The anti-disengagement resignation is significant in that Sharansky is not categorically against territorial compromise.

“I believe it is a tragic plan that makes us pay an extremely high price for nothing, and also encourages terror,” Sharansky told Israel National Radio. “The only aim of the current government is the implementation of the disengagement plan, and therefore it is wrong, even immoral, for me to remain a part of this government.”

Sharansky said that although he was always against what he calls the “so-called disengagement plan,” he decided to leave the government once the battle against the withdrawal was no longer able to be waged from within the government. “Our main battle now is public opinion, because the struggle in the government is finished,” he said.

Although he hopes to take the struggle to the people, the former minister hopes his move will pave the way for other politicians to follow their consciences. “I don’t know how effective my quitting will be,” Sharansky said, “but I hope it will encourage other politicians and ministers to at least vote according to what they believe and what they think.”

The former Prisoner of Zion - he spent nine years in a Soviet prison for wanting to emigrate to Israel - says his main objection to the plan to withdraw from Gaza and northern Samaria is the fact is the fact that the withdrawal is not contingent on the creation of democracy within the Palestinian Authority. “I have promoted the spread of democracy as the only answer for 30 years," he said. "And now, at the time when an American president declares these principles and promotes them, an Israeli Prime Minister comes along and does the exact opposite.”

Although he has in the past supported withdrawal from parts of the Land of Israel, Sharansky says the current plan goes too far. “We cannot control another people and we will need serious compromise," he said, "but that compromise does not include giving another people the ability to destroy us… [for] if we run from Gaza, Gaza will not run after us.”

Sharansky, whose Yisrael B’Aliyah party merged with the ruling Likud party after the last elections, has maintained good relations with Sharon. “I had many opportunities to present my point of view to the Prime Minister, both publicly and privately,” Sharansky said. “He believes the withdrawal will give us ten years free from world pressure during which to build the settlement blocs of Gush Etzion, Maaleh Adumim and Ariel. I told him we will not have ten years – we will not even have ten days free from pressure, because we are legitimizing one-sided withdrawals from Jewish areas. Each withdrawal will only invite more pressure.”

“We are speaking about three generations of Jews that were sent on an important mission by the Israeli government and made an empty desert into a blossoming garden. Now we will just destroy all these beautiful communities, with their unique agriculture and incredible Judaism - for what?” Sharansky asks.

“For nothing,” he added, “as a reward for terrorism.”
 

Sharanski has done his time in the Russian Gulag because he was Jewish, and wanted to immigrate to Israel. His withdrawal from the governmental process in Israel is a major statement as to  what the Road Map is forcing on the Jewish people. The Israeli government has become so one sided that it is no longer possible to work change within the system. Sharansky has cone out because he knows the futility of trying to work change from within. Sharon has effectively shut down all voices of protest over any issue related to the Road Map. Sharanski is saying the time has come to separate from this evil that has permeated the Holy Land. There is no value in working within the system any longer.

I remember reading from Harry Ironside in his book about holiness when he separated from the Salvation Army. The Armenian doctrine of reaching perfection caused him to have a mental breakdown. While at the Salvation Army rest camp he heard of a great Army veteran who was also there. He asked to visit, and was received with exuberance. He wanted to know how this great warrior of the faith had reached the perfection he sought so diligently under the Salvation Army doctrine. He thought if anyone could reach this glorious state it had to be her. To his amazement that was the exact question she had for him. The two then realized this had to be false doctrine that either caused proud men to live in blindness, or honest men to go into sever never ending depression. Harry knew he would never change this doctrine of the Salvation Army, and so he separated from them to become one of the leading independent fundamentalists of his day. The lady he talked to that night stayed in the Salvation Army intent on exposing, and changing this evil doctrine. Years later Harry was summoned to her death bed. She told him she regretted her decision to stay in as she accomplished nothing, and she should have left in protest with Harry.

It is always a sad ending to a story when a wrong decision is made. I only wonder how many have stayed in Roman Catholicism after becoming saved. A united protest from outside against all the false doctrines such as Mariology would arouse others to get out rather then kick against the pricking stick. What a waste had Harry stayed in the Salvation Army accomplishing nothing. What potential was lost by this honest great lady letting the system stifle what God could have done with her.

