Death on The Mountains of Israel
Nine Palestinians, including a 10-year-old boy, were killed in the territories over the weekend in the two worst days of violence since the Israel Defense Forces operation in Jenin some three weeks ago. The clashes in the territories yesterday and Friday also left more than 150 Palestinians and 11 Israelis wounded.
At least 10 of the injured Palestinians were reported to be in serious condition. Two more Palestinians died over the weekend of wounds sustained earlier in the week.
Also at the weekend, and for the first time in about a month, Palestinians fired a mortar shell at an Israeli target in the West Bank. There were no reports of injuries in this incident.

hostilities. The terrorism continued intensely today as well, while amidst
it all, Israel's security cabinet decided to give Yasser Arafat yet another
48 hours to bring quiet. The weekend attacks included three mortar shells against Gaza communities, and, for the first time, mortars against a community in Judea, namely, Tekoa in eastern Gush Etzion. One child was treated for shock in Gaza following a mortar attack. Ten other Israelis were wounded in other aggressions involving grenades, automatic gunfire, firebombs and rocks. Shooting was reported throughout the morning in Hevron, with two soldiers sustaining light wounds near Beit Hadassah. Last night, Arabs shot at the Jewish towns of N’vei Dekalim, Psagot, Chomesh, and Tapuach. In addition, terrorists shot at two Israeli motorists on the highway from Ma'aleh Adumim to Jerusalem; there were no injuries. |
The frustration of the militant Islamic terrorists grows as the attack on Israel fizzles. The death of militant Islam on the mountains of Israel is having the first pictures being portrayed to this world. The terrorist can take out the World Trade Center, and the Pentagon, but are frustrated in their greatest goal which is to kill the Jews of Israel - any Jews - little kindergarten children Jews - baby girl Jews - the easiest to kill Jews of all in Israel. They claim they are upholding the honor of Allah, but it seems pitifully apparent that Allah sleeps through their efforts. He certainly was asleep this past weekend! A generation raised on hate seems to care little if Allah is awake or sleeping. They will continue to do all they can to kill the Jews of Israel. They will also continue to die on the mountains of Israel by the hand of the God of the Bible! They, their wives, their children, all, who are infected with the virus of hate for God's chosen people! All who's hearts are unchangeable to the prospect of a Jewish King bringing eternal peace to this world. The mountains of Israel will stand as an ensign to the coming wrath of the God of the Bible. The wrath of the lamb!

JERUSALEM (October 1) - A group of engineers, archeologists, and rabbis will survey the sturdiness of the Western Wall next week, after a fist-sized stone tumbled down on a Jewish worshiper on Friday morning, the rabbi of the Western Wall said yesterday.
"We are talking about a long-term problem that is also fraught with halachic problems," Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitch said yesterday, after Religious Affairs Minister Asher Ohana allocated an immediate NIS 100,000 for any needed work to buttress any unstable stones.
Rabinovitch said that a group of experts will survey the site immediately after Succot.
He noted that stones have fallen from the Wall in the past, and that the problem has been exacerbated by birds who make their nests in areas inside the wall where stones have already fallen.
A partial survey of the Wall's sturdiness undertaken before Passover, but was curtailed by the sudden death of the engineer who was conducting the tests.
Rabinovitch said that despite the Jewish laws banning any work being done to the most revered site for Jewish worship, preserving human life would overrule any such decrees.
In any case, the Chief Rabbinate would be consulted for approval when the engineers make their recommendations, he said.
Rabinovitch said that he hoped the work would not necessitate ascending the Temple Mount, which he said might mix in with what he termed a "political argument." But leading archeologists have said unequivocally that no serious work could be done to buttress the Western Wall without doing it from both the outside and inside.
"Abandoning the Temple Mount to the Islamic Wakf, and the lack of any proper archeological supervision at the site, will only lead to disaster. The question is not if but when," said Dr. Eilat Mazar of Hebrew University's archeology department, and a leading member of the Committee Against the Destruction of Antiquities on the Temple Mount.
Indeed, on another side of the ancient roughly 2,000-year old Herodian wall that surrounded the Second Temple, the situation is even more severe.
For several months now, an ominous 20 meter-wide bulge has been protruding on the southern side of the wall, likely due to past Wakf work on Solomon's Stables, located just above.
The Antiquities Authority has conducted tests on that section of the walls which sources say show it is "intermediate danger" of collapse. But cognizant of the political sensitivities of the area, the Antiquities Authority has repeatedly declined comment on the whole issue.
The Wall that must come down! It is the wall that Pharisaic Judaism has built! It is the wall that separates the Jew from the God of the Bible. The line to which I refer is in every picture of the wall. It is where the foreheads of generations of individual Jews have pressed as they tried to pray to God. How sad that they have put a wall between themselves, and their God. How sad they made a wall their most holy possession rather then their coming Messiah and King!. On the other side of that wall is the Temple Mount. God has promised that soon He will change the hearts of stone to hearts of flesh. Soon the Jews will tear down this wall as they open the way to the Temple Mount where Jesus Christ will sit on His throne as King of the Jews - as King of Kings! It will take the great tribulation, the seventieth week of Daniel, but the hearts of the Jews will change.
A dispensational change is near. The true Church of born again believers are about to step aside for the future glory of Israel. This wall will come down! I believe the Two Witnesses of Revelation chapter 11 will order it cleared away as they supervise the building of Ezekiel's Temple (Ezekiel chapters 40 -48). Like John the Baptist, these Two Witnesses will proclaim the coming of the Kingdom! They will build the Third Jewish Temple, and establish proper worship where the blood of sacrifice will again be presented to the world! They will prepare the way for the only living sacrificial lamb acceptable to God to establish His throne!

