Israel alarmed by EU plans for Mideast peace


Jerusalem is deeply concerned over a new European Union document that outlines possible plans for advancing an Israeli-Palestinian deal in 2009. Israeli officials are working feverously to get various elements of the proposal changed before EU foreign ministers discuss the official paper in a meeting slated for next week. The paper was written by the French Foreign Ministry, as currently holds the EU's rotating presidency. The document proposes that the EU should encourage newly-elected American president Barack Obama to be actively engaged in Israeli-Palestinian talks. The document also states that Israel should be pressured to freeze settlement construction, remove roadblocks, and transfer large swathes of West Bank territory to Palestinian security control. The paper further calls on Israel to re-open PA institutions in east Jerusalem like Orient House, the PA's de facto foreign ministry which was closed after the 2001 deadly bombing of Jerusalem's Sbarro restaurant. The EU paper says such steps are needed to resolve the status of Jerusalem as the "future capital of two states."

 

 

 

 

Folks, the Bible says the LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. Understand as clearly as possible that the politicians of this generation are doing all in their power to stop Christ from returning! They are certain Obama is the man for the task. Bush introduced the blasphemous Road Map, but Obama will be the man to implement it. This generation of politicians are never going to relinquish the power they have gained to the LORD Jesus Christ. They are fixed on the concept that the culture that hates Christ the most, a culture sworn to death before submission, will be there waiting for Him at the very place the Bible says He will come. The Jews must be moved out of the way so the Islamic fanatics can give the Jewish Messiah a suicide present should He dare to appear. A baby wrapped in explosives for Him to kiss would be their welcome. The politicians could then claim no blood on their hands.

It is not going to work, but understand the hate this generation has toward Christ is now being manifested against the Jews. Not one of these proposals are aimed to benefit the Jews. They are all aimed to strengthen the Islamic barbarians. No new settlements is aimed at stopping the Jews from possessing their Promised Land. The removal of road blocks is aimed at giving the Palestinian terrorists freedom to move their rockets into more strategic areas in order to kill Jewish civilians. Giving the Palestinian Security Forces control over more and more Palestinian towns, and surrounding lands is aimed at giving all of Judah and Samaria back to the Islamic barbarians. The world politicians hate the fact God gave all of Judah and Samaria to the Jews in 1967, and have been fixed on turning back the prophetic clock that was set in motion. The Orient House is the politically correct place for all the politicians to send their international representatives. It is Palestinian land, and in the city of Jerusalem. Arafat would invite international representatives there to be wined and dined. The world politicians loved to rub it in the face of the Jews. None moved their embassies to Jerusalem when the Jews claimed it as their capital, but rather they would go to the Orient House where their acceptance of a Palestinian Jerusalem was boldly proclaimed.

This generation hates the Jewish Messiah's return. It is the politicians we put in office at this last election who will put Christ on the cross once again if they can. we are responsible! Sin is at the root. The hate of the natural man against true holiness, and righteousness is what the Holy Land is all about. Armageddon is the only road map the politicians can produce. Friend, you must step away from this generation, and come to Christ. This generation with all it's politicians, with all it's phony religious leaders is on the road to judgment. It is the Jews whom God choose, and it is the Jewish heart that God is now focused. The Church dispensation has come to an end. The times of the gentiles is clearly ending. Eternity is where you must contemplate. Only the perfectly Holy God will be glorified. This world of sin will be left behind. The Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Jewish Messiah,  is the only bridge to the future. Only He has the power to change the sinner into a saint. Only He by being the perfect atoning sacrifice for sin can forgive the repentant sinner. Won't you come to Him this day? Won't you come to Him to be saved? He would rather bestow His mercy and grace then Judge, but He will not force His salvation upon you. It is you who must come to Him. Friend, come to this Christ of the Bible, and live.

Report: Iran Tripled Its Long-Range Missile Arsenal

(IsraelNN.com) Iran has tripled the number of long-range missiles in its possession since the start of 2008, according to Israel's Channel 10 TV station.