Sharanski is not going to be stifled. He has separated himself from the evil at the right time. It is only hoped that other honest government members will join him.

Friend do not waste your time trying to change from within what will never be changed. The Great Apostate Whore of main stream Christianity is on it's way to Armageddon. God has already told us it will not change. The time to come out and be separated unto Biblical righteousness is right now! The Kingdom is coming. The remnant who will be raptured should leave behind some kind of testimony. It will be more important what we were separated from rather then from what we were raptured out of. How sad if Saul would have remained a Pharisee. Endlessly arguing his conversion to deaf ears. What a loss that would have been! One of the oldest truths in the Bible about the Hebrew children is that God intended them to be separate from all the other people on the face of the earth. The Road Map will make them part of the gentile future for a global Holy Land. This is wrong doctrine! This is blasphemy!

Church Sells Land to Israel

Palestinian Orthodox Christians held nonviolent demonstrations in Jerusalem again over the weekend. Demonstrators protested in front of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre against the Greek Orthodox sale of Palestinian properties in the Old City of East Jerusalem to Israelis.

Palestinians have been calling for the resignation of the Greek Patriarch, Erineos I, since illegal land dealings surfaced. The Palestinian land was under the protection of the Orthodox Church.

Israeli police and soldiers attacked the nonviolent demonstrators, beating several with rifle butts. On both Friday and Saturday, ten Palestinians were hospitalized from injuries.

Turkey transfers to Palestinians historic land documents

Turkey transferred to the Palestinian Authority Ottoman archives documenting land ownership in the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, ahead of this week's visit to Israel and the PA by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to Palestinian sources.

The archives, which include about 140,000 pages of documentation from the period between 1500 and 1914, contain significant data about ownership relevant to the present.

The sources say the most important information involves the holy places in East Jerusalem, and will be useful to the PA in future negotiations.

Erdogan made an uneventful visit yesterday to the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where he prayed. Waqf (Muslim Religious Trust) and PA security forces deployed on the Mount, preventing access to activists of Hizb al-Tahrir, an organization whose members attacked the Egyptian foreign minister Ahmed Majer there last year.

Erdogan ended his visit yesterday with a meeting with Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, who before leaving yesterday for Mauritania, asked Turkey's help in advancing relations between Israel and other Arab and Muslim countries.

Erdogan was received in an official ceremony yesterday afternoon at the Muqata in Ramallah, and later visited the grave of Yasser Arafat.

After Erdogan's meeting with PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia, Abbas thanked Erdogan for Turkey's economic and security assistance, and called for Turkey's increased involvement in negotiations with Israel.

"There is agreement between us and Israel on the importance of Turkey's role in the peace process," Abbas said. "Turkey has access to both sides and good intentions, and this role should be expanded."

Erdogan said that following the Sharm el-Sheikh meeting, a new opportunity had been created in the Middle East peace process. He said he has urged Israel to support the PA, and "to give a chance to Abu Mazen so he can take control of the situation and prevent the attacks that Israel is complaining about."

Who owns the Holy Land? Interlopers have come and gone over the millennia. The God of the Bible claims this portion of earth for Himself as a Holy place where His house was, and will again be built. There is no other place! It is the only place where Holiness touched planet earth. God withdrew His holiness because of the sinfulness of mankind that permeated His children, but He promised He would not leave the world in darkness. A remnant among the sin filled masses would always find redemption. The potential for the whole world to be redeemed has always been there, but mankind has proven again and again that they prefer the darkness of sin. The freedom to sin is really the issue, and Biblical holiness will never allow that freedom to be expressed. The conflict between God and man is the result. The saved willingly give up their freedom to sin, and seek the LORD Jesus Christ as their Redeemer. The issue with them is repentance, and submission to holiness. Submission to the LORD Jesus Christ as the singular only way for a lost sinner to find salvation. It is the LORD Jesus Christ who made the Holy Land Holy! It was His shed blood on Calvary that provided the only singular sacrifice acceptable to the Holy God of the Bible.