IDF snipers have apparently killed two terrorist infiltrators holding four people hostage in the settlement of Alei Sinai in the northern Gaza Strip, Channel 2 television reported.
The hostages are reported to be safe and troops are searching the surrounding area for possible additional Palestinian terrorists.

"You shall take... the beautiful fruit (Esrog), a palm frond (Lulav), myrtle twigs and willow branches of the stream -- and rejoice for seven days before the Lord your God." (Leviticus 23:40)
On Sukkot, we bind all the branches together -- two willows on the left, one palm branch in the center, and three myrtles on the right. We hold this bundle in our right hand, and then lift them together with the Esrog. We then shake them all together, three times in each direction: front, right, back, left, up and down. (Sefardim and Chassidim have a different custom for the order.) This mitzvah should be performed during the daytime, each of the seven days of Sukkot (except for Shabbat).
Before waving the four species, we say the following blessing:
"Baruch ata Adonoy, Elo-heinu Melech ha'olam, asher kid'shanu bi'mitzvo-sav, vi'tzivanu al ni-tilas lulav."
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, who sanctified us with His mitzvot, and instructed us to raise up the Lulav.
To be valid for the mitzvah, the four species must meet certain requirements. Since the details are many and technical, it is not recommended to search through the forest on your own for these species! (Particularly the Esrog, which can easily be confused with a lemon.) A better idea is to purchase a complete set from a reliable distributor -- like e-esrog.com. Your local Jewish bookstore may have a "Four Species Set" with a rabbinical seal certifying their validity.
Hate for the Jew by Islam is very apparent
today. These attacks come during Sukkot when Judaism celebrates deliverance from
Egypt, and their journey to the Promised Land. There was resistance to Israel's
entrance back then, as there is resistance to Israel's second return today! The
Palestinians struggle with a decision which will soon be pressed upon the rest
of the world at Armageddon. Do we submit to God's irresistible plan to bless
Israel through their soon coming King? Do we rejoice with Israel as God's chosen
people? Or, do we resist! Do we fight God's decision on this matter! Do we fight
against the Lamb?
The world will soon see the futility of fighting against God. If Ezekiel 38 & 39 are about to find fulfillment, then God's judgment on the militant Islamic world is about to become the Last Jihad - the end of Islam forever. It will go the way of those who resisted God's plan in the past. Sukkot will be victoriously celebrated by the Jews of Israel long after Islam has gone the way of the Hittites and all others who resisted and rejected the God of the Bible.

And the Christian world has been using this term of “Temple Mount” for almost 2,000 years now. The Temple Mount that is the heart of the Jewish people. And they have also to remember that only since we liberated east Jerusalem, there is freedom of access and freedom of worship to every nation, to every religion.
I know I don’t have to tell you that. You know that because you are walking in the Land of Israel while holding the Bible in your hand, and the one who holds the Bible does not need a guidebook.
Here in the Land of Israel, the biblical names are used today. Jerusalem is Jerusalem. Jordan River is HaYarden, and Bethlehem is Beit Lechem. Hebron is Hevron. And Shiloh and Bethel and Rachel’s Tomb - are using the same names, the same biblical names. Jericho and so on. And then Mt. Tabor is Har Tabor, and Mt. Gilboa is Har Gilboa, and Mt. Carmel is Har Carmel. The Sea of Galilee is the Sea of Galilee. And Nazareth. All the places kept their biblical names. ......