According to the Monday night report, Iran possessed about 30 Shihab-3 missiles at the beginning of the year. Currently, the country claims to have more than 100 of the missiles, which are capable of hitting Israel with conventional or atomic warheads.

The Shihab-3 is a single-stage, liquid-fuel ballistic missile with a range of between 800 miles (1,280 km) and more than 1,200 miles (1,930 km). The longer-range missiles are sometimes called Shihab-4.

In November, Iran introduced a new long-range solid-fuel missile, called the Sajjil, which it called a high-speed, high-capacity missile with improved accuracy. Iranian officials said that the range of the Sajjil was up to 1,200 miles (1,930 km), placing southeastern Europe and all of Israel well within range. The Fateh, another solid-fuel missile in Iran's arsenal, has a range of just 100 miles (170km). Solid-fuel missiles are reported to be more accurate than the liquid-fuel variants.

The long-range Iranian missiles, capable of carrying non-conventional warheads, pose a first- and second-strike threat against Israel. Iran is pushing ahead with a nuclear weapons program that Israel considers a strategic threat, as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has promised that Israel will soon be wiped off the map.



 

 

 

 

The world is rushing toward Armageddon. This generation is rushing toward self-destruction. The God of the Bible can tarry no longer. His longsuffering toward this generation must be replaced with judgment, or mankind will be wiped off the face of the earth. The antichrist, that financial wizard of 666 fame, is ready to solve the present financial crisis, but the price will be him leading this generation into total destruction were God not to bring judgment in the form of the LORD of hosts.

Iran has declared to the world that they will stop the God of the Bible from fulfilling prophecy that is contrary to the Koran. In the Koran it is Islam not the Jews who are the final victors in the end days. Islam will be the first to be judged (Ezek. 38 & 39) according to the Bible. Islam will be the first to experience destruction as the antichrist rises to power. The great prophet Daniel said it would be 69 weeks of years when the Messiah would be cut off. That day was the day Christ road into Jerusalem on the colt of a donkey. He was honored as the King of the Jews. He was acknowledged as the Messiah. He was then indicted, and crucified as the King of the Jews by a sinful generation.

Daniel's Jewish prophetic clock of 70 weeks stopped at the end of the 69th week. Dispensational change took place with the establishment of the Christian Church Age. The 70th week is yet to begin. Dispensational change must again happen for the clock to spring back into it's countdown to Armageddon which ends the "times of the gentiles," and ushers in the Jewish Kingdom Age. The rapture must first take place before Daniel's 70th week can begin. The 70th week of Daniel is also known as the Great Tribulation in the Bible. The antichrist will confirm a covenant with many is the prophecy indicating the 70th week has started. Folks, I believe Ezekiel 39 describes the end of Islam after a failed invasion of Israel. I believe the antichrist will be instrumental in behind the scenes prodding of Islam to invade. The covenant with many mazy that the antichrist breaks half way through the Great Tribulation may well be the peace treaty he signs with the Jews after the judgment God renders on Islam in Ezekiel 39. The antichrist will get the Arab oil, and the Jews will get Jerusalem. With Jerusalem comes the Temple Mount, and the right to build their third Holy Jewish Temple.

This chain of events so prophesied in the Bible are about to become reality. The end of the Church Age. The end of Islam. The end of the "times of the gentiles" with Armageddon. The beginning of Daniel's 70th week the Great Tribulation. The return of the LORD Jesus Christ as King of Kings, and LORD of Lords. The establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. Friend, are you ready? Have you been born again? Have you been washed in the sin cleansing blood of the Lamb of God? Are you saved? The only one who has the power to save the lost sinner is Christ. Dear friend, you must come to Him. Religion is impotent to save. It is the Christ of the Bible, and only Him to where you must humbly come with all your heart, soul, and might. He alone has the power to wash away sin. He wants to cleanse your heart, but you must come. He will force no one to be saved against their will. This is a decision only you can make. Come to this Christ of the Bible dear friend, and live.

Netanyahu tells EU he will pursue Palestnian peace talks


 But draws red lines for any future deal
 

With polls still showing him as Israel’s likely prime minister come February elections, Likud chairman Benjamin Netanyahu has been privately reassuring European officials in recent days that he will continue peace talks with the Palestinians, but with new red lines.