This Holy Land is unique only to the Bible. There is no Mecca. There is no Rome. There is only Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. There is no other place! The book of Genesis records one of the oldest land purchases in the history of mankind. It was when Father Abraham purchased a burial site for his wife Sarah. The cave of Machpelah has been the marker of land possession for the Jewish people ever since! It is the burial place of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and their wives. A marker left behind by the Biblical Patriarchs to forever settle the issue of whom God has given the Holy Land! It predates any Christian claims, and predates any later Moslem claims. Yet, this world of sin refuses to acknowledge this land deed which almost every American has as a record in their home. Certainly our Churches are filled with this deed of ownership every Sunday. The Turks can take back their 40,000 pages of land records. They have come to the scene too late. The Greek Orthodox should be ashamed selling land they have no right to the rightful owners.

The Bible says God is in the process of making the Holy Land Holy once more. He is calling in His markers. The Jews are back for a miraculous third time. It happened during our watch. We above all others should be concerned about gentile negotiations over this single unique holy place on planet earth. We should be up in arms over the proposed Road Map that would give most of the Holy Land to the barbarians. The Bible is our book not the Koran. We should not be encouraging the freedom to sin by establishing a forever heathen kingdom in the Biblical Holy Land. The very place where the Bible says the Jewish Messiah is going to return. It is the coming again LORD Jesus Christ who will make the Holy Land Holy once more. It is the remembrance of His Blood that will be sprinkled on the Altar of the coming Holy Jewish Temple that will be built in Jerusalem, and on the Temple Mount that will make this place Holy once again.

The plan of God is older then the patriarchs. It was laid down before the foundations of the earth. The entire planet was created with this one single place in mind. The place where Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are buried. The place where the LORD Jesus Christ came to be born, crucified, and resurrected. It is a Holy place. Made holy only through the LORD Jesus Christ. I only pray this is the Christ to whom you have gone for redemption? Friend, if you are not saved it is totally your fault. Christ has already provided the means for your salvation. It is only you refusing to submit to His holiness that keeps you from being saved. Won't you come to Him today, and be saved?

AL-AQSA, JIHAD VOW TO END TERROR GROUP 'CALM'
Abbas forced to release Hamas rocket suspect

The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade, the armed wing of Mahmoud Abbas' governing Fatah movement will resume terrorist operations against Israel by the end of the week if the IDF does not promise to stop pursuing armed fugitives the Palestinian media reported on Wednesday. 

The al-Aqsa ultimatum follows a warning from the Islamic Jihad on Sunday that the current lull in attacks is close to collapse, following the arrest of one of their members by Israel. The army said the man was planning to stage a suicide bombing and filmed a videotape declaring his intentions.

According to Israel's Shin Bet security service, Israel has witnessed a 54 percent increase in both terror attacks and bombing alerts between March and April and a seven-fold hike in mortar attacks from Gaza.

After several months of relative calm, Sderot Mayor Eli Moyal underlined the deteriorating security situation on Monday, admitting that residents of the southern Israeli town are once again facing a barrage of rocket attacks from Gaza. Two rockets fell near Sderot on Monday, one narrowly missing a factory where hundreds of workers were working at the time.

Meanwhile, in Gaza City Hamas, the most powerful of the armed Palestinian factions, won a crucial test of strength on Tuesday when it secured the release of a gunman arrested by the Palestinian Authority for firing rockets at Israel. The man was detained shortly after PA Chairman Abbas declared that he was launching an "iron-fisted" crackdown on terror.

As news of the arrest spread, hundreds of armed Hamas loyalists took to the streets, setting up roadblocks and threatening to kill supporters of Abbas. Within hours the man, a member of a Hamas rocket squad, was set free. The PA attributed the release to high-level intervention from Egypt.
 

It may be hard to follow what this ultimatum by the Palestinians is all about? The renewal of terrorism which never stopped is the threat if Israel will not stop pursuing those terrorists who are suppose to be holding to the cease-fire, but are not. The Palestinians rage because Israel exposed their lies. They think this is a big enough issue to officially resume terrorism because the Jews defended themselves from Palestinian terrorists. The sad part of this story is that most of the world agrees with the Palestinians.