Tony Blair yesterday turned his battle against the terrorists who ravaged New York into a far wider struggle for a new world order that would uphold human dignity and social justice "from the slums of Gaza to the mountain ranges of Afghanistan".
This sounds like what is going to happen when the Anti-Christ takes control. "A New World Order" will give the Anti-Christ the forum he needs to quickly step into control. He will make the decisions. He will determine the direction this world will go under the asepses of upholding human dignity and social justice. He will claim his social justice will bring world peace. I'm sure it will mimic the social gospel kind of justice found in the YMCA and the Salvation Army, They do their best to offend no one. They dare not speak of repentance, and turning to the only savior Jesus Christ for fear of offending. Their testimony to the Biblical gospel message has long ago disappeared. It is a justice that sounds good to the worldly, but never works. It is man's concept of justice not God's. Biblical justice is singular in it's application. Either submit to God's plan of salvation through Christ, or be damned for all eternity. It is an offensive message to this world of sin and social compromise, but it is God's Biblical justice in action.
It is quite possible the outcome of September 11th will be this "New World Order" of which Tony Blair refers? A world wide humanistic social justice system controlled by the Anti-Christ that mocks Biblical justice. There is only one who can bring in true Biblical justice and eternal peace. It will come only in Israel at Jerusalem from the Temple Mount.

The moral-equivalency crowd was out in force Monday at a feminist conference in Ottawa where Sunera Thobani said United States foreign policy was "soaked in blood."
Thobani, a former president of the National Action Committee on the Status of Women, also called the U.S. "the most dangerous and powerful global force unleashing horrific levels of violence."
So that's it. The Americans got what was coming to them. Six thousand people are dead under the rubble of the World Trade Centre. Guilty of going to work in the morning, they obviously deserved their terrible fate. Hundreds of thousands more have lost their jobs, and it's all their fault.
Perhaps Thobani could explain her views to the widowed spouses, orphaned children, broken families and grieving communities, including dozens in Canada. Perhaps she could elaborate her position to the people who have been thrown out of work, including thousands of Canadians.
In a real sense we all as sinners deserve what we get, and Sunera Thobani who apparently rejects Christ and the Bible will also receive a just recompense for all she has ever done or said. A day of judgment is declared in the Bible. Only those written down in the Lamb's book of life will be exempt. They will have been washed clean in the blood, and changed forever - made perfect by the very power of God.
Did those who died on September 11th deserve such a judgment more then the others? Hear what Christ taught on the matter!

JERUSALEM (October 5) - Pressured by daily deadly terror attacks, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon last night said all attempts to reach a cease-fire have failed and he has ordered the security forces into action against Palestinian terrorism.
"We can rely only on ourselves. And from today forward, we will only rely on ourselves," Sharon said.
Speaking after the terror attack in Afula, which left three dead, Sharon called on the West not to "appease" the Arab world by abandoning Israel in the war on terror.
"Today Israel suffered another murderous Palestinian terrorist attack which took a heavy toll," Sharon said. "All of our efforts to reach a cease-fire have been torpedoed by the Palestinians. Fire did not cease, not even for one day."
Speaking at a press conference in Tel Aviv last night, Sharon said the cabinet has instructed the security forces to take "all necessary measures" to bring full security.
"We are currently in the midst of a complex and difficult political campaign. I call on the Western democracies and primarily on the leader of the free world, the United States: Do not repeat the dreadful mistake of 1938, when enlightened European democracies decided to sacrifice Czechoslovakia for a convenient temporary solution. Do not try to appease the Arabs at our expense. This is unacceptable to us. Israel will not be Czechoslovakia. Israel will fight terrorism."
"There is no good terrorism and bad terrorism," Sharon said. "It is worse than murder. We have been fighting terrorism for over 100 years. Unfortunately, there is no swift and immediate solution. But if united we confront this terrorism, we will be able to overcome it and bring peace. And we shall overcome."
"We can rely only on ourselves. And from today forward, we will only rely on ourselves," These words will come back to haunt Israel. They already sense their survival will never be them! It will be their God! These words of Sharon are correct, but will not be followed. Already the US is selling out to the UN for convenience. A staff of straw (reeds) is being formulated for Israel to lean upon. It will only break! The God of the Bible wants Israel to lean upon Him. and Him alone. A secular Israel will always be looking for something secular to lean upon. The secular Israel of Jeremiah's and Ezekiel's day leaned on their hope in Egypt. This generation of secular Judaism is being prepared to lean on the UN. It will fail Israel as miserably as Egypt did so long ago. The words of the present leader of secular Israel will prove to be more right then he ever imagined.
The Bible says a leader of secular Israel is waiting in the wings (probably this very moment). I need not say I saw him like the actors (Charismatic's) on TV that claim they can see some miraculous healing taking place. I already know what he looks like because he was described by the second Prophet of the First return. This character has never come on the Israeli scene to date. He will oppose the Two Witnesses of Revelation 11 and their 144,000 celibate faithful Jewish men. He will continually tell the secular Jews to follow him in worldly wisdom rather then by sacrificial faith as will be required of spiritual Jews. After the Two Witnesses are murdered by the Anti-Christ, this Idol Shepherd will think he can broker a secular peace with the Anti-Christ. It will prove similar to making peace with Hitler, but far worse. The faithful spiritual Jews will flee for the wilderness during the last 3 1/2 years of the tribulation. The secular Jews will find the holocaust a cake walk in what the Anti-Christ will do to them. The Idol Shepard will prove to be nothing more then the worst collaborator of all history as he sells out his own people for his own gain. The end however, will turn the hearts of many secular Jews to their Messiah. The Lord Jesus Christ will deliver! He will redeem! He will save! It's all in the Bible! There is no need for the Charismatic mystics and soothsayers.