Among his parameters, Netanyahu is insisting Israel must control the airspace of a future Palestinian state, which must also be demilitarized. Jerusalem must remain united under Israeli control, he added, and an Israeli presence should be maintained in the Jordan Valley. Netanyahu also would change the sequence of negotiations with the Palestinians, and first discuss the security arrangements that Israel would demand, then discuss borders, and only at the very last stage deal with the issue of Jerusalem and Palestinian refugees.

Many of these positions were outlined in former premier Ariel Sharon’s list of 14 reservations to the Quartet road map presented to the US in 2003, although the Kadima party later created by Sharon seems to have abandoned key parts of this platform.

Regarding the Syrian track, Netanyahu reportedly told the foreign officials that the Olmert government’s overtures to Damascus were premature given the Assad regime’s continued rogue behavior.
 



 

 

 

I know many conservative Christians are elated over the possibility that the conservative candidate Netanyahu may become the next Israeli Prime Minister, but I know it will not be the politicians of any flavor who will bring peace to Israel. That will take a miracle which is beyond the abilities of mankind. The Bible excludes all manner of political persuasion as being part of Israel's future. God knows the only way to peace in Israel, and the whole world, lies in Judgment first, and then restoration to Biblical principals. The Bible is clear that both functions, judgment and restoration, will lie in one single man. A perfect man who will stand apart from all religions, and all political movements. A man who will function as the LORD of hosts on the sole behalf of the Jews of Israel. He alone will be their Prophet, Priest, and King! It will be in Him alone where all authority will be manifested. He will be the future government. He will be the future religion. He will be the perfect LORD Jesus Christ returning as the King of the Jews, and LORD of Lords and KING of  Kings of the entire planet. Folks, He is going to rule in perfect righteousness. Mankind has never had such a ruler. Mankind has never experienced perfect government welded to perfect religion as will happen during the next Kingdom Age dispensation under the singular exclusive rule of Christ.

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Netanyahu will be very different from the bumbling liberal Olmert, but he is only another politician. His conservative roots will demand more from the Palestinians then the give away offers of Olmert. We can expect the free ride to end, and substantive peace demands put on the Palestinians. The bad part of all this is that the Road Map will most likely continue under Netanyahu. The blasphemous two state Holy Land process will continue in earnest even if the Palestinians are held to a stricter standard of compliance. I wish Netanyahu would abandon the Road Map entirely, but that is not going to happen. All that will happen is the free give away attitude of the liberals will be replaced with a conservative attitude of getting something in return. The anti-Biblical Road Map two state solution will remain.

Friend, this generation is never going to submit to God, or the Bible. Judgment is the only solution from God's perspective. A terrible 7 year period known Biblically as the Great Tribulation is predicted to overwhelm the planet. Only a small remnant is predicted to enter the coming Kingdom Age. Friend, will you be counted among that remnant of this generation? You must come to Christ with all your heart, soul, and might if you desire to find the truth about salvation. One of the attributes of the God of the Bible is that He can not lie! Salvation is offered to the sinner if he will only come to Christ. The penalty for sin has been paid in blood at Calvary. Dear friend, won't you come to this Christ of the Bible, and live?

Remains of Second Temple Era Jewish Town Revealed

(IsraelNN.com) Archaeological evidence of a Jewish town located on the edge of the Samaria desert during the Second Temple Period (516 BCE to 70 CE) will be made public later this month. The recently-discovered artifacts include the remains of a mikveh (ritual bath), stone tools and hidden chambers.

The town was located in the Akraba district, a frontier region northeast oferusalem. The poorly-developed district served as a natural division between the Samarians, who distanced themselves from Jerusalem as the political and spiritual center of Judea, and the Jews. The geographical and ethnic make-up of the region also gave rise to militant rebel sects, such as the Sicarii faction led by Shimon Bar-Giora during the First Jewish-Roman War (1st century CE).