The world should be withdrawing from these barbarians realizing they are beyond rehabilitation. Instead the pressure of the Road Map is causing Jewish families to withdraw from their lands and homes so these same barbarians can be given their labors. Much of what these 8,000 Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers have done is in the area of agriculture. They came, and caused the desert to bloom. Now the barbarians will be given that land to destroy. They prefer to live in squalor because of their barbaric nature. They reject the culture of civilized people, and desire only to pillage and destroy. They can always find a cause to hide behind, but their nature which can't be restrained will always come into the light. The world knows this, but does not care as long as they are being placed in the midst of the Jews. No other nation would tolerate the Road Map were it imposed on them. The Jews have become overly sensitive because of the Holocaust to deal with these barbarians as should be done. The Jews remember too well Nazi occupation, and do not want to do to the Palestinians what was done to them. The Palestinians exploit this phobia as much as possible. The Jews are very good at defending themselves, but like a cat that never learned how to kill the mouse they don't know what to do with the occupation now that God has given them back the Holy Land.

Many Christians have a similar problem in that they are saved, but do not know how to occupy. The simple answer is to obey! It is not all that difficult to understand, but to do it is all together a different issue. A never ending war begins when the New Man enters. A battle over occupation! A battle against sin and evil. A battle of attrition that does not end until we teach glory. Trust is the other side of obediance. The two must always go together. Trust and obey for there is no other way. We must trust God for the final victory in an impossible war. We can't compromise with sin. We must obey righteousness. We stumble and fall, but must rise to fight on. The Jews of Israel are learning to trust and obey!

Sderot Struck by Rockets, School Van Targeted in Gaza

Arab terrorists fired Kassam rockets last night at the city of Sderot, heavily damaging a home. This morning, terrorists fired a rocket at a school van.

One of two rockets fired by Arab terrorists last night at Sderot exploded in an open area outside the western Negev town, while the other exploded near the site of an attack last year that killed two children. Gandi Davidov, who lives in the house neighboring the site of the attack, said windows and doors were shattered in his home. Several Sderot residents were treated for shock.

This morning, Palestinian Authority terrorists fired an anti-tank rocket at a school vehicle traveling to Kfar Darom. In another attack in the area, an anti-tank rocket was fired at IDF forces near the community of Netzer-Hazani. No injuries were reported in either incident.

The Kassam rockets that fell on Sderot were fired from northern Gaza, according to defense sources. The IDF Southern Command reported that PA security forces are not taking any action in the area to curtail terrorism. Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz ordered a "measured response" to the attack.

As has been the case with many recent rocket attacks in the region, the Gaza-based Popular Resistance Committees, affiliated with Abu Mazen's Fatah organization, claimed responsibility for the shelling of S'derot. On Tuesday, the PA released two Hamas terrorists who were arrested the day before while carrying Kassam missiles.

Thursday morning, a rocket fired by PA terrorists fell just outside Sderot. Terrorists have renewed rocket attacks on Sderot the past two days, after several days of restricting mortar shell and rocket attacks to Jewish communities in Gaza. In general, there has been an increase in recent weeks of over 300% in Gaza-based attacks aimed at civilian and military targets throughout Gaza and southern Green Line Israel.

According to a cabinet decision made Tuesday, 44 municipalities in proximity to the Gaza region were approved to receive frontline status by the cabinet. This will entitle residents to government benefits currently enjoyed by Sderot residents as a result of ongoing Kassam rocket attacks into the Negev area. The proposal was presented to the cabinet by Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz.
 