IDF SEIZES TWO PALESTINIAN NEIGHBORHOODS IN HEBRON
Over Thursday night, the IDF seized the Abu Sneneh and A-Sheikh neighborhoods,
parts of PA-ruled Hebron. Israeli sources said they would remain there for an
indefinite period. The areas were sources of Palestinian fire into the Jewish
enclave in recent days, which wounded two women Wednesday. Palestinians report 6
killed and over 100 injured in the IDF action. Firefights continued Friday
morning.
The Palestinians are doing their best to expel the Jews from Israel. They are encouraged by the historical record of others:

- the Jews expelled from France (1306 and 1394)
- the Jews expelled from Hungary (1349 and 1360)
- the Jews expelled from Germany (1348 and 1498)

Bin Laden Says No Peace for U.S. Until Palestine Free
DUBAI (Reuters) - Osama bin Laden (news - web sites), in his first verified statement since the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States, swore in videotaped remarks broadcast Sunday that the United States would not live in peace until ``peace reigns in Palestine.''
``America has been filled with horror from north to south and east to west, and thanks be to God what America is tasting now is only a copy of what we have tasted,'' he said in a statement to Qatar's al-Jazeera television, referring to the attacks in the United States that left about 6,000 people dead or missing.
``Our Islamic nation has been tasting the same for more 80 years,'' he said, adding President Bush (news - web sites) was the ``head of the infidels.''
``God has blessed a group of vanguard Muslims to destroy America ... and may God bless them and allot them a place in heaven.''
``I swear to God to that America will not live in peace before peace reigns in Palestine,'' he said.
Jazeera said the statement was videotaped after Sept. 11 but did not give a specific date. An aide to bin Laden, Ayman Zawahri, urged Muslims to resist America and another aide said the attacks were because America supported Israel's occupation of Arab lands.
Bin Laden wants Israel destroyed. His hate for a Jewish Jerusalem is no secret. Soon his lofty words on behalf of his no-god will prove their worth. The Bible has already declared the fate of any survivors who hate a Jewish Jerusalem as does bin Laden!

Thwarting Terrorism that Works
Kibbutz man dies confronting bomber

SHLUHOT (October 8) - A Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up near the entrance to Kibbutz Shluhot in the Beit She'an Valley yesterday morning, killing kibbutz member Yair Mordechai.
Mordechai, 43, who was apparently driving into the kibbutz around 8:15 a.m., had stopped alongside the terrorist and appeared to be questioning him when the explosion occurred.
It is not known whether the young bomber, reported to be from a village in the Jenin area, had stopped the car to ask directions or whether Mordechai had stopped because the man aroused his suspicions.
Police believe that, in any event, Mordechai apparently had asked questions that made the terrorist suspect he had been exposed, and he detonated the bomb strapped to his body.
It is sad that Yair Mordechai has died, but he is the key to how terrorism is defeated. The passengers who stopped the White House bombers flight are of the same metal. It is average folks in every day situations showing concern for their fellows. They are not Rambo's, but just the opposite. They are genuinely concerned for the welfare of their neighbors. Where others pass by - they stop (the good Samaritans of this world). They are motivated by love not hate. They are not those who cause the road rage on our highways, but rather are courteous drivers concerned for their neighbors. They do not condone bad behavior. When confronted with evil, they are far from shrinking violets. They turn in the drug dealers, and drunk drivers. They are not shy to stand for righteousness. They exhibit what the Lord Jesus Christ said was the most important precept in Christianity and Judaism. It is not what makes one a Christian or a Jew, but it does represent the highest achievement to which a man can rise. IT is what we should expect in action every day from submitted "born again" Christians setting the lead for others in righteousness.