Eitan Klein, a researcher from Bar-Ilan University, explained that "until recently, historical sources, dated from the Second Temple Period until the Bar Kochva Rebellion, testified to Jewish settlement existing in the Akraba district. As opposed to the wealth of relevant historical sources, there were few archaeological findings that supported the presence of such a settlement." The current findings, Klein said, support historical references to the Jewish presence in the Akraba region in ancient documentation.

Klein is to present the latest archaeological findings at the fourth annual Frontier and the Desert Conference sponsored by the Susia Center for Exploration and Study, located in Susia in the South Hevron Hills. The conference is scheduled for December 29, the eighth day of the Chanukah holiday, and will feature lectures on a variety of topics related to history and agriculture, both ancient and modern.

Like Klein, Doron Sher Avi of Susia will be looking into the distant past and discussing recent revelations about the daily lives of Jews and Nabateans, based on ancient documents discovered in hillside caves in the Judean desert. These documents, from the end of the first century BCE through the start of the second century CE, include fascinating insights, including a wealth of Jewish and Nabatean names and descriptive appellations.

More recent history will feature in a lecture by Dr. Tzvika Peleg on the attempt to grow Agave plants in the Negev region during the 1950s. The plants were imported from South America with the intention of producing the raw material for rope on an industrial scale. Dr. Peleg will discuss the factors contributing to the project's ultimate failure.

The Susia Center for Exploration and Study was established in 1985 to provide an experience-oriented educational encounter with the Land of Israel. The Center hosts groups from all sectors of Israeli society, including public schools, yeshivas and ulpanas, university students, soldiers, teachers, retirees and families on vacation.

 

 

Expect Islam to go into a rage when this latest discovery of a Jewish presents in the Holy Land is presented to the public. The Koran as interpreted by the Mullah's of today denies any Jewish presents in Islamic occupied Judah and Samaria (the West Bank). These finds are blasphemy to Islam. Understand that truth does not matter! Allah can rewrite history whenever it suits him, and the revisions become Islamic truth. Islam destroys any archaeological finds that contradict the Koran. I'm reminded of the mosaic of David that was found in the Gaza before the Jewish withdrawal. The dig was closed by the Palestinian Authority under Arafat, and when a Jewish archeologist was able to sneak in as an Arab he found the face of David was gouged out of the Byzantine mosaic. The Koran, of course, teaches that the Jewish King David is a myth as is taught by most liberal Christians, but even the existence of a picture of a Jewish myth was more then what Islam could stand. I can say with much assurance that should the Road Map be enacted, and Judah and Samaria are turned over to Islam; this archeological site will be destroyed! The world will care less. This generation cares nothing about Jewish history, and even less of the promise that a Jewish King in the likeness and linage of King David is coming again to rule the entire planet. However, Islam believes in earnest that an Islamic Messiah is ready to take this generation into World War Three which the Koran says will end in a great Islamic victory.

Friend, I pray you are willing to seek the truth. This generation is filled with all kinds of lies intended to destroy the credibility of the Bible. It is the Bible that reveals to a fallen world the LORD Jesus Christ. Friend, I can only pray you will come to this Christ of the Bible who sacrificed Himself for sin. He was the perfect atonement for sin as His resurrection proved. He has the power to forgive sin, and grant eternal life in heaven for any who will come. But, dear friend, you must come! He will not force His wondrous grace on any who resist. It is your decision dear friend. Won't you come to this Christ of the Bible, and live? Won't you receive this Christ as your Savior?

'Ceasefire' Over, Gaza Terrorists Add Sniper Fire to Arsenal

(IsraelNN.com) Gaza terrorists began the first official day after the end of the so-called "temporary ceasefire" early Friday morning with the usual barrage of Kassam rockets aimed at the western Negev.

The attacks began at the usual hour, approximately 7:30 a.m., when Jewish children are walking to school and their parents and other adults are on their way to work, thus maximizing the chances of the missiles hitting civilian targets.

 

Two Kassam rockets exploded in the Eshkol region, fired by the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

 

A second attack soon followed, with the terrorist group also responsible for a Kassam rocket striking the Sha'ar HaNegev district.

 

No one was injured and no damage was reported in any of the incidents.