Jewish families are being expelled from their homes and lands to satisfy these barbarians who only get worse with each passing day. Their boldness increases as they get caught red handed with their Kassam rocket only to be freed by their Moslem brothers the next day. The world looks the other way! The Road Map has blinded all to the barbarian reality. The barbarians have again targeted one of their favorite objectives - school buses filled with Jewish children. What nation on earth would put up with this kind of barbarism? What nation on earth would allow a forever kingdom of these barbarians be put in their midst? The most ridiculous part of all this is that it is being promoted as a peace plan! This is the best the heathen gentile world can come up with to counter the Bible's promise of a coming righteous Kingdom. The choice is now plainly before this generation. Apathy unto Armageddon, or opposition to this blasphemous future for the Holy Land. It is our Evangelical President who has made this plan authored by the agnostic Russians and Europeans a viable proposition. It is our Evangelical President who said he would make the Road Map his priority for this last term. He released his new Secretary of State to implement this Road Map at whatever the cost. In his Biblical ignorance he opened the floodgates to the barbarians to take control of the Holy Land. This administration for which I voted has put a misconstrued form of democracy above the Bible. What made democracy in America the success that it has been is the God upon which it was built. The democracies being built in the Middle East are being built on another god, another book, and another prophet. This Evangelical President needs to learn the truth about his blasphemous plan. He needs some proper instruction about what the Bible says about the coming Kingdom. He has tread into an area forbidden to gentiles, and the results are looking catastrophic.

Police Seen Testing Violent Methods For Summer's Expulsion

Despite a recent announcement by police that they will not come to the homes of Gush Katif residents armed, video clips of recent police violence against protesters are causes for concern.

The police spokesman announced last month that police would come to expel the Jews of Gaza and northern Samaria with nothing but sun screen and lip balm. The announcement said that police vans would stand by with batons and tear gas for use in only extreme cases if they should arise.

In recent weeks, however, the police response to protests by hareidi-religious citizens against the removal of human remains in the construction of a new highway have been quite harsh, using new methods and equipment some analysts say is being tested out for use in this summer’s expulsion.

One video (Click here to view) shows a new electric taser being used to shock a protester repeatedly.

Tasers are defined as non-lethal weapons. They send an electric current through a person at level less than fatal but enough to incapacitate them. In some cases, though, it can cause death – especially among those suffering from heart ailments.

Another shows an elite counter-terror unit stationed in Jerusalem entering a yeshiva to apprehend protesters (Click here to view) who had blocked a Jerusalem thoroughfare to protest the grave desecration resulting for the construction of Highway 6.

Mom's with babes in arms, old men and woman many with tattoos from Nazi concentration camps will be the victims of the taser attacks. It is not going to be pleasant to watch, and could cause Sharon to back down. Such pictures I would certainly think will not be tolerated for long by the Israeli public. I am expecting this Road Map to be implemented because I know Ezekiel said there would be a phony peace in place just before the Last Jihad invasion of Ezekiel 38 & 39. It is difficult for me to understand how the Jews are going to forcibly remove the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. Should the liberal secular government treat their brothers with cruelty surpassing the tolerance they extend to the Palestinians it would be a new low in human depravity. A low that goes beyond the limits I thought the Jews could or would go. The government seems ready to go to the limits. At any cost seems the word for the implementation of the Road Map. The last stand for the settlers will be before the Israeli public when the forcible withdrawal starts. Silence and apathy will spell the end of the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settler movement. A blow to the Bible, and a boon for the Koran.

I know God will bring in the coming Kingdom, but I felt these Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers had the spirit expected of those who would be first to respond to redemption after the rapture of a remnant from the Great Apostate Whore of today's Christianity. It will be sad to watch them get crushed for the sake of the Road Map. The phony peace of which Ezekiel speaks seems to me to be tied to the Road Map. The Jews are warned to be on their guard to the coming invasion, but they refuse to listen to the warning. The only obstacle in the way of the Road Map are the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers. The only Jews obeying God today in the land of Israel are these same settlers.

Let me be clear the only redeemed Jews in Israel today are those who are part of the New Testament Church. They are the Jews who have accepted the LORD Jesus Christ as their personal savior. They will be raptured with the Church at the end of this present dispensation. A new dispensation will usher in a theology as different as took place with the change from Old Testament to New Testament. At the time it was a mystery revealed through the New Testament.