SHMINI ATZERET AND SIMCHAT TORAH

Each year God has a weeklong
celebration called "Sukkot." In ancient times in Jerusalem, the service in the
Holy Temple during the week of Sukkot featured a total of 70 bull offerings.
This, the Talmud explains, corresponds to each of the 70 nations of the world.
The Temple was not just for Jews. When King Solomon built the Temple, he
specifically asked God to heed the prayer of non-Jews who comes to the Temple
(1-Kings 8:41-43). And the prophet Isaiah refers to the Temple as a "House for
all nations" (Isaiah 56:7).
The Temple was the universal center of spirituality, a concentrated point where God-consciousness filtered down into the world. In fact, the Talmud says that if the Romans would have realized how much benefit they themselves were getting from the Temple, they never would have destroyed it!
And then, at the end of Sukkot, God added a special day. It's called Shmini Atzeret, literally the "Eighth Day of Assembly". On that day, only one bull was offered -- representing the Jewish people. It is a day of great intimacy with our Creator, as He asks His Jewish children to remain with him for extra personal time together. (Talmud - Sukkot 55b)
Shmini Atzeret is a full public holiday, as described in Leviticus 23:36. Even though it immediately follows the seven-day Sukkot festival and is often considered part of Sukkot, it is, in fact, a separate holiday. This means that the She'hechiyanu blessing is recited, and the obligation to sit in the Sukkah does not apply.
THE SOURCE OF JOY
When the Temple stood the high point of this joy was the Simchat Beit Hashueva, the celebration of "the drawing of the waters." The Mishna states that it was impossible for someone who has never experienced this celebration to truly appreciate the full power of the experience of joy.
There is an amazing passage in the Mishna that describes this ceremony in detail as it took place near the end of the second Temple era in the days of Hilel. Amid the description we find the following odd statement:
When the celebrants in the [second] Temple reached the eastern gate they turned their faces towards the west (the location of the sanctuary and the Holy of Holies) and said, "Our forefathers when they were in this place [first Temple] turned their backs to the sanctuary and their faces toward the east and bowed to the rising sun in the east; but our eyes are turned to God." (Talmud, Sukka, 51b)
Here is Israel, in the midst of celebrating their closeness to God in His Temple, reminding God of their own iniquities and the destruction of His first Temple
Here is the reason God must deal with us by grace. The very best of us throughout history always fail. It is the sacrifice of Christ. The blood that provides the mechanism by which grace can operate. Only His pure holy blood can appease the wrath of God against sin. The power in His blood can't be bought or earned, but it can be freely accepted as a gift. Soon, another Jewish Temple will again demonstrate to secular Israel and the world the honorable remembrance of that single blood sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ. Soon, He will come again to Jerusalem. This time not as the suffering savior, but rather the conquering King. Grace will always be the offer for His blood is beyond price. How sad that most of the world rejects His grace, and so the power in the blood is never applied.

(12:45) PA breaks up bin-Laden demonstration in Gaza
Despite calls by Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat forbidding public shows of Palestinian support for Osama bin-Laden, PA police in Gaza City fired tear gas, wielded clubs and shot several live rounds in the air to keep back about 150 Islamic University students chanting: "Long live Palestine, long live Afghanistan, long live Islam."
Several demonstrators shouted "Bin-Laden, bin-Laden."
Police forced journalists to leave the area, apparently fearing fearing possible western reaction to scenes of popular support for bin-Laden, similar to joyous expressions in Palestinian cities in the West Bank and Gaza in the wake of the terror attacks against the US several weeks ago.
Bin-Laden has called for driving Israel out of the Middle East before. However, his main emphasis has been on forcing US troops out of his native Saudi Arabia, home to Islam's holiest shrines.

GAZA — The Palestinian Authority is on emergency alert amid unprecedented unrest against the rule of chairman Yasser Arafat.
Officials said the PA has boosted security throughout the West Bank and Gaza amid riots in several cities. At least three people were killed and a dozen people were injured in clashes since Monday.
Israeli sources said the PA has asked the Jewish state for riot control systems. The sources said Israel has not responded to the request.
The PA has shut down several universities and deployed officers in major intersections to preserve order. Officials said the concern is that opposition elements will join to foment unrest against the Arafat regime.
The rioters have torched two Palestinian police stations and attempted to attack other facilities throughout the Gaza Strip. Opposition groups have blamed PA police chief Brig. Gen. Ghazi Jabali for the killings and have called for his dismissal.
"The leadership regrets these painful incidents," a PA statement said. "It calls on all national and Islamic forces to stand firm against elements who are trying to distort our strong national unity."
The violence began on Monday when university students held pro-Bin Laden demonstrations in Gaza City. Police used tear gas to disperse the demonstrators.
When that failed police opened fire on the demonstrators, some of them who were seen holding firearms. Three people were killed and 12 were injured.
The riots spread to other cities in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. In some cases, Palestinians attacked police stations. In all, several dozen people were injured.
Arafat was not in Gaza at the time. He was on tour of the Middle East and the Gulf.
The PA has increased security in Gaza. They also banned media coverage of demonstrations.
But the unrest continued on Tuesday. About 1,500 students marched in support of Bin Laden at Nablus's An Najah University.
Also in Nablus, a Palestinian detained on charges of collaborating with Israel was found dead. The Palestinian Human Rights Monitoring Group said this was 27th Palestinian to die in custody since 1994.
Arafat is soon to become a forgotten memory unless he should change colors again? Islam is changing quickly. The Islamic Gog of the North are taking the lead as prophesied by Ezekiel. Arafat can fight against this irresistible movement or join it. He has changed his colors in the past! The Islamic invasion of Israel seems to be forming fast. It will be the Last Jihad, and end of militant Islam forever (read Ezekiel 39). The heart of an Islam filled with hate for the Jew and Jew lovers is now emerging as the dominant element of Islam. This generation has been raised for martyrdom from their perspective - ripe for judgment from God's perspective. I'm sure there will be much ebb and flow, but the end will be invasion!