 

By 8:30 a.m., however, the attacks had escalated to include sniper fire, thus indicating the official end to the tahadiyeh, or temporary truce.

 

Gaza terrorists fired at farmers working near Kibbutz Nir Oz, east of the Hamas-controlled region. The targeted Jews were rescued by an IDF armored corps unit. Although a vehicle was damaged, no one was injured in the attack.

 

Eshkol Regional Council Chairman Chaim Yellin commented that sniper fire made it clear that Hamas had no intention of continuing the ceasefire, according to Voice of Israel government radio.

 

"The firing at farmers in the field is the final piece of evidence on the end of the 'calm'," Yellin said. "We have gone back to the situation of half a year ago."

 

 

 

The temporary ceasefire was never truly enacted anyway. The Islamic barbarians from Gaza had been firing rockets almost every day the ceasefire was supposedly in action. The world politicians conceder this a cease fire with the lying Islamic Arabs, and are satisfied that a reduction with the Arabs is always a victory from their perspective. After all, these are only Jews who are on the explosive end of the rockets. Were the Europeans being targeted as the Jews the politicians would be in an uproar. The political correctness of peace in the Holy Land is never ending terrorism on the part of the Arabs against the Jews as long as it can be defined as reduced.

The targeting of Jewish children on their way to school is another example of the barbarism coming out of the Koran. This is good theology according to Islam. Put the fear of Allah in the hearts of the infidels. I for one am not surprised at the severity of Ezekiel 39 that predicts the end of Islam during these last days. Ezekiel 38 predicts an Islamic invasion of Israel, and Ezekiel 39 predicts the utter destruction of the invaders. This religion based on barbarianism will have a rightful end. They turned their minds over to beastly behavior, and by the beasts will they become fodder on the mountains and fields of Israel. The end of Islam will open the door for the return of Christ as Messiah and King of the Jews. Ezekiel's Temple (Ezekiel 40 - 48) will be built as the last Holy Jewish Temple where Christ will sit on His throne to rule the planet.

Folks, Islam must be removed before Christ can return to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. It is Islam that will destroy itself when it stands in defiance against the Great God of the Bible. The God who sent His only begotten Son to be the only perfect atonement for sin at Calvary. Friend, if you hsave never come in submission to this Christ of the Bible you also will be counted among the rebellious sinners who are rejecting the only Biblical plan for salvation. Friend, come to this Christ of the Bible while He offers His grace and mercy. The day soon approaches when He will deal with the barbarians of this planet in His wrath.

Ancient coins found among Temple Mount rubble

 

Two ancient coins, one a half-shekel used to pay the Temple tax and another connected to a central figure in the story of Hanukkah, have been recovered from debris carted away from the Temple Mount and being sifted through at a site on the nearby Mount of Olives. The first coin, a silver half-shekel, was apparently minted on the Temple Mount itself by Temple authorities in the first year of the Great Revolt against the Romans in 66-67 CE. In the Bible, Jews are commanded to contribute half a shekel each for maintaining the Temple in Jerusalem. The second coin bears a portrait of the Greek ruler Antiochus Epiphanes IV (175-163 BCE), who suppressed the practice of Judaism until the Maccabean revolt restored Jewish sovereignty and cleansed the Temple. The latter find comes just in time for Hanukkah, which starts next week.

Dream Come True: Buried Treasure Found Outside Temple Mount

(IsraelNN.com) A 1,300-year-old treasure of 250 gold coins has been unearthed at the archaeological dig just below Dung Gate outside the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The excavation, which has already provided a series of fascinating finds, has been underway for two years at the Givati car park just outside and below the southern part of the Old City.

The stash was discovered Sunday by Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) archaeologists, in a joint project with the Nature and Parks Authority that is sponsored by "Elad," the City of David Association.  The coins were found amidst the ruins of an impressively large building in the process of being uncovered. The building is dated from the end of the Byzantine period, around the seventh century C.E.   

Dr. Doron Ben-Ami and Yana Tzachnovitz, who are leading the excavation, explained, “As no pottery was found near the treasure, it can be assumed that it was hidden in a concealed niche in a wall of the building.  It appears that as the building collapsed, the coins piled up among the ruins.”