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery , lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Today, we have reached the end of the fullness of the gentiles. The Church age is ending, and the Kingdom Age is about to begin. The blindness of Israel will be miraculously removed after the rapture. A new foundation for the next dispensation will be ready to be revealed. There will be no Newer Testament for the Bible has declared it is complete. Nothing can be added. No book of Mormon. No Islamic Koran.

The only alternative is a theology that merges Old and New Testaments into one perfect system. A theology built around a Jewish Kingdom come to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. A theology that brings together the Holy Jewish Temple and the LORD Jesus Christ as the King of kings. Folks, the time has come. The Jews are back in the Holy Land. The phony peace of the Road Map is about to bring with it the Last Jihad destruction of Islam as described in Ezekiel 38 & 39 which then opens the door for the building of Ezekiel's Temple (40 - 48). We are the generation about to witness these wondrous things.

Settler extremist detained in Israel

JERUSALEM — Israeli authorities have jailed an extremist Jewish settler for five months without charges or a trial to head off violence aimed at stopping Israel's Gaza Strip pullout, and a newspaper reported Monday that senior army officers want dozens of other Jewish extremists arrested.

Israel frequently uses the practice, known as administrative detention, against Palestinians it considers as a security threat, but it rarely employs it against Jews. But with Jewish extremists planning to resist the summer pullout at all costs, security forces and politicians have discussed arresting activists to contain expected violence.

On Sunday, police arrested Neria Ofan, a 34-year-old settler in the West Bank, at an army roadblock, and said they plan to hold him until the end of September. Officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Ofan was suspected of "involvement in terror."

Ofan's wife, Naomi, told Israel Army Radio that the detention was part of a campaign to muzzle opponents.

The Haaretz newspaper on Monday reported that Israeli army officers want to place dozens of Jewish extremists under administrative detention. Ilan Cohen, aide to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, told Army Radio that no orders have been issued to carry out "wholesale administrative detentions, on the contrary," but did not explain further.

Ofan, who has often been questioned by police though never charged, advocates Jewish control of a disputed Jerusalem holy site, known to Jews as Temple Mount and to Muslims as Haram as-Sharif. Extremist Jews have threatened to storm the shrine in the summer to divert police and soldiers from Gaza to Jerusalem, and thereby stop the pullout.

Israeli police prepared for possible clashes between Jews and Muslims on Monday at the holy site, a flashpoint for Israeli-Palestinian tensions. A small group of Jewish extremists, Revava, had initially said its supporters would attempt to enter the shrine at the start of each month on the Jewish calendar.

A few demonstrators showed up at the shrine a month ago, but police kept them out. Access to Israelis has been restricted since Israel captured east Jerusalem and its holy sites in the 1967 Mideast war.

On Monday, which marks the start of the month of Iyar on the Jewish calendar, no demonstrators showed up. However, police severely restricted access to Muslims, in order to prevent possible friction.

Police clashed briefly Monday morning with 200 Palestinians who had gathered nearby to protest the restrictions. The Palestinians threw stones and bottles at police, who responded with stun grenades.

Who is an extremist? Anyone the government wants to call an extremist! This particular Temple Mount group has done no violence. They have thrown no rocks or bottles at the police, yet they are called extremists by the liberal secular government. Every conservative Jew, every religious Jew, every Jew trying to obey the Bible can be categorized as an extremist by this government. Anyone the liberal Jews see as in the way of the Road Map are now on notice that they will go to jail. No charges! No trial! This is not the democracy I have grown up with here in America. This is not the way Biblical principals would guide a nation submitted to it's authority. These are a people ripe for chastening. They have not learned how to treat their own brothers who do not agree with their decisions. The Bible not the Koran should be the highest authority.

The God of the Bible is among many other things a teacher of righteousness. His pupils are required to learn about Him. They are required to understand His attributes.  His standards are not determined by the mood of the majority, but rather by what is unchangeably right.  He requires His students to be consistent in all they do. There should not be a shred of bias in any decision that they make. The only standard is that of righteousness. The Holy Land is where His Kingdom of righteousness is going to be established. It is from there that He will rule the world of the next dispensation. He has determined that the Holy Land will be inhabited by the Jews. He made that promise to Abraham in the first book of the Bible, and is keeping that promise as the last book of the Bible is unfolding.