ARAFAT ON HOT SEAT FOR PUTTING DOWN PROTESTS

October 11, 2001 -- Militant Islamic groups yesterday tore into Yasser Arafat's police as well as his leadership of the Palestinian Authority after Palestinian cops used force to put down a rally supporting Osama bin Laden.Most of the anger was directed at police handling of Monday's near-riot at the Islamic University in Gaza City, where two people were killed and dozens injured.
But there was also criticism of Arafat's Palestinian Authority.
"There is strong anger against the Palestinian Authority," said Mahmoud Zahar, a leader of the militant Hamas movement.
Zahar said that, while Hamas does not want a confrontation with the Palestinian Authority, "the majority of [Palestinians] are not accepting the [Authority's] policies nowadays."
Arafat's police force used guns, clubs and tear gas to battle hundreds of protesters, mostly Hamas supporters, armed with guns and stones.
The police said masked gunmen opened fire from inside the university and were responsible for the two deaths.
But witnesses blamed the police.
The militant group Islamic Jihad demanded that Arafat investigate the shootings and charge those responsible.
"After one year of the uprising, the Palestinian Authority has returned to its rule as a police force that defends Israeli security and is directing its fire at the holy warriors in Palestine," it charged.
Sami Rifranji, whose 13-year-old nephew, Abdullah Rigranji, was killed in the violence, also blasted the police.
"We are so angry and condemn completely the Palestinian police for using live bullets," the uncle said.
It seems ironic that the Palestinian Arabs can kill 13 year old Arab children who are rioting, but when it is Israeli bullets the honor of Allah comes into play? Death at the hands of the Jews is sin, but death at the hands of Arabs is excusable, or understandable, or acceptable? Religious/Political declarations can never be the measure of justice in this world. Wasted life is the real tragedy in these early deaths. Lives thrown away for nothing but the politics of others is sin of the darkest hue. The Bible predicts a 7 year Tribulation (almost here) when life will become worthless to the politicians. The population of this earth will drop by fourths and thirds in a short period of time, then again, and again. Death will rule during the reign of the Anti-Christ. This world will choose the road of self-destruction in the Anti-Christ. Many will die supporting the Anti-Christ, many others will die as victims, death will come to many because this world will be ripe for judgment, but some will die as martyrs for the sake of Christ. These martyrs will be the only ones who will die an honorable death during the Tribulation.
In the end it is only those whom the God
of the Bible declares His martyrs that will gain honor in death. The rest will
be wasted life for the cause of sin. Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is
death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Islam Means Peace
Islam means peace through submission to Allah—so Muslims tell us non-Muslims. They frequently go further and say that this peace really denotes peace within a person and that this peace radiates outward to be instantiated as peace within a society, a nation, and eventually the world. REPORTS: BUSH AGREED TO A PALESTINIAN STATE IN THE HEART OF

(16:40) Syria supports Palestinian terrorism
Syria, the newly elected member of the UN Security Council, said today that the Palestinians have the right to use any means to resist Israeli occupation, and these actions cannot be referred to as terrorism.
Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk Shara made this declaration in an interview with the Italian newspaper, Couriera della Sera, Israel Radio reported.
Shara said that whoever kills defenseless people is a terrorist, and whoever fights against the Israeli occupier is an opponent of occupation.
Last night US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage said the US does not rule out military action against countries like Syria, if they do not fulfill the obligations of the international coalition against terrorism.
These militant Islamic's have a message for the gullible, but then tell the truth for their cohorts. It is nothing new that the true Syrian concept of terrorism does not include the death of Jews or Jew lovers. That kind of terrorist murder is defined religiously as opposing the occupation. I'm not sure how they would categorize that 13 year old Arab boy murdered the other day by the Palestinians for supporting bin Laden? Was he a martyr, or just a fool who died for nothing? Did he make Allah Great, or can't Allah be glorified by his death? Is there one Allah for the Palestinians, another for the supporters of bin Laden, and another for the Syrians? Or, is there just no Allah at all!
The God of the Bible has always maintained that a house divided can't stand. The Bible has always disowned all the manipulators through all ages who have tried to use the Bible for their own ends. Today a new Christianity is being presented for the lukewarm which no longer separates from apostasy. The Catholic, Charismatic, Protestant, Evangelical, Baptist are all blended together. Today's Christianity is also a house as divided and confused as Islam. It is ripe for judgment.