The only other treasure of gold coins found from the same period in Jerusalem includes only five coins – compared to the 264 found now. The image of Caesar Heraclius, who ruled the East Roman Empire from 610 to 641, is engraved on the coins.

The archaeologists, whose excitement at finding the coins can barely be overstated, are still hoping to find answers to these questions: What was the nature of this building? Under what circumstances was it destroyed? Why were the coins buried there? How is it that they were forgotten, abandoned, or rendered inaccessible?

Searching for the answers to these and other riddles, the combing of the site continues.

 

 

 

 

These recently discovered coins found around the Temple Mount tell a story that confirms Biblical truth. The most significant thing about the Jewish Temple is that this was the only place on earth where atonement for sin through sacrificial blood could be made! Only at this single place did the God of the Bible put His approval, and promised acceptance for atonement of sin. We know good Able lost his life over the issue of blood sacrifice as the only acceptable way to atone for sin.

Genesis 4:2-5

2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord .

4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

Once the Temple was built there was then only one place where blood sacrifice for the atonement of sin was acceptable to this Great God of the Bible. Only the Jews could offer acceptable sacrifice. Only a Jew could advance beyond the outer court of the gentiles. Only a Jew could have the priest pour his sacrificial lamb's blood on the Altar for atonement of sin. Only the Jews paid the Temple Tax to keep this sacrificial system in operation.

Antiochus Epiphanies was a gentile dictator who forced the Jews to stop blood sacrifice for atonement of sin. He desecrated the altar by sacrificing an unclean pig in God's Holy Temple. He did no worse then what the world did to Christ, but his hate for the truth about the need for atonement of sin was as great as any coming from any generation.

The Holy Jewish Temple has been destroyed for almost 2000 years now. The Byzantine coin hoard testifies to that. The gentiles have desecrated this Holy Place all that time. However, the God of the Bible has not been defeated. The victory of Christ 3 dasys after Calvary attest to the fact that His sacrificial atonement for sin was acceptable. John the Baptist said it best when he recognized Christ as the unique, and only sacrificial Lamb of God capable of taking away not just the sins of the Jews. But, His sacrifice had the power to take away the sin of the world!

Friend, it is to this Christ of the Bible to whom you must come for the atonement of sin. There is no forgiveness except through the blood of Christ. Friend you must come to Christ. You must be born again if you want Biblical salvation. Won't you come, and let Christ wash away your sin through His presious blood shed at Calvary for the remission of sin. Come to Christ, and live.

IAF Destroys 40 Tunnels in 270 Seconds

(IsraelNN.com) The IAF destroyed 40 tunnels that connected the Egyptian and Gazan sides of Rafiah (Rafah) in a bombing sortie that lasted 270 seconds Sunday afternoon. Plumes of black smoke mushroomed into the air one after the other as the IAF cast bombs at the tunnels which line the Philadelphi Corridor between Egypt and Gaza.

The Corridor is supposed to be guarded by Egyptian forces but these have proven unable or unwilling to prevent large-scale smuggling of weapons and other supplies into Gaza.

A high-ranking military source said Monday evening that all of the tunnels in the area which have d been used by Hamas to smuggle weapons have been destroyed. However, according to Channel 1, the total number of tunnels across the Philadelphi Corridor is estimated at 600. Observers said the IAF may have used U.S.-supplied "bunker-buster" bombs to destroy some of the tunnels.

As part of the psychological warfare against Gaza, hundreds of residents of Gaza received recorded telephone calls in which they were warned: "You are in danger. In order to save your life and that of your family you must leave this place. This is a message from the Israel Defense Force."

The source said that the IAF has carried out 213 sorties over Gaza since Operation Cast Lead began, 56 of them by combat helicopters. Most of the sorties were carried out Sunday.

He said that some of the tunnels were buried deep in the ground and their demolition was made possible thanks to accurate information supplied by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency).

The source said that the fighting would go on for a long time and warned that Israel would see "difficult days" in the course of the operation.