The Jews must learn how to administer His righteousness. It will start with a new heart. A spirit of righteousness must be implanted before a proper response can take place. The rapture of the born again Christians out of the Great Apostate Whore of today's Christianity will signal the end of the fullness of the gentiles, and the return to a Biblical Jewish foundation in the Holy Land, at Jerusalem, and on the Temple Mount. The Jews will respond when God calls them. The teaching will commence, and the learning will begin. Seven years of Great Tribulation will bring those Jews God has chosen through the refiners fire. They will be the new foundation of the next dispensation. They will have learned how to judge in righteousness. They will have gleaned from the master how to administer unyielding righteousness with the tenderness of one who can minister to the broken reed without breaking it in two. They will minister to the smoking flax without blowing out it's ember. The very attributes of the LORD Jesus Christ will be manifested by the Jews of the Holy Land when the next dispensation begins. Perfect Justice shall prevail when this Kingdom comes. It is a glorious future God has planed for the Holy Land.

Knesset Speaker: Sharon Will Divide Jerusalem

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin has leaked that once Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has completed the withdrawal from Gaza and northern Samaria, Sharon intends to divide Jerusalem, Israel’s capital.

PM Sharon vehemently denied the claim, saying it was a “baseless lie.” Sharon added, “I am the last person who would divide Jerusalem. I have said this on many occasions. I don’t plan to discuss any division of Jerusalem.”

Army Radio reported that Rivlin was planning on accusing the Prime Minister publicly during the Knesset Speaker’s Memorial Day speech of handing the eastern half of Jerusalem over to Arab sovereignty. Up until the 1967 Six-Day War, the city of Jerusalem was a divided city, with the eastern half occupied by Jordan.

Rivlin has reportedly rewritten his speech 8 times, in an attempt to balance his criticism of government policy to expel Jews from Jewish Gaza with the atmosphere of national unity on Remembrance and Independence Days.

Rivlin dedicated last year’s Memorial Day torch, which he lit, to the Jews of Judea, Samaria and Gaza. This year, Rivlin is accusing Sharon of delegitimizing those same citizens and leading the country to disaster.

"During the Lebanon war,” Rivlin, a long-time Likud member and close personal friend of Sharon, told Haaretz, “there were members of the Herut Party who objected to Arik's [Sharon's] handling of the war, and considered the war to be a mistake. But the minute that people on the left delegitimized him, we stood behind him, and said, `This is where it stops.' We will not permit the delegitimization of a hero of Israel. And now, the same Sharon, with a stroke of his pen, delegitimizes the settlers.”

Rivlin added that if he knew this withdrawal from Gaza and northern Samaria was the only planned withdrawal he would be able to reluctantly accept it. "I fear that if we give in now, it will only be the first stage in a series of concessions regarding the existence of the state.”

The Knesset Speaker says that Sharon’s current coalition partners aim to see a full withdrawal from all parts of Israel liberated in the 1967 Six-Day War. He says that after this summer’s withdrawal, Sharon will immediately embark on further withdrawals using the excuse that his coalition partners demand it. He says that Sharon will turn to the parties representing those he has just expelled from their homes and say, "Now that the disengagement is fact, let's establish a new government with Shinui, because otherwise we will be forced to surrender to pressure from the Labor Party and the left-wing to implement further withdrawals, which I oppose."

Rivlin’s spokesman told Arutz-7 that he could not confirm or deny the content of the Knesset Speaker’s intended Memorial Day address, but invited the public to attend the ceremony he will be addressing, which will take place at the Mount of Olives at 11 AM Wednesday

When Sharon was elected Prime Minister no one would have predicted he would change horses from being a conservative, and take the lead in the liberal withdrawal political position. Who now would believe him when he says he will not divide Jerusalem which is the next step of the liberal political position after withdrawal from the Gaza. It is also the demand of the gentile Road Map that final talks on the disposition of Jerusalem take place in anticipation of the coming Arab Palestinian State. The division of Jerusalem that the Arabs have already declared to the world will be their capital will also include the disposition of the Temple Mount.