(07:55) Mastermind of disco suicide bombing shot dead

An elite IDF sniper unit this morning shot dead Abdel Rahman Hamad, 33, a senior Hamas leader in the Kalkilya
area.
Hamad was on the roof of his house when he was struck by two bullets in the chest, the governor of Kalkilya,
Mustafa Malki said.
Military sources said Hamad had been responsible for dispatching the suicide bomber who blew himself up at Tel Aviv's Dolphinarium in June 1 killing 23 young Israelis and a suicide bombing at the Neveh Yamin gas station which killed two Israeli children.
The sources said that Hamad had been planning more bombings and his name was on a list of terror masterminds that was given to the Palestinians with demands he be arrested.
The PA had detained Hamad after the Dolphinarium bombing but released him on August 5 after which he immediately organized a number of suicide bombings that were to have take place in coming days, military sources said.
"The assassination today is a clear indicator that all the Israeli claims that they want to achieve peace and uphold the cease-fire are just lies," said Palestinian Information Minister Yasser Abed Rabbo.

There is no need for much comment today. Ehud remains alive and well in Israel. Abdel Rahman Hamad received his message from the God of the Bible this day. He cared not about the children he targeted for murder. His only criteria was that they be Jewish. The guilt of all the children he murdered was only that they were Jewish!!! Invasion Israel from the South

Lagos BureauLAGOS, Nigeria (CNN) -- Authorities in the northern Nigerian city of Kano confirmed at least 18 dead Sunday, after two days of clashes between police and anti-U.S. protesters. Others said hundreds may have died.
By Sunday night, city streets were quiet, but gunfire could be heard in the suburbs. Despite official accounts of the number of dead, witnesses told CNN they had seen hundreds of bodies in the streets and elsewhere.
The protests began peacefully Friday as a reaction against the U.S.-led airstrikes in Afghanistan, but turned violent Saturday.
Some of the fighting was attributed to traditional rivalries between Christians and Muslims. After the violence began, many non-Muslims fled to police stations and military barracks for safety.
Additional government troops entered Kano Sunday to help police keep the peace, after many residents ignored an overnight curfew.
Although Saturday's violence was linked to the bombardment of Afghanistan, it followed a familiar pattern of deadly religious clashes that have rocked Nigeria over the past two years, killing thousands.
The introduction of Islamic law in some northern states triggered Muslim-Christian fighting in cities in the region.
Nigeria's population of about 120 million is split almost evenly between Muslims and Christians.
Ezekiel 38 & 39 prophesies of a 3 prong invasion of Israel in the "latter days." (It is just so obvious this is an Islamic Invasion - the Last Jihad led by an Islamic Gog!) The Southern group is clearly defined as North Africa. Libya (Put) and Ethiopia (Cush) are mentioned specifically as the representatives of the Southern invaders. Nigeria well represents the split in Africa between those who will participate in this invasion should it happen in the present political situation, and those who will not be part of the invasion. Already it is clear the blood thirsty zeal these Southern invaders will bring to the mountains of Israel. It will be their end as they come face to face with the God of the Bible. These invaders are ripe for judgment. This generation of Islam in North Africa exhibits all that would be expected of those about to be judged by the God of the Bible!

Colonies in space may
be only hope, says Hawking

THE human race is likely to be wiped out by a doomsday virus before the Millennium is out, unless we set up colonies in space, Prof Stephen Hawking warns today.
In an interview with The Telegraph, Prof Hawking, the world's best known cosmologist, says that biology, rather than physics, presents the biggest challenge to human survival.
"Although September 11 was horrible, it didn't threaten the survival of the human race, like nuclear weapons do," said the Cambridge University scientist.
"In the long term, I am more worried about biology. Nuclear weapons need large facilities, but genetic engineering can be done in a small lab. You can't regulate every lab in the world. The danger is that either by accident or design, we create a virus that destroys us.
"I don't think the human race will survive the next thousand years, unless we spread into space. There are too many accidents that can befall life on a single planet. But I'm an optimist. We will reach out to the stars."
How often the scientists, news media, and Hollywood elites have mocked religious dooms day predictions. This of course is different. This is science? Well. it really is not science. It is just one man's speculation based on what he understands as he looks at life.
I also speculate, but my speculation is based on what God has revealed in the Bible. I speculate on a dispensational change in God's dealing with men as has happened in the past. I take a contemporary view of the Old Testament. I look at today's news, and speculate how these events relate to a return to Old Testament prophecies. The Second Return of the Jews to the Holy Land has made this a most exciting study. Jesus Christ was ready to bring the Old Testament to fulfillment with the declaration "the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." Sadly, He was rejected by that generation of Jews. I speculate what would happen if that same offer were given to this present generation of Jews? They are not ready right now, but I speculate on what the Bible says is needed for this generation to be prepared to respond to a repeat of the same offer. It will take a seven year period of tribulation during which the hearts of the Jews will be purged by fire and changed! This time they will not reject the Christ. This heart changing Tribulation seems very close!
What will be dooms day for all who refuse Christ, will be the day of redemption for the Jews. The Old Testament will find perfect fulfillment in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ as King of Kings.