 

Iran orders all Muslims to defend Palestinians against Israeli raids in Gaza

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a religious decree to Muslims around the world on Sunday, ordering them to defend Palestinians against Israel's attacks on Gaza, state television said.

"All Palestinian combatants and all the Islamic world's pious people are obliged to defend the defenceless women, children and people in Gaza in any way possible. Whoever is killed in this legitimate defense is considered a martyr," state television quoted Khamenei as saying in a statement.

Israel launched an unprecedented assault on the Gaza Strip on Saturday, killing 230 people and sparking protests and condemnations throughout the Arab world. By early afternoon on Sunday, the death toll had climbed to at least 280

Many of Israel's Western allies urged restraint, though the U.S. blamed Hamas for the fighting.

In his statement on Sunday, Khamenei also criticized some Arab governments for their "encouraging silence" towards the Israel's raids on Gaza.

Meanwhile, Hamas' political leaders in the Gaza Strip have gone into hiding in the wake of Israel's operation on the coastal territory, fearing that they will once again be targeted in the attacks.

In Damascus, Syria, Hamas' top leader, Khaled Meshal, called on Palestinians to rekindle their fight against Israel and renew suicide bombings against Israeli targets. "This is the time for a third Intifada," he said. ...


 

 

 

 

 

 

We are quickly approaching a yet to be fulfilled prophecy in the Bible. The events described in Ezekiel 38 & 39 are yet to take place. Many Bible commentators call it the "Coming War with Russia," but I would differ with them. I would call it the "Last Jihad!" All one has to do is look at a modern map, and it is obvious this is an Islamic invasion. I'm convinced the Russian involvement is more that of instigator then participant. Islam is far too inclusive to ever unite with any non-Moslem allies, and Russia does not have a sterling reputation among the Islamic nations. It would even be considered blasphemous from a religious perspective for Islam to unite with Russia. What would not be blasphemous would be for Islam to use Russia to help them exterminate the Jews of Israel. This is the roll I see for the Gog. It is the chief prince of the Gog who participate, but it is the Gog who supply the logistics, weapons, transportation, and moral support needed for Islam to conduct such a massive invasion of Israel.

Ezekiel 38:1-4

38 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God ; Behold I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

The prophecy says God will reel in the invasion force like one would reel in a huge fish. The hate of Islam against the Jews will be the bate. Islam will bite at the opportunity Russia will offer for a successful invasion of the Holy Land. The hate is rising to new heights in these very days. Russia is looking for a way to re-establish their prestige after the fall of the Iron Curtain, and an offer to Islam would fit into toady's news.

Commentators tell us that Meshech and Tubal can be traced to Moscow and Tubalsky the twin Eastern and western capitals of Russia. The chief prince of Meshech and Tubal most likely is the Islamic part of the old USSR. A modern map shows the entire invading force, should invasion take place in our day are all Islamic.

Folks, I do hope you can see how the Old Testament, and today's news are coming together. The 39th chapter of Ezekiel reveals the end of Islam forever. Islam is going the way of the Assyrians, Babylonians, and Pyramid building Egyptians of the past. Islam is going into ther dung heap of false religions. Once great powerhouses, but reduced to dust after the God of the Bible is through with them. Biblical history must proceed. The God of the Bible has brought the Jews back to the Holy Land. Next He plans to build the Third Holy Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount where His only begotten Son will reign for 1000 years. Islam must be swept aside with it's blasphemous Koran so that the King of the Jews can return.

Friend, are you prepared to see the prophecy of Ezekiel come to pass? The only way to be prepared is to know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. He is what the entire Bible is all about. It was His sacrifice at Calvary that provided the perfect atonement for sin, and it is only through Him that forgiveness of sin can be provided. Friend, it is still the dispensation of grace where the lost sinner can still come to the ever loving Christ for salvation. won't you come to Him, and live?

The End of Islam


39:1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:
3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.


7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.

12 And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.


13 Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD.

14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.


15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog.
16 And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.


17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.

18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.
19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.

20 Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD.


21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.

23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.

25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;

26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.

27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which cause them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