Understand that Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount mean nothing to the secular liberal majority of Jews other then the political gain they might acquire from a trade. Today's politics would even allow them to give them away for nothing. Understand what we already know about what the 10 Commandments mean to the liberal judges here in America. The liberal Jewish majority in Israel have the same view toward the Bible as hardened liberals here in the States. It is only a smaller minority that still reverence the things of God in Israel.  Their power rests only in the democratic system which now puts them in jail designating them as extremists.

57 years have passed since the modern State of Israel came into existence. Many are thinking how long will God tarry before He brings this present dispensation to a close? The prophecy experts locked in at 40 years thinking that would be one generation, and the words of Jesus concerning His return would be accomplished.

Obviously they were wrong by locking in on 40 years, but just how many more years will it be? I was alive in 1948 when Israel became a State, and I haven't passed away yet. My generation is still here kicking around this old planet. We are getting old, but we are still here. I have asked the LORD if it is possible that I might live to experience the rapture. I didn't know the tribulations of old age, and diabetes I would be facing. I have had second thoughts at times. I've been reminded the LORD knows best. The onr thing I do know for certain is that it is near, even at the door! I doubt it will be another 57 years, and I would probably consider it was foolish to have asked for that many extra years. Folk's I'm ready! I'm standing at the door ready to be first to enter if that is possible.

Jerusalem remains as much a focal point for the LORD Jesus Christ today as it was when He came the first time. Faces may have changed, but the need for redemption has not. The love Christ has for His chosen people remains as intense as ever. His disappointment with them saddky remains the same also. Oh Jerusalem!

HIZB'ALLAH LAUNCH KATYUSHA ROCKET FROM LEBANON

Missile destroys building but fails to cause casualties.

A katyusha rocket, fired from Lebanon, landed in the northern Israeli town of Shlomi Wednesday night, severely damaging a building, but miraculously causing no casualties. The head of Shlomi's local council, Gabi Ne'eman told Army Radio that the rocket fell near fireworks operators who were in the industrial zone in the town for Independence Day celebrations. Shlomi is located several hundred meters from the border with Lebanon. In August 2003, a Hizb'Allah shell killed a 16-year-old boy in the town as he walked home from his summer job.

IDF: Blast in Har Dov Area May Be from Lebanon

(IsraelNN.com) Israeli defense personnel are investigating reports of a loud blast in the area of Har Dov, bordering Lebanon. There have been no reports of injuries.
Soldiers have been placed on high alert, artillery weapons have been readied and military helicopters are flying over the area.

Earlier Thursday night, terrorists fired at soldiers near Tulkarm. No one was injured. The Palestinian Authority (PA) recently assumed full control of security in Tulkarm following an Israeli military withdrawal.

The V-2 type rockets that rained down on London during WW II are now being prepared to rain down on Israel. They will come from the North out of Lebanon, and the South out of Gaza. All the Road Map means to Islam is greater opportunity to kill, and torture the Jews. When will the Road Map begin to work against the terrorists? So far only the Jews have been expected to sacrifice for the Road Map. When will the Arabs feel the wrath of the Road Map for their defiance of it's precepts? When will it cost the Arabs more in reprisals to launch their terror missiles at Israel?

The LORD has surly been good to Israel. The death toll from these missile attacks is relatively low. The Arab mind has been confused preventing them from gaining any better accuracy. The terrorists frustrate each other rather then working together to improve their aim. God often uses frustration to pit brother against brother when evil intent is at foot. The Arab world has long suffered from this deserved malady. They often hate each other as much as they hate the Jews.

The Arab endeavor to destroy the Jews is a failed plan. God has already proclaimed He will disarm the Arab invaders of Israel before they can fire their missiles.

Ezekiel 39:3-5

3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

The phony peace of the Road Map is only leading one way. and that is to the Last Jihad Islamic invasion of Israel. God has declared He will smite the bow out of their left hand, and cause their arrows to fall out of their right. All their Katyusha rockets will fail when needed the most. The God of the Bible is not on the Arab side in this battle for the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mo