Teddy Bear war gets no comment from Islam
Meanwhile, according to MA'ARIV, members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine planned to hide explosive devices inside teddy bears and scatter them in malls and synagogues in an attempt to lure and harm Israeli children. According to charges brought against PFLP member Shahid Abu Amar, who was captured by Israel while trying to unsuccessfully detonate an explosive motorcycle in Haifa, the PFLP planned this attack along with a series of suicide bombings and car explosives.
The silence of moderate Islam is deafening. The reason why is the hate for Jews is as real in moderate Islam as it is in militant Islam. The truth is the hate goes far beyond Islam. Judgment may begin with Islam, but it will not end until Armageddon. The Gentile Nations will reveal their hate for the Jew, and the coming King of the Jews at the culmination of events leading to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to Jerusalem. It is the kind of hate that brings silence about the Teddy Bear warfare being contemplated today. It should be socially unacceptable to any new world order, but when it's Jews the world order seems to also be strangely silent. It's the silence of the holocaust so well documented by the last generation.
The PFLP should lose all privilege to the human race. They and any supporter should have an automatic death sentence as any other mad dog would find as a societal decree. Teddy Bear war should raise a mighty voice, but I doubt it will ever be more then a whimper.

Changes are taking place quickly in the Islamic world. In Israel, Arafat's days seem to be ending. He has survived similar situations in the past, but my gut feeling is this is finally going to be his end. I don't think an official Palestinian State will ever be accepted by the Israelis. I suspect Palestinian/Israeli relations will remain hostel no matter what or who the Palestinians get behind. The hate for Jews will always be the major factor in determining the direction the Palestinians go. They will resist God's plan for the future glory of Israel to their death. Submission or death is how the God of the Bible settles all rebellion in the end. It is going to be a Jewish King who will bring righteous peace to Jerusalem and the world. Resistance to His rule is futile. All will be required to submit to His righteousness, or die! His Kingdom will not be mocked or ignored. Most of all, it will not be resisted! It will be established in Jerusalem, and it's law will have world wide enforcement!

Hate for Jews Blinds Minds to Justice

JERUSALEM (October 19) - Danish Foreign Minister Mogens Lykketoft infuriated Israeli diplomatic officials following tourism minister Rehavam Ze'evi's assassination, when he said on a Danish television program Wednesday night that there is no difference between the assassination and Israel's targeted killing of terrorists.
"Political murder in that area is not anything new," Lykketoft said.
According to Lykketoft, "all these types of murder, including what is called Israel's extrajudicial killing of Palestinian leaders," constitute a real danger and harm any chances of reaching a diplomatic solution.
Lykketoft also said that he does not hold Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat responsible in any way for the assassination, adding that it is a mistake "to give the last terrorist veto rights over diplomatic negotiations."
One senior government official in Jerusalem labeled Lykketoft an anti-Semite, and said that he is "the most anti-Israel foreign minister in Europe."
This was not the first time that Lykketoft has enraged Israel with anti-Israel comments, yet it is the first time that officials have "taken off the gloves" in this manner in reaction to his comments.
This is a small item in the news, but reflective of a major attitude that resurfaces again and again. High government officials that lose their common sense! Diplomats who become blind to justice because their personal internal hate dominates their thinking. This is why Teddy Bear warfare is unchallenged by the world diplomats. They can equate exploding Teddy Bears with a fight for freedom as long as Jewish babies are the ones being murdered. They smoke screen their sense of justice by saying nothing about the Teddy Bears, but rather focus on the assassination of a 70 year old former general. They smoke it all to appear like Israel's assassination of the Teddy Bear murderers of children is the same thing? The diplomats of this world have a strange sense of justice. They do not disassociate themselves from these blinded diplomats much the same as Christians do not disassociate themselves from the apostate error of the Catholics and Charismatics today. In time, the blinded political justice becomes the accepted justice. The blinded error becomes acceptable Christian doctrine (or in this case non-doctrine).
There is a blindness that defies common sense.

Last month the Pope called for Christians and Muslims to unite and said: “…I invite both Christians and Muslims to raise an intense prayer to the One, Almighty God whose children we all are….” He said the Catholic Church has nothing but respect for “authentic Islam.” The Pope does not believe Christianity is the only saving faith and that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven (10/1 Christian News). He even said last December that unbelievers will be saved if they live a just life (1/1/01 CC).
